We had a wonderful stay in the Presidential Suite on All Inclusive for 5 nights, the experience was very relaxing and calm. We had a very beautiful, clean and neat room as well as the hotel in general. The room was cleaned well by Hema every day and also provided a turndown service. The staff and service at restaurants, beach bars, and all areas (including check-in and check-out) were very friendly and efficient. The beach/lagoon and pool area was fantastic and great temperatures for swimming (Lagoon 24C and Pool up to 29C). Lots of sun beds, towels and umbrellas, etc., very neat and tidy. Breakfast and Lunch were great and the drinks at the beach bar and restaurants were good on the AI Package. Airport transfers were arranged through the hotel and this service was efficient.

The All Inclusive menu options at Lunch, Dinner and Drinks could have been clearer, we had to figure it out for the first day or two and had to ask for explanations. I would suggest having only one menu for every restaurant with a * symbol next to items which are All Inclusive, it would make it easier. Every other AI hotel I have been to does this, it should be crystal clear and require no explanation. The Dinner was a little bit disappointing, the food was very “complicated” and lacking big flavour, I would suggest simpler food which packs more flavour. The menu was a bit more of a fine dining concept which at the beach is not something we would prefer. Simple flavorful food is better than average complicated food. We would have expected more fresh seafood options considering the location. Since the hotel offers two restaurant options for dinner we would suggest having the more fine dining experience limited to one of the restaurants, with the other providing more “crowd pleaser” meals. The gym is neat and tidy, we used it every day, it’s a little bit dated, but not bad for a small hotel. It’s usable, I would suggest they invest more in this area.

The staff was amazing, thanks HEMA for the cleaning and the surprises on our bedroom, it was really amazing. The staff overall was amazing, friemelt and really helpful!

Osebje je izjemno, še posebaj bi pohvalila Ashno, ki je vsak dan skrbno uredila sobo in poskrbela za naju z možem. Hrana je zelo na visokem nivoju. Lokacija hotela je odlična. Obalo vsak dan čistijo. V hotelu imajo tudi možnost najetja avtomobila, da si lahko ogledaš otok. Zelo priporočam. V kopalnici je pri tuš kabini potezna vrvica, da lahko posušiš cunje.

Kind, attentive staff! Super eco-ethos such as sealed glass water bottles We were able to maximize activities (i.e. perfect timing for the heated infinity pool on a blustery day) on our short stay by remaining on the premises for a couple hours after checkout.

The design was beautiful, but when the AC was off, the room had a bit of a musty smell, like the humidity was absorbing into the organic decor (such as thatch on the wall).

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel à taille humaine. Le calme et la tranquillité qui y règnent nous ont permis de nous sentir comme dans un véritable cocon. Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours très gentil. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette ambiance intimiste et reposante.Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille dans cet hôtel, qui nous a séduits par son atmosphère intime, calme et authentique. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : attentionné, disponible et toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable et mémorable. L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et l’authenticité, loin des endroits trop touristiques. La belle plage de Belle Mare, facilement accessible, est magnifique, et les balades aux alentours sont superbes. L’hôtel est également très propre et les restaurants proposent une cuisine excellente, avec beaucoup de choix et toujours de très bons plats.

Pour certains, l’endroit pourra peut-être sembler trop calme, mais pour nous, c’était justement ce que nous recherchions pour des vacances reposantes en famille.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en bord de plage est très agréable, on s'y sent au calme et sa taille raisonnable donne l'impression d'être dans un cocon. La nourriture au restaurant est très bonne et la formule demie pension permet déjà de goûter à de nombreux plats à la carte. Pour le midi, le snack sur la plage fait l'affaire. La vue mer de la chambre est paradisiaque. Le personnel est attentionné et à l'écoute. De nombreux petits + font la différence : possibilité de louer des paddles et kayak gratuitement, goûter avec boisson et nourriture tous les jours à 16h, salle de sport, spa... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Une sollicitation récurrente pour le choix du dîner du soir jusqu’à ce que l’on s’aperçoive que c’était pour leur stock et un service parfois long mais je crois que nous n’avions pas compris que nous étions en vacances et qu’il fallait ralentir !

Struttura molto bella e molto accogliente. Appena arrivati, abbiamo avuto un upgrade della stanza, molto grande e molto pulita. Il personale è disponibile e simpatico, in particolare una menzione speciale va a Thierry che con la sua allegria ci ha tenuto compagnia in spiaggia e in piscina. Si mangia anche molto bene

La struttura ha gli ombrelloni non sono proprio sulla spiaggia, sono sopraelevati e questo un po’ incide se si vuole fare vita da spiaggia

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and chose Mauritius and this hotel for our trip. The hotel staff gave us a significantly better room as a compliment. The food was delicious, both the half-board and the extras. The hotel staff is simply wonderful, always smiling, attentive, and quick to accommodate any whim. You can rent a scooter at the hotel, and there are many options for organizing leisure activities such as excursions. We also really liked the spa complex; we used the sauna for free and had a lymphatic drainage massage. The massage was one of the best I've ever had.

