The room was lovely and so was the room service!

Unfortunately I was staying at the hotel at the same time as a large group of men that made me feel uncomfortable. I was stared at walking into breakfast and around the hotel. When I went to relax by the pool men kept deliberately walking by to stare at me cutting my relaxing time short. I was also kept awake for an hour at 1am due to drunk people crashing around and banging in the corridor. The staff were very nice and let me check out 2 hours late so I could actually use the pool facilities once the men had checked out and catch up on sleep.

The hotel rooms are very clean and instantly gives me a sense of comfort when I walked in. The patio was amazing. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Amisha Darshan and Bipin. When it was raining really hard and I couldn't walk on the street because of the flood, the staff helped find me someone to take me to the Main Street on motorbike. They really went out of the way to help you out. Loving the Nepali hospitality.

Super fancy place in the heart of Pokhara and at excellent price value We appreciated the airport free pickup, the concierge arrangements for the sunrise view, the super large and new room and the beautiful swimming pool

The breakfast was okay—not bad, but could have had a little more variety.

Es war alles perfekt, ein großes Lob an Herrn Ishwor der beste Fahrer von Nepal. Wir buchten eine Stadtrundfahrt, Sonnenaufgang reise nach Chitwan und retour nach Kathmandu. Sehr zum empfehlen!

The hotel was excellent! We had a great relaxing time. They served delicious breakfast, too. We enjoyed foot massage as well. The members of the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you for sharing us your heart-warming welcome.

We loved everything about this hotel: the facilities, location, and cleanliness were top notch. But we especially loved the kindess of the staff who went out of their way to help us find what we need outside of their premises. We highly recommend a stay here.

Es war einfach nur grandios! Der optische Eindruck hielt mit der Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Eleganz und Wohnlichkeit unseres Zimmers Schritt! Herausragend war vor allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!!!

Einziges kleines Manko an der Ausstattung des Zimmers waren die fehlenden Ablagen in den Kommoden und dem Schrank, und es standen nur drei Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung. Aber das ist ja auf hohem Niveau, denn ausreichend Ablagen, Schränke und Kommoden, sowie Hängevorrichtungen für die Kleidung sind in Nepal anscheinend ein unbeschriebenes Blatt…

Regular three star hotel. So how can I answer your ratings above? For a three star it's all good, for a five star it's all bad.

Booking.com gives me a total pack of lies saying this is a five star hotel, including reviews that it's five star. THIS IS A TWO TO THREE STAR HOTEL and I was defrauded and made uncomfortable by bringing my partner here. So it was cheap for a five star and it's my fault for not researching further but the walk-in bargaining price was HALF the stupid inflated 'five star' price. Even the reception staff were laughing at me. ALL LIES.

Great location and staff. Free upgrade as well. Bipin was an excellent resource at the front office as well.

We got our room at a great price as they had a discount for late gateways so for us value for money was great. We also got upgraded for a bigger room and received a complimentary foot massage. The facilities are well maintained. The breakfast terrace and buffet were lovely, staff is super friendly and helpful, cleanliness was 100/100. Also, great location :)

Der gesamte Hotelkomplex war sehr schön gestaltet. Es gab einen Pool, einen Spa, einen kleinen Garten, eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Das Frühstück war auch abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wir wurden vom Hotel sogar auf eine Junior Suite inkl. Whirlpool upgegradet. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Suite war wunderschön.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Pooja at the front desk was especially wonderful — always welcoming us with a smile and going out of her way to be helpful. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also very attentive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay.

Great morning views of Annapurna! Service and staff excellent, helped to book tours and airport shuttles. Has a pool and bar with free one-time access to sauna. Rooms and bathrooms were good and spacious. Location is on a more quiet street off the main Lakeside Rd strip, around a 10 minute walk, but plenty of food, cafes, convenience stores and bars/pubs in the surrounding vicinity.

Decor is abit aged, and rooms are not well soundproof. Breakfast variety quite dissappointing for Nepal hotel standards. Free airport shuttle would be nice.

Water pressure in the shower was very low. The staff explained it's because of the high floor (5) and offered to change room.

We had a wonderful stay at Temple Himalaya Hotel & Spa. The property offers beautiful views and a very relaxing ambience, perfect for a getaway. The hospitality was truly exceptional—special thanks to Renu and Puja, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything and made sure our anniversary was memorable. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We also really appreciated their flexibility and kindness in accommodating our change of plans and offering us a great room at a very reasonable rate. הצוות נפלא! כולם מקסימים ורק רוצים לעזור. החדר נעים ונקי והמיטה נוחה מאוד. היתה לנו תקלה בשירותים ומיד הגיעו לתקן. באו לקראתנו בכל בקשה, ועשו מעל ומעבר שנהיה מרוצים.

Der Manager Ishwor Kandel und sein ganzes Team arbeiten sehr professionell, sind dabei sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und war etwas traurig bei der Abreise. Die Zimmer sind schön und gut eingerichtet, z.B. mit Safe und Mini-Bar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, ebenso auch das Essen im Restaurant. Der Innenhof mit dem Pool ist idylisch und sehr schön.

Podobno przysługuje gościom 15 minut darmowego masażu stóp, jednak nie skorzystaliśmy.

