Reviewed Nov 3, 2025It was a very nice and clean apartment. It's a safe area and close to the airport. The check in and check out was easy and the communication with the Host very friendly. The balcony had a nice view.
The airconditioning was a bit loud and the bed in the first bedroom was a bit squeaky

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Muy limpio y acogedor. Las instalaciones magníficas. Recinto cerrado con seguridad privada. El propietario muy atento en todo momento. Un lugar totalmente recomendable donde hospedarse para huir del bullicio de la Medina pero a 10 minutos en coche del centro.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Beautiful apartment located in closed and guarded housing estate. Very well kept and equipped. Numerous pools on site (children were delighted). Close to the airport which was an additional advantage (this was our last day before departure from Morocco). Last but not least-very kind and helpful host. Despite the fact we didn’t meet in person Ariel was in contact with me all the time. Thank you!

Reviewed May 15, 2025This is a beautiful apartment and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and great showers in both bathrooms. Lovely balcony, which gets the evening sun. The swimming pool area is beautiful and was very peaceful when we used it. From start to finish, communication with the host was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and answered our questions promptly and efficiently. For us, the location was perfect as we wanted to be close to the airport. It's probably a 10 to 15 minute drive into the centre of Marakesh, but for those wishing a self- catering stay, with great facilities, lovely pool and lots of parking, I would recommend this apartment. Loved it!

The location is dreadful and unsafe to walk outside the complex; most taxis didn’t know where it was; no supermarket or restaurants nearby. Lots of shanty makeshift homes outside the complex.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2024Amazing stay, clean and cozy. Stay provides all the amenities. Big balcony is a very nice touch. The villa is inside the golf city. The house owner is a very nice guy, helpful and honest, he lives near the stay so if you need anything he is just a walk away.
Stay is outside the town so if you don't have private transportation you'll have to depend on taxis and deliveries for groceries and food. Most of the tour packages provide pick up from the location.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2024Best hotel I have stayed in by far! The owner was so charismatic and was very patient with us when we were running late. The property was so beautiful, everyone was very respectful and kind. The AC was much appreciated as the days and nights were pretty hot. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need (ie. pots, pans, kitchen utensils, microwave) 10/10 would stay again.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2024Super cosy new apartment with lots of light and beautiful terrace with a view on the golf fields. There even were moroccan treats at the table, which is very thoughtful 🎀 Though we stayed only one night I think if we be back in Morocco it will be nice to stay there again.