The only thing we didn't like was the beach itself. The seashore was always covered in seaweed and had a rather unpleasant smell. The hotel tried to clean the beach with an excavator in the mornings, but there was so much seaweed that even the excavator wasn't enough.

The hotel was super clean and friendly. The location was amazing and we loved the pool.

The food was amazing at breakfast!! Loved the choice and the omelette which was spicy. It was so tasty. The dinner meals were a bit unusual though and the flavour slightly lacking.

Wir waren 16 Tage im Seasense Boutique Hotel und können es vollumfänglich empfehlen. Das Hotel ist an einem sehr schönen Strand etwas abseits von größeren Städten gelegen. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Hotel Manager Kevin empfangen und durch das Hotel geführt. Am Hotel kann man sich Kajaks und SUP kostenlos leihen und hat im Lounge Bereich die Möglichkeit bei einer Ansprechpartnerin Landtouren zu buchen sowie ein Auto zu mieten. Bei Mr. Jude - einem sehr entspannten Typen - kann man Wassersporttouren buchen. Morgens gab es im Hotel ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und abends konnte man zwischen diversen Gerichten aus der Karte wählen, manche waren mit Aufpreis versehen, aber es gab auch ohne Aufpreis genügend Auswahl. Einmal die Woche gab es die Möglichkeit ein Live Barbecue zu buchen und einmal die Woche gab es die Management Cocktail Nacht mit Live Musik und kostenlosen Cocktails am Strand. Als wir da waren, gab es einen Antizyklon vor Mauritius weswegen einiges an Seegras angespült wurde. Dieses wurde aber unermüdlich von den Mitarbeitern entfernt, sodass man dennoch einen gepflegten Strand und guten Zugang zum Meer hatte. Die Hotels neben dran haben diese nicht gemacht. Neben den schönen und gepflegten Zimmern, dem tollen Ausblick beim Frühstück und dem schönen Strand waren v.a. die Mitarbeiter überragend. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es ist bspw. dem Personal insbesondere Mr. Sharvan aufgefallen, dass ich Vegetarier bin und häufiger an den ersten Tagen dasselbe gegessen habe, worauf hin Mr. Sharvan gemeinsam mit Mr. Dheeraj und Mr. Sandeep dafür gesorgt hat, dass ich jeden Abend ein anderes vegetarisches Essen ohne Aufpreis bekommen habe, das so auch nicht auf der Karte stand. Diese haben schon morgens meine Bestellung für abends aufgenommen bzw. eine vegetarische Überraschung für mich in Auftrag gegeben. Vielen Dank an die drei, das hat den Urlaub wirklich nochmal so viel besser gemacht!

This was our first stay after arriving in Mauritius. Overall, we felt very comfortable. The atmosphere at the resort was relaxed. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rather small, but tasty and with a beautiful view. Special thanks to Ashna who gave her best to keep our room tidy.

The bathroom has no ventilation, so it was always slightly damp. There is a lack of hanging space in the bathroom.

Location of the hotel is not ideal for swimming. Too much weed and water is not clear. They do not provide any drinks (even tea or coffee) if you take halfboard option. Also, they do not provide such essentials as toothbrush and toothpaste (which you actually expect in 5* hotel)

The hotel was a lovely experience overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was well presented.

The dishes looked beautiful and were presented very nicely. However, the food could be improved as it lacked flavour and seasoning. With a little more attention to taste, the dining experience would be excellent.

Très bel hôtel intimiste en bord de plage. Une vue superbe sur l’océan. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et gentil. Mention spéciale pour le spa qui est vraiment top ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner et les dîners à la carte qui sont vraiment excellent. Ça change des buffets. Attention assez venteux en hiver. Mais la piscine est très bien chauffée donc on peut on profiter toute la journée !

Légère odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Des algues en bord de mer mais qui sont régulièrement ramassées. Et l’hôtel n’y peut malheureusement pas grand chose.

A humble suggestion concerning the swimming pool. It would be good if warm water can be provided mainly during winter.

Arrivés très tardivement nous avons tout de même été accueilli comme des rois. Une mention spéciale à Sylvana, Anusha et Thierrpoir leurs sourires et leur bienveillance

What a magical place. I have been to a lot of luxurious hotels around the world but Seasense was another level. The pictures on the platform don’t even do the place justice. Everyone was just so nice and attentive. Coming from Europe we were not really used to this high level of service. The food was exceptional too. We are very thankful to everyone in the hotel team for this unforgettable holiday.

Avant toute chose , ce qui m’a le plus touché c’est la gentillesse et le service proposé. L’établissement est magnifique de par sa localisation mais il possède également de belles structures de restauration. Mais ce qui change des autres ressorts c’est une véritable gentillesse de la part de l’ensemble du personnel cela m’a vraiment marqué. (Mention spéciale pour Sylviana et M.Kumard)

Hôtel exceptionnel. Le personnel est au petit soin et toujours disponible et prévenant. Mention spéciale à Anusha, Ashana, Kavi et Bishal pour leur accompagnement. Le parc est magnifique et bien entretenu et l'hôtel possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour haut de gamme. En demi-pension, nous avons trouvé la restauration riche et exceptionnelle digne d'un restaurant gastronomique. Cela change des buffets... Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. Les cocktails sont excellents. Les service spa est très appréciable et le personnel accueillant.

