Kleines gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage👍🏼

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und dieses war sehr schön, leider war die Tür defekt und wir wurden in den unteren Stock in ein veraltetes sehr enges Zimmer gebracht in der nur sehr schlanke Menschen duschen können. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist waren einfach nur müde und haben das Zimmer genommen . Für eine Nacht ok. Leider gab es seitens des Hotels nicht einmal ein Getränk aufs Haus oder etwas für die Kinder für die Unannehmlichkeit. Das wäre schon das mindeste gewesen und das sollte selbstverständlich sein.

Proprietario super gentile e disponibile. Appena siamo arrivati ci ha subito dato informazioni importanti e durante il soggiorno ci chiedeva se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa e se tutto stesse procedendo bene. Già da questo si evince la cura e l’interesse verso la clientela. Camera molto bella

Per la colazione aggiungerei più dolci come pancake. La piscina la riscalderei un po di più. Al di là di questi dettagli, il resto era perfetto!

The hotel is very well located, particularly if you want to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. It is also very convenient for travelling to and from the airport by bus. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. They were always polite, welcoming, smiling and very helpful. They were also incredibly accommodating with a few requests we made after our reservation had already been confirmed, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good and varied selection. We also really enjoyed the spa. It was wonderful to come back after a long day exploring Istanbul and relax in the sauna, steam room and swimming pool. The spa was never crowded during the stay and, most of the time, I had the facilities almost entirely to myself, which made it especially relaxing. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were a group of four staying in two rooms, and we had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm welcome and genuine kindness made us feel very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Both rooms were spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and cleaned to a very high standard. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. We were particularly impressed by the level of service. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the service, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. A small suggestion: The only thing we would suggest improving would be the pillows. For our personal preference, they were a little too firm, and softer pillows would make the stay even more comfortable. Everything else was wonderful!

l'hotel est d'un accès difficile vu la grande pente même les taxis refusaient de s'y arrêter , pour utiliser la piscine on dois prendre des bonnets sinon on les paye sur place ;

Tout étais parfait hormis le mini frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre et n’a pas été réparé malgré les nombreuses plaintes

Хороший отель, местоположение отличное, всё рядом, но вокруг отеля на расстоянии +-200 метров дорога разбитая, нормально не пройти, но это особо не напрягает, так как всё остальное более чем хорошо! Вкусные завтраки, чистые номера с ежедневной уборкой и пополнением воды, и персонал, сердце этого отеля ❤️

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue realmente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, tanto el personal de recepción como el del spa fueron súper amables, atentos y serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y a hacer que nuestra experiencia fuera lo más agradable posible. El trato recibido hizo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodas y bien atendidas durante toda la estancia. Y si estáis pensando en probar una experiencia de hammam, os lo recomiendo muchísimo: los huéspedes tienen acceso a un descuento muy especial, por lo que merece totalmente la pena aprovecharlo durante la estancia. Sin duda, si volviera a Estambul, repetiría este hotel sin pensármelo dos veces. ¡Nos encantó y esperamos poder volver pronto!

Personeel zeer behulpzaam, eigen parkeerplaats, zeer goede prijs- kwaliteit-verhouding, vlak bij het Taksim plein, en recht tegenover het ziekenhuis waar ons kleinkind geboren werd tijdens ons verblijf.

Het is niet echt een tegenvaller, en zeker van ondergeschikt belang, maar de douche was was klein.

Lage, Sauberkeit, Flexibilität und freundliches Personal vor Alem Umut an der Rezeption

Personeel was gedurende het hele verblijf zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op 15 minuten lopen kun je bij heel veel mooie plekken komen. Er rijden genoeg taxi's voor de deur om meer van Istanbul te ontdekken.

Το πρωινό καλό, αλλά θα ήθελα περισσότερες επιλογές στις ζύμες (ψωμί, κρουασάν κλπ). Επίσης θα προτιμούσα καλύτερο καφέ.

