Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Everything. The unit is well equipped and clean. It has everything you need. The compound has all the facilities you required, despite the gym is not accessible for temporary tenant but it has other options (jogging/walking trail, swimming pool, etc).. highly accessible location. The host is responsive and flexible. She arranged everything for a seamless check in.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Close to the office where I needed to work. Nice sitting area near reception and on roof top Free Netflix & Wi-Fi
Private security non-communicative. No respect. Pool has a cost. Not enough instructions about unit and functionality of hot water heater, fridge and air conditioning remote control with dead batteries. Next door is the Consulate General Republic Of Indonesia which broadcasts (loudly) “chants” before sunrise and other times of the day/night.

Reviewed May 26, 2025The unit got two bedroom which is convenient for us four staying in the unit.
The host did not send me instructions right after confirming my booking. Only sent one when I asked for special instructions. The host sent me two different units in email which caused confusion upon check in. I tried confirming it through the app an hour prior to checking in, no reply. Tried to call the number of the host instead told me to send a message only. The reception also kinda rude almost mocking me. Overall this is a bad experience for me considering that this is my first time using this app. I got no problems with other booking sites.