Piscine chauffée le premier jour et le dernier ! (Problème technique peut-être....) Bémol sur la pelleteuse le matin et le soir pour enlever les algues qui encombrent la plage. Nécessaire certes mais pas agréable quand on est tranquillement allongé sur le transat face à la mer. Il n'y a pas de vie et d'activités à proximité, il faut donc prendre la voiture ou autre. Attention, au petit déjeuner, nous avons régulièrement eu nos boissons chaudes bien après l'assiette chaude commandée en même temps....

Hotel de tamaño pequeño y muy tranquilo. Con todo tipo de comodidades. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a satisfacer tus necesidades. Actividades acuáticas, bicicletas, gimnasio. Comida excelente. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y bien equipadas.

En general todo era muy cómodo y agradable. La única cosa que podemos señalar es que la zona de playa en la que está ubicado el hotel, es estrecha y en la época en que estuvimos, agosto, había muchísimas algas, que retiraban cada mañana con una máquina grúa. Había otros hoteles hacia la izquierda que estaban en playa más grande y con menos algas. Aún así, no nos importó porque puedes andar fácilmente por la blanquísima arena y bañarte en las azulísimas aguas con total libertad. Hay km. y km. de playa. En la comida echamos en falta un poco más de pescado, que es muy típico en la isla. Las cenas a la carta, muy buenas pero hay muchos platos que no están incluidos y debes pagarlos a parte. Solamente un día a la semana hay buffet lleno de platos típicos de comida india y especiada. El precio que se paga bien podría incluir algún pescado preparado a la parrilla.

La nourriture n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. On a l’impression que tout est réchauffé. Nombreuses algues sur la plage, impossible de se baigner, et le bruit d’un tractopelle à 22h.

The all inclusive options were confusing and unclear. There was a JCB digger on the beach for many hours clearing sea weed. This was very noisy and disturbing- didn’t help relaxing.

The access to the beach and free water activities was great, it was a beautiful location. The view from the rooms was great too.

There was no shower door so every shower we had left a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and not enough towels provided to mop it up or sign to warn us this would happen. There are also lots of mosquitoes and the mosquito plugs provided did not work. We also saw a rat in the room and when we complained the staff mentioned it’s normal as we are in a tropical island. They offered to fumigate the room but we didn’t want the smell to linger. There was no apology or real attempt to help us feel better about the situation, as a five star resort would. The property is located around other luxury resorts so there’s not much around the property in terms of restaurants etc that are accessible. It is also far from other areas in Mauritius. This would be fine but the dinner options were the same at the main restaurant every night and we felt the choices weren’t good enough and were uninspired so we were tired of eating there. The service from staff was ok, on my last night nobody came for turn down service. Also at breakfast we constantly had to ask to be served tea and eggs (which were not good for a 5 star resort). There were a lot of birds in the restaurant which weren’t really chased away every morning and they kept sitting on plates and cutlery. This is not a 5 star resort as a lot of things could be improved. It wasn’t good value for what I paid for.

O Jantar é muito restrito tanto em quantidade de comida quanto em opções. Pagamos pelo regime de Meia Pensão mas não compensa pois no jantar tem apenas 1 opção de entrada e prato principal. Não comemos frutos do mar…tivemos que pagar pelas opções que tinham o menu a La Carte.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den perfekten und stets freundlichen Service – wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch das Essen war hervorragend: abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Babita und ihrem Team für den ausgezeichneten Zimmerservice. Die Zimmer waren jederzeit makellos sauber und mit viel Sorgfalt vorbereitet. Ebenso möchten wir Arshinee für die herzliche und aufmerksame Bedienung während der Mahlzeiten danken. Ihre Freundlichkeit und ihr Engagement haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lieu exceptionnel et personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons été choyés comme nul part ailleurs!! Cet établissement est tout simplement incroyable. Non seulement tout est splendide ( déco, architecture, mobilier), la piscine magnifique, la mise à disposition de kayak et planches de surf, ainsi que masque et tuba est vraiment très appréciable et la vue est splendide, mais en plus l'ensemble du personnel est souriant, disponible et prévenant. De plus, la cuisine du restaurant est excellente à tous points de vue et le petit-déjeuner généreux et d'une qualité remarquable!!! Cet hôtel est vraiment le meilleur que nous ayons expérimenté sur l'île Maurice!!! Nous le recommandons à 2000% les yeux fermés!

Amazing location by the sea, rooms, friendly staff and top notch food!

Amazing location right on the beach, stunning views. Nice rooms and lots of places to chill out overlooking the water. Breakfast was pretty good and dinner was decent.

Some of the staff were really friendly but for the most part it all felt quite forced. It didn’t feel that welcoming or genuine and to us it felt like they focused on the wrong things such as constantly pulling your chair in and out but then serving us beer at dinner in a plastic cup. We would prefer just standard things you would expect from a hotel such as serving beer in a glass rather than being pestered over.

Location, outstanding service and great food . 10/10 Highly recommend.
