I loved everything about the property, perfect location, safe, secure & access controlled. The property is top-notch, with everything one needs when on holiday. Less than 5 minutes walk to Oceans Mall & all entertainment places around, the beach is also not far. The owner Marinda is always available to assist. Patience is a beautiful, kind hearted and patient person.

Collected and delivered keys to security. Security also very helpful. Apartment very clean and well maintained and Stylish. I was very hot weekend, and the aircons kept us cool. Very Nice Kitchen appliances and utensils which made us feel at home. They even supplied beach towels, and everything smell nice in the apartment.

The only thing not working was the DSTV. We couldn't watch rugby

Well equipped; excellent air con, blinds, beds comfortable, good furnishings and free DSTV. Loads of cupboard space. Wi-Fi good. Complimentary items tea, coffee, condiments, milk, soft drinks, bottles of water were a nice touch.Interesting choice fitting dishwasher and no washing machine but small laundrette 80 m away (0nly washes tepid (coloureds)and large loads(max water) but at R10, no complaint and process time less than 1 hour. Drying rack, iron and board supplied in apartment and hanging out area available but bring your clothes pegs. Allocated parking space excellently located immediately outside apartment, but don’t bring your Rolls Royce as the space is a little narrow.

The cleanliness of the apartment, and the location was excellent,, close to many restaurants, and the Oceans mall.

The convenience of the apartment to the mall and beach. The host very good too.

The common bathroom needs a telephone shower. Using a bathtub not so ideal.

The apartment was very cosy and located close to all amenities. It was a very peaceful place to stay.

Die Lage war sehr nahe zum Strand mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und einer Mall. Umhalanga ist eine sichere Gegend. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Spiele und Bücher waren vorhanden. Sehr nette Geste mit einem Korb voll Snacks und auch Kaffee und Tee.

Die Lage an der Autobahn war etwas laut (Freitags) aber hat in der Wohnung nicht gestört. Ich hatte mehr Platz draußen anhand der Bilder vermutet, die Terrasse ist aber klein und der Pool am anderen Ende der Community.

There was lots of space and amenities. The hosts were very kind and provided us with a variety of snacks. Hosts would go out of their way to assist. Would definitely be returning.

The only issue was the geyser timer, it should be included in the welcome instructions.

The property was in the right location for us as we were attending Travel Indaba 2025 and only had a 12-minute walk to the Radisson to meet the shuttle buses. The host went out of her way to provide everything we needed including filter coffee, milk and snacks. The security at the complex gate was excellent and we had such a warm welcome. Apart from a lack of kitchen scissors, the apartment had everything we needed. We also appreciated having an undercover parking bay for the duration of the stay.

We had to use the air con in the evenings when we got home as the apartment was a little stuffy and we did not want to open the windows due the traffic noise. A small niggle only.

I took my ill sisters out to give them a relaxing time, however because of the flat being on a, hill they could not go out much..

The place was beautiful everything was perfect ,it is closer to the malls and everything is convenient whether you have a car or not all places are closer , we had a blast weekend with not even one complain it was the best .

Modern furnishings including a welcome tray with snacks sweets and rusks. They also provided ideal items for the stay that were very thoughtful including bottle water and drinks. Aircons in each room and ample cupboard space for a small family. The pool was clean in the complex and restaurants were walking distance from the unit. Beds and bedding were clean and the kitchen was well equipped for us.

Beautiful place, a real home away from home. The hosts are absolutely amazing, not a single hiccup.Honestly so impressed. I travel quit abit and this place really deserves a 10/10.

I loved everything and extended my stay

Great location! Walking distance to the beach- a lot of shops and restaurants around in walking distance. Upon arrival the check in was very easy and they were not fussy about the times for check in and check out. They left us a wonderful snack basket and drinks. The apartment had all the necessities for a comfortable and wonderful stay. They even had a nice braai area with charcoal etc waiting for us. Really a wonderful experience.

EVERYTHING EXCELLENT!! We travel the length and breadth of SA - this apartment ticked all the boxes. 5 minute walk to Ocean's Mall and to the promenade. Enclosed/slider door braai patio was fantastic! We were never affected by load shedding - piping hot water daily! The level of cleanliness must be commended! Apartment on the ground floor with parking outside the door! Surprisingly - no.noise from flat above! - very well constructed apartment complex!

Possibly to consider: a standing lamp in the lounge as the main light spoils the ambiance! fit an extractor above the gas hob as the Smoke alarm is very sensitive!

Amazing host and everything was thought of. The host also went above and beyond anything I could have expected my my elderly mom had an accident. I cannot rate her kindness and generosity high enough.

No water but not the hosts problem , yet they made sure there was water available

Was ideally centralised and was so neat and cosy.

We experienced water challenges but the host ensured we had updates timeously 👌 provided water for us. Even catered for load shedding with emergency lights. What a comfortable stay😊

Everything was excellent

Upon arrival we had a basket full of goodies and a sweet welcome note. The apartment pictures honestly don't do it justice, such an amazing place that is so clean. Rooms were spacious and stunning and we had such a beautiful ocean view from the living room Marinda had quick responses when I'd text her and ensured our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend this beautiful place!!!

it’s a beautiful place, fully furnished kitchens and braai facility was easy to use.

Apparently a towel was lost during our stay which we were made to pay for, it would have been nice to be notified to count them when we moved in, we are not even sure if it disappeared during our stay. I felt charged & convicted for theft.

So close to all the shops and the beach front. Perfectly clean with a cleaning service.

Could have had a small dining room table inside.
