I had a wonderful stay at Babylon Hotel! The room was beautiful, spacious, and absolutely spotless. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location was also great and very convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Babylon Premium Hotel & Spa might look cute in the Old Quarter, but it’s the PEOPLE that had me ready to book again before I even checked out. The front desk crew — Ted, Lily, Michelle, Tommy — are like the friendliest concierges on caffeine. Breakfast was dangerous and the food was amazing..Fresh fruits,salad and chicken noodles nice.. Door guys opened the door for us every. single. time. Luggage team appeared out of nowhere. Rooms are comfy, location is perfect for wandering around Hoan Kiem Lake, but honestly? I’d stay again just to see if they remember me. TLDR: Go to Babylon for the hotel. Stay for the staff. Leave with a full stomach and zero complaints.

De locatie is goed. Veel is op loopafstand. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Het voelde niet aan als een 4 sterren hotel. De badkamer was viezig, verouderd en stuk op sommige plekken. De vloer was vies, je zag de vlekken op de grond (was niet gedweild). Er liepen kleine mieren in de kamer en op het bed. Het enige raam dat er was, keek uit op een buiten trap.

La atención, la limpieza y el desayuno. Nos ayudaron en todo momento incluso nos dejaron dejar las maletas y darnos una ducha el día de salida.

We had an incredible experience staying here. The staff made us feel truly welcome from the very beginning to the end of our trip, always greeting us with warm smiles every time we left or came back to the hotel. The rooms are spotless, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The location could not be better—it’s right in the heart of everything, and almost every major spot, cafe, and restaurant is within a 10 to 15-minute walk. Hands down the best accommodation experience we could have asked for in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

El personal fue maravilloso con nosotros, nos hicieron sentir como en casa todos y cada uno de ellos. Nos cuidaron fantásticamente bien. El colchón era bastante cómodo al igual que la ubicación

4 days raining no umbrella in the hotel I'm waiting for the umbrella, everyone to kit. The umbrella I didn't get very difficult to go out 2 days full of rain.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, we had everything nearby. All staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They also helped us book our Halong Bay cruise, that was truly nice!

המיקום של המלון מעולה, נמצא במרכז העיניינים ויש סביבו אופציות רבות למסעדות, כביסה, שוק הסופש. סייעו לנו להזמין מונית לשדה התעופה

ביקשנו מיטה נוספת ואף שילמנו עליה, קיבלנו מיטת ברזל מתקפלת במימדים קטנים, לא נוחה כלל. התלוננו על כך, אך הם לא נתנו לנו פיתרון ונאלצנו להעביר לילה ראשון במצב זה. בבוקר שוב התלוננו ואז הביאו לנו מיטה מתקפלת אך גדולה ואיכותית יותר. החלון בחדר הזוגי שלנו פנה לחדר המדרגות, כך שלא באמת היתה אופציה לאוורר את החדר, היתה תחושה של אבק שגרם לנו להתקף אלרגיה. ארוחת הבוקר היתה סבירה והבחורה במטבח היתה נעימה ונסתה לסייע אך היא היתה אחת וכשהיה עומס נאלצנו לחלכות הרבה זמן לדברים כמו קפה או חביתה.

Bemängeln könnte man, dass die Türe zum Bad mit „Schlitzen“ versehen und dadurch sehr hellhörig ist.

Room was spacious, location couldn’t be any better. Staff were attentive and happy to help.

The “room for 3 guests” we booked was a little deceiving and actually 2 separate rooms, side by side. Some staff a bit pushy on trying to have you pay cash rather than card.

We loved our stay. The room was big, clean, and soundproof.The beds were comfortable, and there was lots of storage space. The staff, Michelle, Ted, and Tommy, were super friendly, polite, and helpful. I enjoyed the spa treatments as well. The location is great. Highly recommended.

The location is very central. I could easily walk to most of the popular places and the ones I needed to ride to were still not too far. The hotel, though not modern, was well kept and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It also had good WiFi.

I had asked for a twin room but on arrival I got a king. I spoke to them and they immediately sorted it out
