The owner is very friendly and give quick respon for all your question. The rooms are clean, bed are good. One word “5 star accomodation. When we are back to Penang we will stay here again.

The bathroom wasn't clean and wet. They have kept unused food at the fridge. The amenities were bad. The view isn't great. That building isn't allowed to have short term stay. So technically it's illegal to stay there.

Spacious enough, good location near Queensbay mall

This is an apartment with 1 bedroom, a little bit confusing for housing up to 11 people, however good space for 2 like in our case. The facilities are simple and basic, but the accommendation clean and value for money. I would like to give special thanks to the whole service team, fast responses, efficient and very friendly although the check in processes with deposit and key picking up were not easy

The process with deposit was difficult for foreigners like us without a bank account in Malaysia, I created a Wise account just for this purpose, hope you could reconsider it.

Sea view.

Overall the unit is acceptable. There are point to take note: 1) The security suddenly block the card for the lift access without acknowledge the house owner. Which caused one of my family member not able to take the lift to return to the unit in between midnight. And argued with the security team causes a lot of unhappiness. We have to communicate with the house owner team in charge to resolved the issue. And next morning after pickup our breakfast at lobby and unable to access to our unit again, had to asked the team in charge to communicate with the security to allow me to return to my unit. until around 11 am than only managed to get the security to unblock the card in order to allow us access to our unit freely. We also noted that there is a warning sign “Not allow Homestay rented” inside the lift. We wonder are we legally rented above unit? 2) This unit stated breakfast included, however, they only provided the miserable breakfast. First day provided small packet of Nasi lemak for each person ( less than RM$2.00/pkg). Second day provided Plain roti parter one piece for each person (total of RM$7.50). I want to highlight is if you include breakfast at least provide reasonable and presentable breakfast for the guess instead.

The property was spacious, clean, close to amenities, well equipped with all household items including cleaning products, the lifts were fast, the view was great, the pool was convenient and the bottom one was safe for children, the wifi was good and the hosts were easy to reach via WhatsApp.

There were no cupboards for clothes and the breakfast was just basic consisting of a cup of rice/noodles, some flavouring and 1 prawns or few anchovies.

The checking in process. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They demanded 300 MYR deposit to release the address of where the key was held and the location of the flat, by Wats app. Bank transfer or cash deposit at airport ATM. This was when the problems started. The deposit function was not available at the airport atm. we had no WiFi. Used airport's. I messaged the property management people to tell them I could not deposit the the cash. They would not believe me, demanding a video call to look at the ATM functions. A lovely Malayasian was alarmed, took my phone, and spoke to them. He apologised that we were getting this treatment in his country. We had to get a taxi to a Coin Wash and to a key safe where the cleaner met us. She took the 300 MYR cash from me, then we had to follow her scooter 600 m on foot along the busy main road to the tower block with all my luggage. We had no details of how to get into the flat. it had a security code to unlock the door. Communication has been ng it because of this review. As a retired Civil Servant, I speak the truth and Booking.com are now involved. I was misled about the deposit function availability at the airport 😒 even though it was not my fault. I do not think these properties are supposed to be let out. There is a warning notice of no short-term lets in the lift. I have a photo. The property is certainly not worth the money, it's cluttered, grubby, and cobwebs around the ceiling. The water filter's water, even when boiled, had a weird taste, and I have had severe DV overnight. I did not even eat before being ill yesterday. Just had a cup of tea yesterday at the flat. I would strongly advise anyone against staying in this place. It is just 2 rooms. How on earth could you accommodate more than 4 people, a baby (don't use their water for the baby!) & a child on the floor mattress is beyond me. The view of Penang Bridge is nice but not worth the money or the hassle.

Of course would be the infinite Seaview, I am so happy to watch sunset and moon rise on both days and nights that I stayed! Stunning view! Strategic location, especially for me my trip purpose is to travel to Butterworth. The homestay is just 3 mins driving to Penang Bridge. It’s a quiet zone and the vibes around are like Australia. For a second I thought I am hanging around streets in Australia though! And we had very awesome, friendly and nurturing hosts! :) I do also appreciate there was different breakfast provided during my stay, that saved my worries to drive a distance just to get good breakfast before taking off to my destination.

