De ligging bij Jan Thiel is goed. Het verblijf is erg rustig

Het contact met de eigenaren. Wij hebben bewust voor een kleinschalig verblijf gekozen omdat wij het leuk vinden dat er persoonlijk contact is. Wij hebben vorig jaar ook bij boutique hotel JT verbleven. Dit jaar kwamen wij terug. De eigenaren leken hier niet erg dankbaar voor, op dat we dit jaar terug kwamen kwam weinig respons. Eenmaal bij het verblijf aangekomen groeten mijn partner de eigenaar hier kwam weinig respons of reactie op terug, dit helaas tot meerdere keren toe. Wij ervaarde dit als onpersoonlijk. Het idee dat de eigenaren het verblijf vooral zakelijk zien, en niet de oprechte interesse hebben hoe hun gasten het verblijf ervaren of hoe hun tijd op het eiland is. Vooral voor zo’n klein verblijf zijn dit voor ons belangrijke elementen. Wij zouden niet nog eens terugkomen.

Todo! La verdad Curazao es una isla pequeña y tiene varios lugares que no son tan lindos pero este hotel boutique está en una ubicación súper cómoda! Tiene buen desayuno (básico pero todo lo necesario) estacionamiento y además los facilitaron cooler todos los días! Fueron amables y es muy seguro lo recomiendo. Nos prestaron toalla de playa todos los días que también es algo a destacar. En general busqué muchas opciones dentro de Curazao y recomendaría esta a ojos cerrados (y me consideró una persona que es complicada para dormir en otros lados) se preocupan de todo lo básico para una estadía cómoda y amigable en la isla! (Dejaré fotos de la playa que está a 10 min caminando, del desayuno y de la parte de la piscina)

Quizás podrían mejorar el aseo que se hace en la habitación diariamente, sin embargo no es algo grave ya que tampoco es que se haga mal pero no queda 100% ok y también tener aire acondicionado en la parte interior del desayuno ya que hace muchísimo calor

A hospedagem foi excelente, desde as instalações e limpeza até o café da manhã e a hospitalidade das gerentes. Nos deram ótimas dicas! Com certeza voltaremos! Apesar do hotel estar localizado mais ao sul da ilha, isso facilita muito para ir ao passeio de Klein Curaçao, a qual precisa estar cedo no porto. Também fica super próximo da Tugboat Beach, beach clubs e outros restaurantes e comércios, facilitando muito a compra de água e itens para levar as praias.

Não tenho nenhum item para comentar, a hospedagem é excelente.

Het personeel en de locatie van de hotel was uitstekend. We hadden onze verbleef in Jan Thiel erg genoten.

De koffie apparaat. Het was eigenl8jk maar een kleine puntje minder maar mooiere waard om hier aandacht te brengen vind ik. Vooral voor de koffie liefhebber als ik zelf, vind ik toch fijn als ik tjdens mijn ontbijt mijn lieveling koffie kan benutten en genieten.

Nossa experiência foi excelente! A hospedagem é muito confortável e acolhedora. O quarto ótimo, com uma cama muito confortável, ar-condicionado e frigobar funcionando perfeitamente, o que fez toda a diferença durante a nossa estadia. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito saboroso e preparado com carinho. Também gostaríamos de destacar a simpatia e a atenção das funcionárias, especialmente da Ivy, que foi extremamente gentil, prestativa e atenciosa conosco durante toda a estadia. Com certeza recomendamos a hospedagem .

Piensan en casa detalle, el desayuno tiene muchas opciones, la limpieza es impecable, el personal es demasiado cercano y atento. Súper recomendado.

Está bien cuidado, es cómodo, el desayuno incluido está muy completo, tiene piscina y además estacionamiento y las personas que trabajan aquí son muy amables. Ademas la ubicación es un gran acierto, está cerca a todos los beach club !

Ik heb hier al een paar keer verbleven en het is elke keer weer erg fijn. De locatie is geweldig (loopafstand van Jan Thiel beach), het zwembad is heerlijk en de kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Het personeel is ook heel aardig en behulpzaam. Iedere dag is er een heerlijk ontbijtje en er is ook een keuken met snacks om te kopen voor wanneer je geen zin hebt om naar de winkel te gaan.

Het enige minpuntje was dat er een aantal lichten in de kamer niet werkten. Maar all in all deed dat niets af aan de ervaring van de kamer.

Atendeu a minhas expectativas

El hotel es bonito, la habitación amplia y limpia. El personal que trabaja en el lugar es muy amable y atento. El desayuno era super completo, habían opciones dulces y saladas. Todo super rico y fresco. La zona se sentía bastante segura.

