Let me start with giving a big shout out to Sevin (the chef at Cpicerie), he went above and beyond my allergy dietary requirements, very much appreciated. Overall the hotel is good, but if you are used to 5* hotels, don’t be fooled by the stars on Booking.com, the hotel is max a 4* rather than a 5* (in terms of service levels, rooms, food, crowds and facilities). We were very excited about the food due to the reviews, but for the us the buffet was a bit disappointing and the food overall (also in the wok and roll) is ok but not great (quite greasy and not much variation). Rooms were modern, staff is very very friendly and very helpful! The facilities overall are good and we had an enjoyable stay.

Overall breakfast and dinner is chaotic and slow (unless you go really early for breakfast and late for dinner) it’s hard to spot what table is free and which one not, staff forgetting drinks, and its very busy at the live cooking stations so you need to be patience since you have to wait quite long. I mentioned my allergies before we arrived in Mauritius, and they mentioned they noted them down. However at the buffet (despite labels of allergies) I ended up having food that didn’t have any labels, but then only when being back at the table, I found the food had ingredients in it I cannot eat. Buffet for me therefore was hard to navigate, when asking staff to double check certain ingredients, most of staff walking around had no clue and I got comments like “could be old label”. If you have a very severe allergy, food might be difficult here. There weren’t enough sun loungers on the beach and despite having signs saying “we will take stuff away if reserved” the hotel doesn’t really follow their own rule, people would still end up reserving spots and not showing up for hours after (although this might say more about certain guests rather than the hotel..) In terms of taxi, hotel is charging a premium vs local taxi companies, keep that in mind (fi they charge 1800 one way whilst local companies charge 2500 for a return) The hotel asks for feedback during stay through QR codes. We filled in the survey during the stay with similar feedback but did not receive any response

L’hôtel est magnifique, formule all in exceptionnelle. Mention spéciale pour Alicia qui nous a offert des magnifiques souvenirs pour notre fils. Ainsi qu’à Christiane, Jasmine,Krish, Atish et Jesh qui ont rendu ce séjour encore plus magique par leur gentillesse.

Manque une piscine intérieure ou une piscine chauffée pour les enfants.

Personale sempre disponibile e accogliente, cibo ottimo, abbiamo festeggiato sia la nostra luna di miele che il compleanno di mio marito e ci hanno fatto molte sorprese durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio vivamente sia per la location stupenda che per il servizio di escursioni, comodissimo e super organizzato.

Un excellent buffet qui change tous les soirs, les plats mauriciens/créoles/asiatiques sont maitrisés, les plats européens un petit moins mais cela permet au plus grand nombre d’apprécier le repas. Les desserts sont très bons mais manque de finesse. Grande chambre avec dressing, grande salle de bain et terrasse avec vue très appréciable

L’hôtel étant en travaux, de 9h à 19h c’était très bruyant, même le samedi.. Personnel souriant mais service très irrégulier : la table est débarrassée alors que nous n’avons pas fini de manger, le room service ouvre la porte de la chambre si on a le sommeil lourd.. Le « jacuzzi » est froid

C'est la deuxième fois pour ma part, et toujours pas déçu, de belles chambres confortables, madame à adoré le massage et le spa Du petit déjeuner au dîner plein de choix et bon dans l'ensemble, des cocktails délicieux à siroté toute la journée ! Special dédicace aux super cocktail de Atish du C bar. Quelques activités proposées au long de la journée. Du kite quand il à du vent ! Donc il a de quoi faire ou tout juste rien faire et chiller On reviendra sans hésiter, à bientôt !

Ein megatolles Ressort direkt am weißen Sandstrand! Die Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und durch die Anlage geführt. Es wirkte nie überlaufen und es waren immer Liegen am Pool und Strand zu bekommen. Auch die Massage im Spa war super angenehm und sehr entspannend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall hier wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen, allein schon weil die Handtücher so gut duften. 😊

La struttura e il cibo. La struttura era bella ed il cibo era buono.

