Me dieron mal la dirección del dpto y al querer consultar nadie te ayuda.... solo por la app o por tu cuenta .... no hay soporte

The view is amazing, the wifi is very good also.

It wasn’t clean when we arrived, the windows don’t have mosquito net so when you open the windows or door you get allot of mosquitos inside.

Mooi uitzicht, heerlijke infinity pool. 5 minuten rijden naar Jan Thiel beach en allerlei restaurants.

2 de las 6 noches, se apagó el aire acondicionado alrededor de las 03.00 AM, se activaba tipo 08.00 hrs. lo que hizo insoportable el calor, al tercer día fueron los eléctricos y lo solucionaron

El lugar muy bonito y tranquilo.

Que no es permitido bañarte en la playa que tiene el resort.

Super fijn appartement met een mooi zwembad.

Enige nadeel vonden we de muggen. Buiten op terras zitten savonds is bijna niet mogelijk.

I love the property, it was super easy to get around with the rental car we had as well because the place was 15/20/30 mins away from everything. I love that it was gated as well, felt safe, secure and comfortable.

I wish I got the room I saw in the pictures, and thought I booked, instead I got apartment 1D, and it was kinda tuck away to the back of the property. I did not complain because we were barely at the spot, just to sleep mostly.

Er was geen ontbijtservice bij de accomodatie

Er was niet genoeg serviesgoed en bestek om de vaatwasser te kunnen gebruiken.

Not enough comfortable seating in living area. Missing a few utensils. Ensuite vanity needs some work

Mooie locatie nabij Jan Thiel met prive strandje aan Spaanse water en mooi zwembad.

Faciliteiten in keuken (basis keukengerei) beneden verwachtingen zoals geen snijplank, geen slakom, slechte pannen

Ik vond het een heel gedoe met de betaling, en vervelende mailtjes die je ontvangt voordat je komt. Vervolgens bij aankomst, moet je papieren tekenen en een borg betalen, geen probleem, maar als er geen meter standen zijn, en vervolgens vraagt waar de meter zit krijg je geen antwoord, je kunt dus niets controleren wat je verbruik is. Toilet rook niet fris, gemeld dat er ook een waterlekkage achter de muur zit. Kapotte glazen in de keukenkast, en bestek klopte ook niets van. Was rek is kapot. Verder fijn verblijf maar het allemaal wel wat beter gekund voor die prijs.

Ruim appartement met terras, in een kleinschalig complex. Zwembad en airco aanwezig. Beide kamers met dubbelbed en douchekamer. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Netjes onderhouden..

Ligging aan het Spaans water, met op het domein er een fijn zandstrandje aan, doch niet mogelijk om het water in te gaan. Onze indruk was ook dat er veel activiteiten noordelijk van Willemstad waren, waardoor wat verder rijden was. Afhankelijk van de windrichting hoorde je ook het gebrom van de grote boorboot die aan de Caracasbaai ligt.

Limpian cada 5 dias estuvimos 12 dias y nos limpiaron un viernes y un domingo. (Diferencia de 2 dias en el medio) Estaria bueno que dejen elementos como escoba para uno poder limpiar la arena . Y no podiamos cocinar nada en la ornalla por que se activaba la alarma de incendio a pesar de tener todas las ventanas abiertas , teniamos que cocinar todo en el horno.

El departamento es cómodo y las áreas comunes están bien. La cocina está equipado con todo lo necesario.

Tienes una tarifa de luz al día, si te pasas pagas adicional a eso. Si estás dentro del departamento no hay forma de no usar el aire acondicionado, ya que no hay mosquiteros y si dejas abierto (aunque sea un momento) se meten una cantidad de mosquitos que no tienes idea. Los primeros días tuvimos que estar fumigando porque de plano eran demasiados y no podíamos dormir. La limpieza la realizan cada 5 días, podría ser cada 3 días Hay playa pero el mar no es para meterse y si lo haces ten cuidado porque está lleno de medusas de manglar. Considera que para hospedarte aquí es necesario tener coche para moverte

Location: Spanish Water apartment, ground Floor Amazing place, magnificent view on the small harbour with a fancy background. Beautiful small beach, swimming pool (cleaned every day), big palm trees, No noise, No dogs, No traffic, though tropical Curadise. Apartment was very comfortable, clean, complete, big terrace, big kitchen, two bathrooms. Staff is very cooperative, friendly, intermittent cleaning done by a supportive team. Although not permanent present, they passed by. Small issue with WiFi was reported by me by Megans of WhattsApp and soon fixed. Communication is fast, correct, and solution oriented. We used a little bit more electricity than we were meant to use, but they were very flexible with the final settlement: No need for extra payment. Thank you.

Iets teveel muggen tussen 5 uur en 7 uur. Zeewater is op deze plek niet echt ideaal om te zwemmen ivm plantengroei maar het zwembad compenseert veel.

The accommodations were clean and well equipped. The grounds and amenities were nice. Reasonable drive to Willemstad, restaurants, etc.

Have to have the fob to get out of the gate, so had to take the keys back to the office at the airport, which is convenient for arrivals, but not departures.

The place is nice, modern, spacious and comfortable, people who administrate the place is pending of the arrival from the airport and try to solve any situation asap

They aren’t clear about the checkout rules, IE. where to leave the keys although they are required to leave the place as the doors are opened with remote control, the cleaning doesn’t include cleaning the floor which is commonly dirty because of the sand from the beach, they need to leave a mop to dry the floor after the shower, as the water comes into the room, they offer shampoo, cream and soap once, is good, however they don’t tell you and you still spect with the cleaning the refill and if you don’t rent a car it is not easy to buy that staff.
