Brand new hotel, very comfortable rooms and very nice breakfast buffet.

Wifi internet is very bad and should be upgraded. It is very challenging to work at the hotel.

Modern design, clean and spacious (junior suite), bathroom is big with nice toiletries. Breakfast spread is excellent too. Service is also top notch.

The bathrooms were not cleaned well. Hair on floor and countertop. Basin silicones were all worn out and stained badly. WC inlets were full of dirt.

The room is clean and the facilities are good.

There is no good eatery nearby and the traffic around the hotel can be frustrating at time.

Top-Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens bzw. der zwei Brücken zum Festland. Moderne, gut ausgestattete und relativ ruhige Zimmer (Schallschutzfenster!), obwohl das Hotel direkt an einer 6-spurigen Autobahn steht. Fantastische Frühstücks-Vielfalt.

Die Betten sind etwas unbequem, die Kopfkissen zu hart. Die Wasserleitungen sind nicht isoliert, man hört alle Wasser- und Spülgeräusche deutlich. Das abendliche Dinner-Buffet ist weit überteuert. Dafür gibt es im nahen Umfeld des Hotels aber genügend lokale Alternativen mit bester Qualität!

The Ramadan buffet was amazing!! full of different variety food and tastes good. The swimming pool has very few people, allowing my family enjoy it very much.

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk. The receptionist repeatedly told me that the Ramadan buffet was fully booked, which was quite upsetting. However, when I called the restaurant directly, they said they could reserve a table for me. When I arrived that evening, the hall was only about 70% full, so I don’t understand why I was told there was no availability. I also booked three rooms, and in one of them we suspected the mattress had bed bugs because we felt itchy while sleeping. This was very uncomfortable and concerning. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel improves communication and room quality.

新しく、きれいなホテル。設備もそろっており、満足。　プールが高層にあるので眺めも良く、風も入り、プールサイドでリラックスできる。

空港と街中の間にある。　街中からは離れているので、Glab等使って移動する必要あり。　ホテルの周りはほとんど何もなく、ちょっと先にコンビニはあるが歩きづらい。

We stayed at Iconic majority Hotel in Penang as a couple for our honeymoon, and honestly, it was a wonderful surprise. We booked the hotel at the airport without knowing much about it or even seeing the room beforehand, and we were truly shocked by how good the quality was. The hotel is very nice and easily one of the best we stayed at in Penang. I would rate it 9 out of 10. The rooms are very reasonably priced, extremely clean, elegant, modern, and fashionable. Everything in the room felt well thought out, from the design to the customised kettle and amenities, which gave the hotel a unique and premium feel. The staff were amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Housekeeping deserves special mention. They were extremely professional, cleaned our room daily, and were always happy to help whenever we asked, even as late as 1 a.m. Amenities were restocked daily, and the quality of the items provided was excellent. Overall, I loved the quality of the service, the cleanliness, the design, and the attention to detail. Our experience kept exceeding expectations, especially considering it was a last-minute booking. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for couples and honeymooners

Welcoming drink pun nice sangat ❤️ Menu breakfast semua yang kami ambil memenuhi citarasa. Staff pun friendly. Bilik bersih. Kemudahan juga lengkap. Proses checkout pun mudah, tak sampai 1 minit. Terkilan sebab tak Boleh join dinner buffet, seperti diberitahu staff hanya Ada hari Jumaat Dan Sabtu sahaja, kami check in Ahad. Apa pun, boleh repeat lagi mungkin kena lebih dari sehari sebab anak usia 1 year pun enjoy explore bilik 👍

Guard kurang memuaskan sebab foreigner, kurang memahami apa kita Tanya. Nak ke iconic Marjorie, guard tunjuk untuk iconic residence. Tak memasal beratur sekejap di situ 🤣

Every night there is singing at the bar. It's a bit disturbing.

Aesthetic-wise, it’s definitely a beautiful hotel. Bed was very very comfortable. We were very well rested.

The housekeeping didn’t clean our drinking glass, teaspoons and the saucer. Only cleaned our coffee cups. We also asked for lavender pillows that were on the pillow menu, but never received them. The cleanliness was my biggest concern considering it was not cleaned for our use on the second day. We expected better from a 5-star hotel bearing Marriot Bonvoy brand.

Staffs, decor, cleanliness, complimentary parking, the bed, no-password wifi, no pointless insertion of room keycard into a slot to activate electricity

Asking for additional "deposit" money. The complimentary bottles of water were FILTERED water sourced from PBA... Ew! The master switch did not control all lights as the reading lights and the pendant light were independent. A little bit of mold in the grouts in the shower. (Please use high-quality mold-proof grouts Mariott!) The TV didn't provide streaming services like Netflix, HBO, etc, not even YouTube was available. No ironing board and iron; instead, a difficult-to-use steamer was provided. Worst of all, no self-service laundrette! (Dry-cleaning was available but come on... that's very cost-ineffective.)

I like the everything from the momwnt I stepped in..I smell the amber fragrance of air freshner, professional staff who arranged my check in, early check in request was mafe available, beautiful unterior from the lobby up to the room. I like the touch screen lift, the unique kettle and ice basket plus a handheld steamer instead of conventional steam iron. The room ID and the toilet ID are well and carefully designed with detailings..plus the carpet, towel, robe are customade complete with the Peranakan motifs. Amazing!

The waiting area at the lobby is pretty small wt limited seats.

From main road turning into Hotel Entrance has to be more alert of the motorists come out from very near junction. Carpark exist coming down the pathway a little narrow for a long vehicle to turn has to be careful.

The room is very clean and the aircond is cold. Nice foods being served for both the seafood buffet and breakfast but however I hope there is more food variety in the future for both. The staff are friendly such as Ikmal at the reception counter, Firdaus (during seafood buffet) and also all the Indonesia staff (during breakfast). We really enjoyed our stay.

The pool towel is very dusty and reluctantly we have to use it after the swim. During the seafood buffet dinner, at the beginning my wife requested for 1 coconut drink which was given to her but after some time she requested for another one but the staff (chinese lady, short hair, plump size) told her that it was already finished. However around 20 minutes, the table next to us was served with two (thinking they were a platinum membership in the hotel that is why they got their needs taken care of and highly prioritized) but we just continued eating as if we didn't see anything.