Ήταν αρκετα σκληρό το στρώμα του κρεβατιού και τα μαξιλάρια. Τη δεύτερη μέρα βέβαια ζητήσαμε πιο μαλακά μαξιλάρια και μας δώσαν.

Номер чистый, комфортный. Кровати удобные. Интернет быстрый. Завтраки сытные, но не хватало приготовленного мяса, были только сосиски. В остальном всё вкусно.

Все было хорошо. Стройки уже нет, как писали ранее )

Proche de taksim et des moyens de transport . Le personnel est très réactif je cite tout le personnel de la réception jusqu’à la femme qui fait le nettoyage des chambres ainsi que le personnel du restaurant . On a passé 6 nuits à berger puis on est parti pour 3 jours à Antalya et ils nous ont gardé 2 valises gratuitement.

The Hotel is great. Small but cozy. Staff is also friendly, helpful and hospitable. Facilities are good. They have a small underground pool, but was not temperature controlled. Water was very cold when we went in July. Breakfast is also very nice.

The location is not exactly Taksim. This is a 10 min walk away from Taksim. There is a slight ascent when going towards Taksim. So fair bit of walking.

It was a small room and the bed was comfortable.

The room I stayed-in was really tiny.. a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was everyday almost the same. There wasn´t toaster or toast and not a very good coffee either.

Everything was exceptional, from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff to the excellent conditions and spotless cleanliness. The staff kindly helped us store our luggage both upon arrival and before departure, which was extremely convenient. The spa was excellent and the breakfast was equally impressive, with a great variety and quality. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily return to!

Hotel is conveniently located approximately 10-12 minutes away from the Central area. Staff very kind and respectful. Beds were comfortable but mine was a bit small for me, I really liked that we had an additional sofa bed which was more comfortable for me. We chose this hotel because of the steam and dry sauna which was very good and clean. The pool is not really for swimming just to have a dip inside. It has a separate changing room area with lockers. There is also a small gym which I did not try.

I loved everything about this hotel, from the moment I checked in the staff Umit and Ozan was very kind and attentive to me. I went to the spa and met the lovely Rabid and she was amazing, showed me everything with a smile. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choices from hot to cold and Musa was the master of that class 😊 thank you. The hotel is close to Taksim square which was the best location for me. The rooms were spotless clean and the beds were very comfy. I had travelled here for my birthday and let me just say i will never forget this one 💕 I got a surprise birthday cake and a song , 🥹😭 I cried because of how happy I was and overwhelmed by the love they showed me. I'm in tears writing this! Mr Yalgin, Dvoyd and Umut thank you for your kindness, always ready to help with all my questions lol 😀. I think I found my new family and best believe I will be back soon 😊

I stayed for 1 night and i wish i had more time to stay at this amazing hotel. The staff are really great. In our check in day the offer me free upgrade for my room and the room was AMAZING. The bellboy was really nice and helpful. The room is big and clean, and you will everything you need. The location is perfect it was 5 minutes away from taksim square. You can easily find it. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend it. And for sure i will come again 😍❤️

The accommodation is close to the metro station. The staff and the manager are very friendly; I even extended my stay after the original period ended. The rooms are comfortable; I stayed in a twin room, and it was nice and clean.

Everything was good. I had a pleasant stay and did not experience any issues during my visit.

Comfy bed, very clean room and complementary tea and coffee in the room appreciated. The staff are helpful and keen to make your stay enjoyable. Good breakfast and the location was ideal for me close to Taksim square.

This was my second stay at Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the management and owners were very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel has a warm family-run atmosphere, which makes the stay feel personal and comfortable. I really liked that the furniture is new, the rooms are clean, and there are only a few rooms on each floor, which makes the hotel very quiet with no disturbance at all. The location is also very convenient and close to many services, shops, and restaurants. Overall, I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay, and I would be happy to come back again.
