The cleaning of the room

The attitude of staff with respect to visitors policies. A situation where if you travel together and stays in different buildings can't visit each other. Staff are supposed to register visitors instead of disallowing visitation.

Position horrible, pour aller à place taksim, faut monter une pente red très fatigante, une personne de certain âge aura du mal à la monter! Lit confortable, en revanche les rideaux catastrophe, ils sont mal mis on a toute la lumière qui rentrent, on est réveillé au lever du soleil !

The sauna, gym, and Turkish bath

We stayed at this hotel for approximately 9 nights, and unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast was more like what you would expect from a one-star hotel. There was very little variety, and the quality was not what we expected from this hotel. The staff were also not very friendly or welcoming. On our first night, when we arrived at the reception, there was not even a “hello” or “welcome.” The receptionist simply asked for our passports. This was not a good first impression. The location of the hotel is also one of its biggest disadvantages. It is situated in one of the worst parts of Taksim, and getting to Taksim Square requires walking through a difficult uphill/downhill route. The alternative is taking a taxi, but the taxis around the hotel often charge around 300 TRY even for a short journey. The hotel does have some good facilities. The swimming pool, sauna and gym were quite good. However, you are required to pay €5 for a swimming cap, which I found unnecessary and disappointing. Another serious issue was the swimming pool floor. It was made of rough concrete/cement, and while I was swimming, my hand hit the bottom and I ended up cutting my hand. I believe the pool floor should be properly reviewed and improved for guests’ safety. Overall, after staying for 9 nights and considering the price we paid, we expected much better service, a better breakfast and more welcoming staff. The pool, sauna and gym were the only real positives, but unfortunately, they were not enough to make up for the other problems.

- L’emplacement un peu bruyant vu que l’hôtel donne directement sur une artère principale. - Les chambres du côté rue un peu bruyantes la nuit (mal insonorisée). - Marcher à pied à la place Taksim pas très loins mais il y a une belle montée à 70%. De plus, l’hôtel vous facture 10 EUR par chambre pour pouvoir bénéficier de la navette entre l’hôtel et la place Taksim. - Le quartier autour de l’hôtel pas top. - Personnel pas très souriant en général. - Petit déjeuner facturé 25 EUR par personne. - Clim dans les chambres très bien mais un peu bruyante.

سيء جدا تعامل

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with our overall experience. Everything was well organized, and the hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. What we appreciated most was the kindness and care of the staff. During our stay, our son developed a fever, and the staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive. They did their best to help us during a stressful situation, and we truly appreciated their concern and assistance. Their warmth and compassion made a real difference to us.

We hadden de suite met balkon. Deze was ruim. Vriendelijke shuttle chauffeur.

De shuttle was niet gratis. De ligging was tegen een steile helling. De buurt viel tegen. Voor zwembad moest je een badmuts op.prijzen voor eten en drinken waren erg hoog en nodigden niet uit om in hotel te eten of drinken . Erg jammer.

I didn’t buy room with breakfast. But i asked to buy when i was check-in. The breakfast was nearly the same price with room price which made me puzzled.

Literie confortable et de bonne qualité mais Très déçue. La piscine ainsi que le spa ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre, alors que cela n’est mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation. Je trouve cela particulièrement regrettable, car ces informations devraient être clairement indiquées afin que les clients puissent réserver en toute connaissance de cause. De plus, la navette est également payante. On nous a demandé de régler 10 € par personne pour pouvoir en bénéficier, ce qui est encore une mauvaise surprise qui n’était pas clairement indiquée au moment de la réservation. Au vu du prix de la chambre, je trouve cela vraiment décevant et dommage que plusieurs prestations présentées comme des services de l’hôtel soient finalement facturées en supplément.

La qualité de l'hôtel est excellente. Le service du personnel est de haut niveau. Un très agréable moment passé dans cet hôtel. Service de spa très agréable.

Standard room Size was good. Swimming pool is basement Level3 and one time charge of 10 euro per full stay is extra payment. Swimming Caps are mandatory. Shuttle service to Taksim is available on 10 euro extra per stay, you have to pay one time only.

The location is closed to Taksim but walking to Taksim is not possible, extreme steep hill so going to Taksim and coming back won’t be easy. There was dust in both my rooms, not sure from where its coming. Car workshops everywhere outside hotel.

Het was op loopafstand van Nisantasi en Taksim. Kamers waren schoon en ruim. Geen geluidsoverlast. Bed was erg comfortabel.

