Reviewed Jul 11, 2025The location was perfect as we had to be between Hamilton and Ngaruawahia. It was quiet and easy to access. Great house. Lots of room. Would be great in summer with the pool.
Having curtains that block out the light would have made sleeping easier. Instructions for appliances, T V, spa bath would help.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2025I loved the whole house setup. It had a beautiful kitchen with high quality cookware/appliances, amazing facilities, 2 media rooms, every single bed was comfortable, and the pool was perfect to take a dip in. The hosts even left a couple of little snacks out.
I cannot fault the stay. It was ideal.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025Spacious house with a nice pool, good equipped kitchen and a cozy theatre room. It was also very clean and well organized, with a lot of towels and seating arrangements. The host has been very supportive, friendly and responsive - also with a nice prepared guest book.

The only downfall was sharing a bathroom between 5 people downstairs.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2024This was such a treat to stay at. Such a beautiful space, so aesthetic and fun. Comfortable, clean, and thoughtful details throughout. My kids were very happy here with the rock wall and movie room… they didn’t want to leave. Hosts were lovely, and accommodating, hospitable and easy to communicate with. This was definitely a highlight to our New Zealand holiday.
Can’t say anything bad about it.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2023This place was an absolute dream! The owners were so lovely, making myself and family feel so welcome. The house was so clean and cozy! I couldn’t fault this place at all it truely was an amazing place . We will definitely be coming back!!!!