Tantissime cose non mi sono piaciute. Partiamo dal fatto che c'è pochissima attenzione nel rifare le camere:un giorno non avevamo il bagnoschiuma, il giorno dopo lo shampoo, un altro giorno ci avevano cambiato 2 asciugamani su 4 ed un altro giorno mancava l'acqua. La spa è piccolissima ed in gran parte all'aperto. Non hanno mai disponibilità per i massaggi, noi eravamo riusciti a trovare l'ultima disponibilità l'ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno, ci siamo presentati all'appuntamento e vi hanno detto che uno dei massaggiatori era malato. Ci hanno anche detto che ci avevano chiamati in camera e non avevamo risposto un po' alterati scusateci se avevamo un'escursione in barca. Per di più ci hanno anche detto che lo sapevano dal mattino, possibile che non siano riusciti a trovare un sostituto?!? Un resort del genere ha solo 2 massaggiatori?!? Bah! Io ci tenevo tanto perché volevo regalarlo a mio marito per una nostra ricorrenza invece mi hanno fatto fare solo una brutta figura. Non ci hanno nemmeno offerto nulla per il disguido. Il giorno stesso, dopo la delusione del massaggio, volevamo andare in spiaggia a rilassarci e ci hanno detto che avevano finito le asciugamani da mare alle 17?!?bah. L'intrattenimento era poco e noioso, alle 22.30 chiudeva tutto.

C Mauritius hat uns einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit tollem Service und gemütlicher Atmosphäre an der Ostküste geboten. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sogar der Strand wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wir konnten uns gut entspannen. Zudem wurde man am Strand nicht durch Strandverkäufer belästigt. Dafür liefen hier täglich Strassenhunde über den Strand. Das Highlight war das freundliche Personal, hier ist besonders Anastasia von der Rezeption zu erwähnen. Sie hat sich sehr fürsorglich um uns gekümmert. Wir waren täglich im Spa Bereich und möchten auch diesen lobend erwähnen. Das gastronomische Angebot war reichhaltig, immer frisch und sehr schmackhaft. Nur die Cocktails waren etwas zu schwach. Richtig gut fanden wir die eigene App für das Hotel, in der man zum Beispiel das Motto des Restaurants am Abend erfahren, oder seine eigenen Buchungen z.B. Spa überprüfen konnte. Für einen ruhigen, entspannten Aufenthalt, mit dem nötigen Komfort bekommt C Mauritius unsere Empfehlung.

We stayed at C Mauritius for 12 nights as a group of six from 7-19th of august this year and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean and has stunning views. Breakfast and dinner were rich, varied and excellent quality. The staff were truly outstanding — warm, professional, positive and incredibly attentive. They remembered our preferences, including what we liked to drink, and constantly surprised us with thoughtful compliments and little extras. This level of personal attention made our stay really special. A special thank you to Vella and the entire Sommelier team. They are incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant, and we highly recommend their wine tasting — definitely worth doing! 10/10 experience. We highly recommend C Mauritius and would absolutely return. ❤️

Waiters in the restraurant are rude and they dont care about what you want. The service is too late. Your drink comes at the end of your dinner. They said we have a free massage because we are a honeymoon couple. After a few days when we ask about the massage they said we have only discount no free massage. Tables in the restaurant are extremely dirty. They even dont change the service.

Wir waren im Winter da, darum war es windig und zum Baden nicht richtig warm aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Pools insbesondere im Spa könnte man heizen.

We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon, all the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do more for you day and night. The room was kept clean by our cleaner who was lovely. The buffet was good and different variety each night and each week to the previous, the Asian place was fantastic of an evening you can only go once every 5 days, you can go in the day whenever you please also and it’s just a smaller menu that was brilliant so fresh and tasty.

I loved loved loved our stay at C Mauritius. We went for a big family holiday (14 people) and it exceeded our expecations. Will definetely be coming back.