Er was 1 medewerker waardoor we oncomfortabel werden maar gelukkig hebben we hem maar 1 keer gezien. Locatie is wel goed behalve dat je langs krottenwijken moet lopen (wat niet altijd veilig is 's avonds). Handdoeken en slippers waren van mindere kwaliteit.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed very poor customer service throughout my stay. The hotel appears to work closely with a nearby hair transplant clinic, and unfortunately, the cleanliness reflects that. There were visible blood stains and residue on the carpets in the hallways, which is completely unacceptable. I have attached photos as evidence. Almost everything comes with an extra charge. Even access to the swimming pool is not included, which was very surprising. Even the shuttle not free😂. The towels were dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mold and bacteria on the walls. The overall level of cleanliness was far below what anyone should expect from a hotel. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel until it significantly improves its hygiene standards and the professionalism of its staff.

اانا ثالث مرة انزل في الفدق كانت اقامتي السابقة ممتازة ولكن دي السنة حدا سئية اولا انا حجزت غرفتين غرفة بسخصين وغرفة بسخص اخبرني انو الحجز اسخص واحد ودفعني قيمة السخص الاخر بالرغم انا حجزي بدون فطور - كان في السابق يوحد خدمة سيارة تودي تقسيم وعثمان بيه ونشنتسي طول الوقت اتفاجاءت انهم الغو خدمة السيارة لانو الموقع بدون السيارة مايسوى ابدا-المناسف في الحمام جدا حدا قديمة وفي بوم رجعت الفندق مافي مناسف قالولي استني مافي مناشف استنيت قرابة ساعة- قارورة الموية يوفروها فقط عند الدخول صراحة الفندق دي المرة كانت اقامة سئية جدا

I would not recommend staying at Naz City Hotel. The room was very old, worn out, and not clean. The towels looked old and heavily used, and the room was nothing like what was shown in the photos or advertised online. The price was extremely high considering the poor quality of the hotel. Breakfast was not included in our rate, and we ended up paying around €80 for a very simple breakfast that was not worth the price. Be very careful with the items in the room. Anything you use from the minibar or snacks is charged separately in euros. There was no complimentary bottled water, and housekeeping was very limited and inconsistent. Most of the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Only two staff members were friendly and respectful, and I appreciate their kindness. After spending time in Istanbul, I realized there are many hotels that are newer, cleaner, more luxurious, and much more affordable. It is also very easy to find accommodation once you arrive. My advice is not to rely on the hotel's online advertising. The photos and descriptions did not match my experience. I also recommend not paying high prices to book this hotel online. There are many better options in Istanbul that offer much better value for your money. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not stay here again.

Close to Taksim Square but the route is hilly, you need to have taxi or shuttle. It’s not mentioned you have to pay for the shuttle. They charged us 10€ per room. I reserved the hotel for the swimming pool because of my children, however, it closed 2 days out of 4 days during my reservation. Cleaning and Maintenance takes two days ! Really disappointed ☹️ The breakfast could be better.

Είχε ακριβώς δίπλα σούπερ μάρκετ και το pilav sarayi με εξαιρετικό και οικονομικό φαγητό!! Το δωμάτιο και οι παροχές για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε ήταν ικανοποιητικό, αλλά όχι αντάξιες 4αστερου ξενοδοχείου σε καμία περίπτωση.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολλή κακή,βράδυ δεν κυκλοφορεις εκεί γύρω με τα πόδια, στενά δρομάκια, πολλοί μετανάστες και γενικά φουλ υποβαθμισμένη η περιοχή γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο και στο δρόμο προς στην ταξιμ!!Εντονη φασαρία από το βενζινάδικο/πλυντήριο αυτοκινήτων, που βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι και πλένουν με πιεστικά, λεωφορεία και ταξί μέχρι 2 την νύχτα και ξανά από της 6 το πρωί. Οι πετσέτες θέλουν επειγόντως ανανέωση!!! Το βαν για την πλατεία ταξιμ δεν είναι δωρεάν, έχει κόστος 10€, οπότε συμφέρει το ταξί που μέσω εφαρμογής κοστίζει από 5 έως 7!

Υπάρχουν κοντά μάρκετ και ένα εστιατόριο μέχρι αργά το βράδυ.

Υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης κάποιες φορές και οι πετσέτες ήταν πολυχρησιμοποιημένες και καθόλου απορροφητικές.

Overall the hotel is clean and the location is good for what you’re paying but there are several minor issues / annoyances.