Alles! Die Ausstattung, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilft bei jeder Frage die man hat. Alles ist sauber, ansprechend gestaltet und das Frühstück ist ebenfalls super. Lage auch top, mit dem Auto 2 min zum Jan Thiel Besch, welcher extrem schön ist. Wir würden 100% wiederkommen und die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Preis Leistung ist auch das beste, was wir auf unserer mehrwöchigen Reise erlebt haben.

Wat een heerlijke plek dit! Kleinschalig, maar het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en overtrof echt mijn verwachtingen. De kamer is superschoon. Iedere dag is er heerlijk ontbijt en juist omdat het kleinschalig is, is er veel rust.

Nice room, great breakfast, friendly staff.

WiFi. We were located in the room at the end of the hall and the WiFi was really poor. Streaming anything was out of the question.

JT Curacao is a well maintained, clean hotel with a very friendly staff and a relaxed vibe. The breakfast is a small buffet with a personalized choice of eggs or pancakes. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool is clean and inviting especially on those very hot evenings. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend.

The location was great if you want to stay in Jan Thiel and go to only that beach. It’s close to Tug Boat beach and some good snorkeling. It’s a longer drive to go to some other beaches in the north west.

Prima appartement, alles was netjes en schoon. Snelle respons van eigenaren bij vragen.

1-persoonsbed in tweede slaapkamer heeft een wat zacht matras (maar is natuurlijk ook persoonlijk), deze kamer is verder ook niet heel gezellig ingericht en er is ook geen nachtlampje. Het zitje buiten is ook niet heel gezellig, geen lampje voor ‘s avonds en je kijkt uit op een hek. Met wat kleine aanpassingen zou het naar ons idee een stuk gezelliger kunnen zijn.

Het appartement was erg mooi en netjes.

Atendentes simpáticos e prestativos, com destaque para a Linda e a Evelyn, que nos ajudaram em várias situações e deram boas dicas sobre a ilha. Café da manhã maravilhoso, bairro tranquilo e silencioso, limpeza impecável. Estacionamento fechado e seguro. Tivemos o melhor dos dois mundos: as comodidades e serviços de um hotel e a liberdade e aconchego de um AirBnb. Voltaríamos com toda a certeza!

Nada a declarar

Het ontbijt was prima en wanneer je aankwam bij het ontbijt werd er de vraag gesteld of je een gebakken ei, scrambled eggs etc etc wilde hebben, maar ook kon je pancakes kiezen en die waren echt erg lekker!! Verder was alles zoals beleg en brood ruim voldoende aanwezig, maar ook qua keuze was het ruim voldoende. De ligging is perfect, je zit op loopafstand van het strand van Zanzibar en dat is ideaal!

Modern apartment complex. Lovely pool with loungers and communal seating area for breakfast. Room was large, modern, small balcony, comfortable bed and clean modern washroom and shower. We would have stayed longer if they had the availability. Excellent place, close to the beach and shops in a really nice area of Jan Thiel.

Pontos positivos: o quarto é grande, espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. As pessoas com quem tive contato, tanto no checkin quanto no checkout e durante os dias que estive, são simpáticas e educadas. A localização é mediana, dá pra ir andando pra praia Jan Thiel mas só isso. Não tem nenhum restaurante ou algo que possa comer próximo. Nesse caso, você fica refém de carro. A piscina é limpa e todos os dias estava funcional.

Pontos negativos: na descrição diz oferecer smart tv, secador de cabelo e itens básicos de higiene no banheiro. Quanto a tv, não conte com ela, não tem canais e só tem os streamings só que a internet é lentíssima, simplesmente impossível assistir um vídeo no youtube quem dirá um filme na Netflix no fim do dia. O secador não está lá e os itens básicos de higiene são shampoo e sabonete de mão. A iluminação do quarto é bem ruim, achei super escuro pois nem todas as lâmpadas funcionavam. O chuveiro é baixo, eu precisei me abaixar em todos os banhos que tomei. O café da minha pra mim foi a pior parte: fraco, fraquíssimo. Na foto vocês vão ver TUDO que é oferecido. Tinha duas jarras de suco e todos os 5 dias que tomei café quando o suco acabava não era reposto. Por mais de um dia tudo que consegui beber foi um copo de suco. O café é de máquina. Não tem um bolo, as frutas oferecidas são em quantidades tão pequenas que chega ser deprimente. Honestamente, foi horrível. A limpeza consiste em tirar o lixo do seu quarto e nada além disso. Por fim, o pessoal do hotel só fala inglês e não se esforçam pra falar outro idioma. Se for um problema pra você, não vá. Achei um preço elevado demais pelo que foi oferecido. Não voltaria e não recomendo.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, we loved our stay, the staff is extremely friendly and they truly are so welcoming, the hotel is very well situated in the jan thiel beach area, only a 10 minute walk to the free beach and a 15 minute walk from the Papagayo beach club The breakfast is lovely (croissants are divine) The rooms are spacious and very clean The pool is just an absolutely wonderful amenity