Wish there was more spread in the lunch menu at C'picerie, it was the same everyday. Also lunch orders closed by 3 pm, but dinner wasn't till 7pm, so there was some time I was left hungry.

Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Les chambres sont superbes et propres. Le buffet petit déjeuner et le buffet diner : un délice! L'hotel, dans sa globalité, est top Le partenaire Dany pour les excursions est génial.

Les 3 piscines sont superbes mais non chauffées, et pas si grande que ça. Aussi, il y avait des travaux pendant nos 5 jours, avec des bruits de perceuses, scie etc... Ce qui nous a empêché de nous poser à la piscine du bar et d'un coin de la plage. Aussi, le jacuzzi est pas très agréable. Il s'agit de 4 fauteuils en position allongée. On a la tête dans les bulles, le bruit dans les oreilles, et le ventre qui sort de l'eau... Il n'est pas possible d'etre assis. Dommage!

Еда на ужины разнообразная, конечно нет такого выбора как в Турции или Дубае шведского стола, но всего хватает, есть морепродукты, любое мясо, рыба. На завтраки пекут восхитительные круасаны.

Ha sido probablemente el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado en Mauricio. Todo está súper cuidado, el entorno, las instalaciones, la zona de playa... el personal es súper atento y amable. La habitación que reservamos era muy amplia, con una cama súper cómoda, terraza y vistas laterales al mar y a una de las 3 piscinas. La limpieza muy buena y rápida para lo grande que es el hotel. Las instalaciones son un 10, el gimnasio tiene absolutamente de todo, las pistas de tenis y pádel están muy cuidadas, la zona de SPA es muy bonita y los masajes son muy buenos. Además puedes hacer kayak, paddle surf, pedalo, snorkel... solo pidiendo el material en el boat house. La comida nos pareció también muy buena, gran parte de las opciones son cocinadas en el momento, hacen cenas temáticas y comida local, tiene mucha variedad y los ingredientes parecen frescos. Además coincidió que estuvimos durante los días de mundial y en el bar del lobby pusieron una pantalla grande para poder ver los partidos, sin molestar porque hay más zonas de bar tranquilas y está alejado de las habitaciones.

The entire resort is outstanding and truly deserves a 5-star rating. Everything was spotless, with excellent housekeeping and beautifully maintained facilities. The private beach was stunning and cleaned every day, making it a perfect place to relax. The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast and dinner, with a great variety of fresh and delicious dishes every day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend C Mauritius to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable vacation. We will definitely be back!

El mejor hotel en el que estuvimos en Mauricio. Desde el desayuno a la cena todo maravilloso, las atenciones, las bebidas, el restaurante de comida asiática. Todo genial.

Que nos coincidió la semana del festival de Kite surf y no podiamos practicamente usar la playa, el bar de la playa estaba cerrado y un poco de mareo.

La comida del buffet estaba muy buena y era variada, cambiaban bastantes platos durante la cena (el desayuno prácticamente era siempre el mismo). La amabilidad del personal, especialmente nuestra limpiadora Manisha. Estaba todo limpio y era un sitio tranquilo. La habitación era fantástica y tuvieron unos detalles durante nuestra luna de miel que son muy de agradecer

La zona del spa podría ampliarse/mejorarse para que ofreciese más tipos de hidromasaje. No sabemos exactamente por qué (había días en los que el viento no parecía un impedimento) pero en ningún momento se nos permitió hacer las actividades acuáticas excepto kayak un día

We had a wonderful stay at C Mauritius. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing holiday. The beachfront location, excellent food, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. A special thanks to Hans, whose exceptional hospitality and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. I would also like to highly recommend the tour planners, Deeya and Danny They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted before planning our sightseeing. Their recommendations were excellent and helped us make the most of our holiday. If you're staying at the hotel, I would definitely suggest speaking with them at the tour desk near the hotel entrance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and recharge during our holiday.

There was nothing that significantly affected our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the resort, the facilities, the service, and the hospitality. Any minor issues were handled promptly by the staff, and we truly appreciated their willingness to assist.