Few minor issues which added up, however, easily fixable by the hotel management if they actually want to. 1) First 4 star hotel that doesn’t actually have a toaster. Also at breakfast there isn’t a single 2 seater table! The tables at breakfast are ridiculously huge - more like a wedding hall rather than a breakfast area. There is no need for this and it makes things awkward / uncomfortable. 2) I was unwell during my stay and wanted to order food however the hotel did not allow me to order food - ridiculous and controlling behaviour. I should not be forced to eat at the hotel! Looks like the hotel is more interested in making a profit than customer happiness and wellbeing. 3) The staff member in the fitness area is rude and has no manners. Every time you want to use the pool or gym she speaks to you like you’re being arrested. I don’t need someone to supervise me in the gym. She also shouts at you if you have too much water to drink!! There should be access to free unlimited drinking water in a 4 Star Hotel in a warm country.

Close to Taksim Square and metro stations but you must ride a car because the street is uneven, a hill.

the shuttle that goes to taksim and nisan tashi was for free and it is 10 euro now. also the reseptionist need to be more flexable and freindly with the guests.

الموقع بعيد عن تقسيم في شارع ومنطقة قديمه الطريق اليه ومنه متعب كله مرتفعات ومرتفعات والصعب المشي اليه الموكيت ليس نظيف والغرف قذرة

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Menü oldukça zengindi. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Nigar Hanım, onunla birlikte çalışan adını bilmediğim diğer hanımefendi ve spa girişindeki görevli çok nazikti. Spa, sauna ve Türk hamamı konaklama ücretine dahildi, ayrıca herhangi bir ücret ödememiz gerekmedi. Otel, fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Otelin konumu da fena değildi.

Oteldeki fiyatlar, diğer otellere kıyasla oldukça yüksekti. Örneğin, sıradan bir latte 10 avro, bir şişe su ise 1 avroydu. Ayrıca, üç gün konaklayacak olursanız, odanıza yalnızca ilk gün ücretsiz su bırakılıyor. Sonraki günlerde oda temizliği yapılsa bile su yenilenmiyor. Girişte size otelin kurallarını içeren bir bilgilendirme veriliyor. Bu kurallarda, otele dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirilmesinin yasak olduğu belirtiliyor. Bunun, dört yıldızlı bir otele yakışmayan bir uygulama olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Dit is inmiddels ons tweede verblijf in dit hotel. Helaas was onze ervaring dit jaar aanzienlijk minder positief dan vorig jaar. Bij aankomst viel direct op dat er bij het inchecken geen enkele hulp werd aangeboden met onze koffers, terwijl dit tijdens ons eerdere verblijf wel onderdeel leek te zijn van de service. Daarnaast werden we verrast door het feit dat er tegenwoordig parkeerkosten worden gerekend, iets wat voorheen niet het geval was. Ook de prijsstelling vinden wij moeilijk te rechtvaardigen. Voor een los ontbijt wordt €25 per persoon gevraagd, wat wij buiten proportie vinden. Over het algemeen zijn de prijzen naar onze mening flink gestegen, zonder dat de dienstverlening of de totale beleving daarop is verbeterd. Al met al heeft dit verblijf helaas niet voldaan aan de verwachtingen die ons eerdere bezoek had gewekt.

Our room was quite comfortable and nice. We had a suite with a balcony. The employees were all very nice, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very, very disappointing. Not your typical Turkish breakfast at all. Very lacking and presentation was extremely lacking. Also the location of the hotel wasn’t the greatest quite a hike up and down, steep Hill to Taksim Square and back through unappealing neighborhoods

The location is good keeping in mind that there is shuttle that brings you up to Taksim. The guy who is driving the shuttle is really kind!!

We stayed the second time and I will definitely not stay here one more time. It got more dirty and it looks way more used than it should. We always had problems with the towels. They would leave fabrics on use which felt like sand on wet skin. Not cool. Even after mentioning it every day nothing changed.

J'ai réservé un un séjour sur booking avec un petit déjeuner mal heureusement sur place pas de petit déjeuner. On me dit pour le petit déjeuner il faut payé 25€ par personne en plus

Belle suite au dernier étage bien conçue. Trés bonne isolation phonique.

Hôtel vieilli prématurément. Meubles un peu abimés. Peu d'accessoires dans la SDB. Rideaux pas assez occultants (trop courts). Terrasse non privée: elle court tout au long d'autres suites et elle est trés sale( oiseaux).Personnel du desk indifférent. Ni bonjour ni bonsoir. Peu de renseignements. Pas de plan de la ville. Les autres membres du personnel sont beaucoup plus coopératifs. PDJ moyen. Quartier peu reluisant et difficile d'accés hors taxi. Hammam payant. Hôtel confessionnel: resto mais pas d'alcool.
