Du fond du cœur, un grand merci à Monsieur Chaghel pour tout : votre accueil, votre gentillesse, votre attention et la qualité du service tout au long de notre séjour. Honnêtement, nous avons passé des journées magnifiques et nous avons profité pleinement de chaque moment. Mais surtout, nous nous sommes sentis tellement à l’aise, comme chez nous et parmi les nôtres. Et ce sentiment n’est possible que grâce à des personnes chaleureuses et sincèrement soucieuses du bien-être de leurs invités. Un grand merci également à toutes les personnes qui ont contribué, de près ou de loin, à notre confort et à celui de ma famille. Que ce soit par un mot gentil, un sourire, un service ou simplement une petite attention, tous ces petits gestes nous ont énormément touchés et nous ne les oublierons pas. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs, et une chose est certaine : nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, si Dieu le veut. Ce lieu est désormais pour nous bien plus qu’un simple endroit où séjourner. Merci encore du fond du cœur pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous. Que Dieu vous récompense et vous donne toute la santé et la réussite que vous méritez. J’espère vous revoir très bientôt. Boravak u Villi Zina bio je odličan i nadmašio je naša očekivanja. Sve nam se jako svidjelo od samog dolaska pa do odlaska. Kuća je vrlo dobro opremljena, prostrana, uredna i besprijekorno čista. Naša grupa od 8 osoba imala je dovoljno prostora za druženje, ali i za privatnost, što nam je bilo vrlo važno. Posebno bismo pohvalili domaćicu koja je iznimno ljubazna, srdačna i uvijek dostupna za pomoć ili savjet. Osjećali smo se dobrodošlo tijekom cijelog boravka. Lokacija je izvrsna – mirna i ugodna, idealna za odmor i opuštanje. U neposrednoj blizini, svega dvije minute hoda od kuće, nalazi se autobusna stanica s koje se brzo i jednostavno može doći do centra grada. Villa Zina pruža savršenu kombinaciju udobnosti, mira i praktične lokacije. U njoj smo se osjećali kao kod kuće i sigurno bismo je ponovno odabrali za naš sljedeći boravak. Topla preporuka svima koji traže kvalitetan i bezbrižan smještaj! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Très bon séjour à la villa Zina, les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Gérante reste tres disponible durant le séjour si nous avons des questions. Je recommande !

Het huis is supermooi, voldoende groot en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt! Zeer stijlvol ingericht. We hebben 2 ochtenden ontbijt geboekt via de eigenaar en Zineb voorzag heel lekker ontbijt. Ook met lactosevrije vragen werd er rekening gehouden. Hou er wel rekening mee dat Zineb al een uurtje voor het eigenlijke ontbijt volop bezig is om het ontbijt te preparen, maar op zich was dit niet echt een probleem. Vraag op voorhand aan de eigenaar contactgegevens voor taxi, we hebben de hele periode heel makkelijk een taxi kunnen regelen via Azzedine! Top-taxichauffeur en taxi-eigenaar!!! Niets was te veel en alles vlot af te spreken via whatsapp. Extra credits dus voor Azzedine! Bedankt Wafaa en Victorien voor dit heerlijke verblijf!

Misschien beter op voorhand even afstemmen op tijdstip van tussentijds poetsen. Was waarschijnlijk wel wat een misverstand, maar nu kwam Zineb nog even poetsen op onze laatste dag, had voor ons eigenlijk niet echt nodig geweest en misschien zelfs beter nadat we weg waren. Het was nu wel toevallig op het moment dat wij een halve dag in het huis bleven (alle andere dagen waren we wel weg). Eigenaar had ons dit de avond ervoor wel laten weten, maar het leek ons dan niet echt fijn meer om dan te laten weten dat we dit niet nodig hadden, dus we hebben het wel zo gelaten. Eigenaar staat wel voor alles open hoor, dus we hadden we gerust nog wel kunnen bespreken, maar hebben het maar zo gelaten. Dus een kleinigheidje... dat je zeker niet moet tegenhouden om naar hier op reis te gaan! We hadden zelf geen auto gehuurd, maar deden alles met de taxi. We hadden op voorhand niet echt stilgestaan dat dit net iets minder praktisch is als je nog snel last minute iets uit de winkel nodig hebt en je dus enkel naar de winkel kan als je een taxi regelt (geen supermarkt op wandelafstand dus). Hopelijk komt er in de toekomst nog een winkel dat wel vlakbij ligt om zo last minute nog iets te gaan halen.

Super séjour à la villa ZINA. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire Wafaa. La villa est décorée avec goût. Les petits déjeuner de Zineb étaient excellents.

The ambience and cleanliness and the arrangement of the bedrooms and communications with the host was very good and prompt replies .

The showers are have an issue with the water flow they need to be sorted by a plumber and towels need to be provided every day as we were running out using them as bath mats. Provision of toilet paper was inadequate had to provide our own . Breakfast could be better not enough variety became quite boring by the end of our stay.

The Villa was magnificent like a 5 star hotel penthouse suite. Loved everything about the place. Beds comfortable, pool table fun, heated outdoor pool. They even had a Christmas tree. Wafaa was fantastic and really helped us with everything. He was so accommodating as we were late arriving and very late checking out. Every request we had was answered of course and sure. Fabulous the whole experience. I highly recommend this Villa to anyone coming to Marrakesh.

רחוק מהמרכז , אין נגישות , שירות לקוחות לא נעימה , לא עומדים במילה כמו שאומרים.

La villa est superbe : très propre, parfaitement entretenue et encore plus belle que sur les photos. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, les espaces sont spacieux et décorés avec goût, et tout le séjour s’est passé dans un grand confort. L’emplacement est calme et idéal pour se reposer.

Rien à signaler, tout était parfait

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de la villa, a quelques minute en taxi du centre de Marrakech, l'emplacement est entièrement au calme.

Rien à dire ! C'était tout simplement parfait, tout était propre ! Et nous avions même toute les choses nécessaires pour effectuer nous même le ménage si nous le souhaitons.

Everything! The villa is exceptionally comfortable, the host is very responsive, really helped us a lot throughout our stay! The breakfasts were super good and on time, the transfers were reliable, and other services organised by the host were super. Really, huge THANKS for the great time we had in Morocco!

Sometimes when around the pool we could hear the road, but most of the time it was quiet and nice!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’aspect moderne de la villa avec toutes les commodités, avec un très bon wifi, de très bon équipements etc, wafa et victor nous ont accompagné tout ke long du séjour avec une grande gentillesse et générosité

La villa ne se situe pas à l'adresse indiquée sur booking, elle est un peu plus éloignée de la ville. Dommage qu'on le sache qu'au dernier moment.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa, and the hosts were always available whenever we had a question or needed help with something. We liked the modern and luxury style furniture in the bedrooms;the beds are veryy comfortable :) Combined with the morroccan style in the living room downstairs,that brings a nice touch of the culture We have enjoyed our evenings playing cards on the rooftop sitting area, which is breathtaking. The swimming pool was impeccable and we liked the sunbeds. We just wished we had stayed longer, but we will definitely be back. We highly recommend the place and the hosts +++