I appreciate that are provided but definitely there’re room of improvements. I find it less convincing when seeing the pillow gets lumpy and looks yellowish (to be honest it has smells weird). The bedsheet has dust and full of lint. Water pressure in the bathroom could be a bit low, I think that’s the common issue for condo. The air conditioning in living room actually not functioning, turn on to lowest temperature (at night) but it’s just not cooling, had warm temperature. Malfunction TV that would turn on itself, at a specific timing when no one was at the living room, remote control was in the living room as well (We didn’t bring that into the room - so it’s not us that turn on accidnetally)

It was as advertised. Clean property. The view was very nice. The p.i.c is very responsive and helpful. Detailed instructions on checking in.

The parking lot number is faded. So quite tricky to get there.

View was awesome. Showers were okay. Pool was a large size and a good temperature. Eggs and bread for breakfast a nice surprise. Air cons in every room. Good sized beds, and dark curtains. Short drive to George Town and other areas.

SUPER noisy! Only single-glazing, and right by the flight path. Can hear all the aeroplanes and traffic from 21 storeys below as the sound reverberates around the U-shaped building. No privacy curtains or mirrored glass - curtains either fully shut or open to everyone who cared to look in. Pool rules (provided by the complex, NOT the host) were excessive: basically, no FUN. Kitchen utensils lacking. Air con in the lounge didn’t work the whole time. Had to retrieve and replace the keys to the apartment, from an unlocked car in the car park opposite - bizarre!

The property security is good. Need the door access card for lift, entrance, and gate door. Location is reasonable. The bridge sea view from 21st floor is nice.

(1) The cleanliness need to be improved. Especially, the master bedroom bed cover was dirty. Overall apartment cleanliness was not good, the 3-room ceiling fans were dirty. Some of the kitchen appliances and plates were oily as if not being washed properly. (2) The living hall carpet was dirty and dusty. (3) Unfortunately, one incident happened during our stay was the master bedroom’s ceiling fan cover suddenly fell down on bed while working. This was so dangerous if it hit anyone of us. The person-in-charge came to apartment to see the incident and replaced the master bedroom cover. They mentioned to get someone to fix the ceiling fan problem after we left. We worried what if other ceiling fans fell down and hit us while sleeping. Hence, that night we had no choice to turn on the bedrooms’ aircon to sleep. The most upset thing is the person-in-charge didn’t even apologise for such dangerous incident happened, but only mentioned that will get someone to fix the ceiling fan issue. Overall, It seems bad maintenance for apartment condition. Honestly, we’re quite disappointed for our stay experience there.

Awesome seaview and Penang bridge view, enjoy the beautiful sunrise here. Location is very convenience, many restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby with only few mins drive. Suite come with all necessary items. Enjoy the stay here, will be back again!

The view is to die for… Nasi lemak for breakfast just good enough for us.

True to description and more. The lengthy balcony enables to have wider angle of the infinite seaview.

Toilet seems bit stuffy with materials below sink and surrounding of the sink. Kitchen faucet was wobbly though working well.

The view from the bedroom was the best thing ever; Seeing the sunrise was worth every penny and also worth not choosing a hotel directly in George Town. It just makes waking up in the morning (even before the alarm goes off) so much easier, waking up with this view is what I’ll miss the most about Penang for sure. The people owning the place were also lovely people, very easy to reach and ready to help you as best as they could.

There was nothing to complain about when it comes to the property itself. It is just a shame than you had to take the bus to go to George Town and you couldn’t simply walk to the city, and the breakfast didn’t feel very local.

From August we being travel from JB - KL - Pahang - Kuantan -Cameron Highlands - Penang ...stay in AB & B This is the most valuable unit we stay. . Pls keep it Will back again