Nie wiem, jakimi kryteriami kierowano się przy przyznawaniu temu miejscu 5 gwiazdek, bo ten hotel koło 5-gwiazdkowego hotelu nawet nie stał. Nie wiem też, skąd wzięły się te wszystkie pozytywne opinie, bo zdecydowanie odbiegają one od tego, co zastaliśmy na miejscu. Brud, zniszczenia oraz wyraźna starość całego obiektu zniechęca. Na miejscu czekał na nas brudny pokój z zapachem stęchlizny. Brudne było wszystko - lustro, wanna, zasłony, ręczniki, poszewki na poduszki (!!!) oraz kapcie wielokrotnego użytku. Kosmetyki znajdujące się w pokoju były otwarte i ewidentnie używane przez poprzednich lokatorów (połowa zużyta). Pominę już ich wątpliwą jakość, wielkość oraz fakt, że ich opakowania wyglądały jakby czekały na nasz przyjazd od ubiegłego stulecia. Przy tym, jak brudne było to miejsce - zastanawiam się, czy ktokolwiek realnie tam posprzątał przed naszym przyjazdem. Od godziny 6:00 na korytarzu słychać było notoryczny hałas, krzyki i obijanie się o drzwi, co całkowicie uniemożliwiało sen, czy jakąkolwiek regenerację. Śniadanie to czysty żart. Wybór tak skromny, że nie spodziewałam się, że to w ogóle możliwe. Wszystkie dania smakowały mniej więcej jak karton. A może i karton byłby lepszy, bo przynajmniej można byłoby się spodziewać po nim takiej jałowości. Jeśli chcecie odpocząć - unikajcie tego miejsca.

It was our fourth time staying at this hotel and as expected it did not disappoint us. Top notch rooms and service. Unbelievable friendly and attentive staff. Free breakfast has a huge selection and very tasty. If again in Pokhara it will be the only option considered.

Love this hotel for how well it is being cared for. Everything is top notch including rooms, staff, restaurant and spa. Super welcoming staff will look after everything. Excellent location, close to the lake and shopping but at the same time in a very quiet area.

Очень дружелюбный отзывчивый персонал. Отличный номер с балконом с видом на Гималаи и рассвет. Прекрасная зелёная территория с бассейном. Встретили в аэропорту. Всегда на связи. На все вопросы отвечают сразу же. По возвращении с трека нам дали тот же самый номер. Это было очень приятно :))) Хорошие сытные завтраки. Омлет, яйца, картофель, сосиски, фасоль, цветная капуста. Фрукты, соки, салаты, выпечка.

The most modern/new feel/clean hotel in the area.And reception here is nicer and more welcoming. Hotel was better in service and comfort than many big names I know. Nepali Massage at spa was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Ask for Sanjana.

Service/Food of room service was ok just not outstanding. I was on the 5th floor.. forest shower was nice temperature was too but could use more pressure.

I had a wonderful stay at Temple Himalaya Hotel & Spa. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and very well located near Lakeside. What truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality of the entire team. Mr. Pokharel and Mr. Manoj were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The three ladies at the reception were equally welcoming, professional, and kind throughout our stay. Even the security guard uncle and the restaurant staff during breakfast were very courteous and made us feel at home. The breakfast itself was delicious with a great variety and fresh options every morning. Overall, the service and warmth of the staff really stood out.

Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Everything, from the service to the facilities, was well taken care of, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout.

We had a beautiful stay at the Temple Himalaya Hotel and Spa for 3 nights! The location is perfect, a short 3 minutes walk from the main street away from the busy road, with the most perfect view of the Himalaya mountains. A warm welcoming by the professional team, we were upgraded to a suite with the most amazing view of the lake, and the mountains, including a jacuzzi! The massage therapists gave us a relaxing foot massage, the breakfast was amazing, everyday the menu was changing, so we got to try different types of Nepalese, Indian and international breakfast. A big thank you to Bipin at the front desk, he took care of us since we checked in, and was always checking on us during our stay, and also the F&B executive Manoj, he and his team were always smiling and taking great care of all the guests. Definitely recommend everyone to stay in this beautiful hotel with wonderful staffs în Pokhara, we will definitely come back again! Jasmine & Richard

Excellent staff - they made the stay. They couldn’t do enough for us, incredibly friendly and accommodating in every respect. They organised activities as well as help when one of us had an injury. We stayed in the executive suite which was lovely. The pool was great and the gardens were very pretty and nice to sit in. The managers, particularly Manoj, as well as those on reception and the bar were all fantastic and made us feel really well looked after. Definitely recommend!

If being picky the shower gel and shampoo was noticeably watery and should be improved but this didn’t impact our overall experience

This hotel in Lakeside offers a quiet escape while being just steps away from Fewa Lake and the main attractions and shops. The public areas are cozy and stylish, and our rooms has a stunning view of the breathtaking Fishtail Peak. The complimentary one-way transfer was a big help for us. The staffs are very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond. The lady used her own earring to help us with a SIM card, and after checked-out, they kindly offered us a workspace and water while we wrapped up some tasks. We sincerely appreciated that.

Breakfast was a little bit simple, and maybe since it’s vegetarian, the taste was just okay to us. The bathroom inside the room is a little bit small, and the toiletries felt pretty basic. However, considering the hotel is a mid-range option rather than a high-end stay, we really can’t complain too much. It offered solid value for what we paid.

Heerlijk hotel in Pokhara. Perfect na een trek. Rustig gelegen in levendig Lakeside. Ontbijt erg goed, spa is fijn en het personeel is heel attent. Manoj, Gra, maar eigenlijk iedereen maakt het je naar je zin.

The hotel is situated near the lake and shops. The staff took very well care of us. We are especially greatful towards Mr Manoj who was so helpful and kind to us.

Everything was superb!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a suite, which offered a stunning Himalayan view right from the room. The courtesy airport pick-up and drop were very well coordinated and made our travel smooth and stress-free. The hospitality throughout the stay was excellent, with warm, attentive staff always willing to help. The food was also very good, both in quality and taste. Special thanks to Ms. Renu Gurung for her exceptional support and courteous handling of all arrangements. She truly made our stay comfortable and memorable.