Fijn kleinschalig, vriendelijk personeel, goeie locatie op loopafstand van Jan Thiel strand. Kamers keurig en schoon, met heerlijke bedden,. Dagelijks schone handdoeken mogelijk, ook strandlaken. Klein koelkastje oo de kamer voor wat eigen drankjes. Ontbijt prima.

Door het gebruik van beton is het wat gehorig

Gostamos de tudo. O atendimento foi excelente. A limpeza, localização, custo-benefício, café da manhã, tudo foi ótimo! Adoramos.

Het was heel rustig en persoonlijk. Het is leuk dat het personeel in de ochtend komt vragen wat je zou willen eten uit de keuken. Ze vragen hoe het gaat en dit maakt het verblijf heel gastvrij.

Lugar moderno, buen desayuno, cama cómoda, buena ducha. Muy amable la atención, nos preparamos desayuno en un horario más temprano porque teníamos excursión.

Mucho calor en el baño, en el cual no había ventilación, poca luz en la habitación y la ventana no se podía abrir ampliamente, si o si tenes que estar con el aire acondicionado prendido. Nos comunicamos bien pero estaría bueno como recomendación que alguien hablara español.

Exceptional Location, everything 10 minutes away walking! Really close to the beach and in a really good neighborhood with good facilities as supermarket and gym. Room really clean, coffee machine spectacular and ok breakfast

La experiencia fue genial, las chicas en la mañana que servían el desayuno eran muy buenas, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias y el barrio muy seguro y muy buen lugar también para hacerse amigos

The setting was nice, breakfast was ok. Fresh fruits, and cold cuts, fresh bread, baked croissants, coffee, and juice. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms are clean and modern with nice bathroom amenities. The small balcony that opens up on the parking lot was a nice feature for fresh air in the morning. I Could park the car inside the gate, which you get your own remote for opening and closing when you arrive. Friendly staff and always ready to help.

I was surprised with the offered egg and bacon, it was impressively small, and felt like a joke. not even for kids it would be funny. There were a lot of flies and were very annoying during breakfast. A loud cat roaming around all day and during breakfast, what if I was allergic? and the yogurt could be organic for extra points. Small gate door didn't open, lock was semi broken. Window/door shading for balcony did not fully close.

Breakfast was amazing

Bathroom floor was smoothe and I slipped a couple times.

Pros: The pictures provided on booking captured the place perfectly. The room I stayed in had a lovely double bed, really comfy and clean. A mini fridge and a small balcony with a glass door access and Air Conditioning. The bathroom was lovely, great design to honest. The entire room and bathroom floor was not tiled, however, the aesthetics complemented it and it stood out in a great way. The breakfast was soooooooooo good, it was buffet style, plus you could make additional request from the kitchen. I also liked that they come and freshen up the room (dispose of light garbage and replace towels) after breakfast usually if you are not there. In addition, to me, the room was a very good size. Also, I love the motion sensors in the hallway to illuminate your path towards your room. It has a pool which is always a plus!!

Cons: Please note my cons are purely me nitpicking. Because it is not really all that bad. The bathroom, although it looked lovely, clean with a good layout, I did not fancy the lack of a "proper" ventilation because I personally would prefer a window in a bathroom instead of a small square in the ceiling. Also, the room is not soundproof even though the description said it was.

The room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The property was at a good location, very central and close to the beaches. There was place for parking and it felt very safe. The appartement we rented also felt very private which was gold. The bed was also very comfy.

The only inconvenience that we would have love to have had communicated beforehand is that we were allowed to check in at 14:00 pm but when we arrived it was suddenly 15:00.

Excellent value, friendly and competent staff, breakfast was good—far better quality than what mid-range US hotels offer, and it was great to start the day with a good meal. You can walk 10–15 minutes to restaurants, but otherwise you really need a car in Curaçao. They partner with a car rental firm (LivCuraçao) who were excellent.
