Great location in the Old Quarter street for traditional medicine so there was always a nice herb aroma when leaving the building. Attentive staff and a very comfortable room. We could rest very well after the long days walking in Hanoi's busy streets.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff went out of their way to look after us, including before, during and after our stay, not only looking after our accommodation, but helping with tours and transport as well. The rooms were comfortable and the location is excellent.

Location is great. Close to the night market and walking distance to the train street.

The hotel is very dated. The rooms and toilets could use some upgrading. Breakfast area is very limited and in the morning it can be difficult to get seats.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, disfrutamos el desayuno y las caminatas por el centro de Hanoi. Las atenciones de todo el personal, especialmente de la Sra. Thu, fueron excelentes, no ayudó en todo lo que requerimos. Nos alegraría volver.

Breakfast a little limited and not many tables.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with the night market just a short walk away which is an added bonus. There are numerous food and shopping options immediately outside the hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. The property is clean and offers very good value for the price.

Our booking includes breakfast however we were not able to try it. Wish we could have tried their buffet breakfast otherwise, everything is good. :)

Prachtige kamer met een erg fijn bed. Erg schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Leuke straat met gezellige terrasjes en eettentjes.

Zwembad is wat raar om er te komen. Geluid van de straat.

The breakfast was the best part of staying here; we're vegetarians and they had just enough options to keep us content. The location is good if you want to explore the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly and very fluent in English.

The room looked way different in real life than in the pictures. The ceiling was low. There was nothing relaxing, inviting or cozy about the room. It felt like a hole you wanted to escape (even though it was sufficiently clean and the bathroom was fine). You hear the noise from the outside at all hours (although greatly reduced). If you can get a deal on this place, consider it, otherwise don't. We paid a lot for a New Year's stay, a week later we were back in Hanoi and we paid less to stay in a much fancier, inviting and nice hotel (also with a good breakfast) and it was even closer to the attractions in the Old Quarter.

Thu & her team were very welcoming & made our stay enjoyable. They allowed us early access to our rooms which was much appreciated. Great location. Fantastic breakfasts. Rooms were comfortable & clean.

Some minor problems like a TV Remote that barely worked. The staff did try to fix for us.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr gut, sehr freundlich, immer aufmerksam und zugewandt. Fehlt beim Frühstück etwas, wird dies sofort nachgereicht.

Die Zimmerangaben sind nicht korrekt, unsere Junior Suite sollte 30qm haben, tatsächlich sind es höchstens 20qm. Hier ist unseres Erachtens auch Booking.com gefragt, die soviel Verhandlungsmacht haben, dass sie auf Complianceregeln vestehen könnten, also ehrliche Angaben gegenüber den Kunden. Jeden Morgen hört man durch die angeblich schallisolierten Zimmer laute Ansprachen, von denen man wach wird. Das ist an Ausschlafen nicht zu denken.

Staff are very friendly and helped organise our transfer to the airport. Stayed here for one night. Good breakfast

Comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good location. Ms Thu was very helpful booking excursions to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay with a dedicated driver. She also followed up daily to ensure that every thing was ok.

Staffs attitude is superb. They will greet u every morning and ask how is the room and ur schedule. They will advise u the time to go airport and show u the ways to where u like to visit.

To był nasz pierwszy nocleg w Wietnamie. Pokój wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia, ale był czysty, klimatyzacja działała prawidłowo i nawet było otwierane okno- a to nie jest takie oczywiste w dużych miastach w Wietnamie. Hotel był naszą bazą wypadową - zostawiliśmy walizki na kilka dni, nie było z tym problemu, a obsługa za każdym razem, gdy tylko złapaliśmy za bagaż przejmowała go od nas, żebyśmy przypadkiem nie musieli nic dźwigać. Śniadania smaczne. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja. Jeszcze przed przyjazdem hotel zorganizował nam transfer lotniskowy, więc dotarliśmy bez przeszkód.

The staff there were very welcoming and friendly. Very good service so highly recommend the place. Very central too.

Les notes précédemment émises ne correspondent pas forcément à l’infrastructures même. Il est légitime et nécessaire qu’ils cherchent à valoriser leur hôtel certes bien placé mais dont les proportions architecturales ne permettent pas une vraie disposition. La vétusté de certaines chambres est flagrante...

Our room was on the 7th floor, very quiet for being in the center. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple but practical.

Apart from some smells of humidity everything is correct.

The room was very good and spacious. The staff is great, the breakfast is good and the location is in the center of everything.

اعجبني الموقع قريب كل شيء البحيرة والاسواق والمطاعم الحلال تبعد خمس دقايق مشي و10 دقايق الى قطار هانوي مشي المكان حيوي والفندق جميل وبسيط وافطاره جميل لكن التنوع محدود وطاقم الفندق متعاون جدا وودودين

لا يوجد حمام سباحة وفي دورة المياه الماء الساخن خفيف دافئ واعتقد هذا في جميع الفنادق في فيتنام لانه اكثب من فندق نفس المشكله

Hotel is at very good location and it is well maintained by super staff. Special thanks to the staff Lee, Aries, Ms.Tho and all the staff there who maintained attention to every need of the guests. I will recommend this. This is near to all attractions in the old quarter and many eateries, restaurants nearby. For Indians, you have RajBhog restaurant just beside to it.

L hotel est tres bien situé dans le vieux hanoï,tout se fait a pieds et l animation,les boutiques , les retaurants et bars tout autour. Le personnel super !! Surtout madame Phu qui a tres bien géré nos reservations et demandes spéciales .

L isolation de la chambre ( froide car pluie ) la climatisation en chauffage ne fonctionnait pas . Le petit déjeuné assez pauvre et l endroit trop petit e pour ce repas trop petit vu le monde qui dort dans l hotel .Je n ai pas vu le spa.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral mitten in der Altstadt von Hanoi, wodurch sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es können diverse Ausflüge (z.B. zur Halong Bucht) direkt im Hotel gebucht werden. Auch ein guter und schneller Wäscheservice wird sehr günstig angeboten. Das Frühstück ist gut und typisch asiatisch.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Gebäude in der Altstadt. Entsprechend ist so einiges auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

La atención de los repcionistas fue fantástica, en especial Aries. Hicieron todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera comodisima.

La habitación de la ultima planta, hacia mucho ruido cuando llovía. Se procuraron de cambiarnosla rapido cuando nos quejamos.

Pro naši tříčlennou skupinu vyhovující ubytování, každý jsme měli svoji postel. Příjemný personál. Na snídani byl bohatší výběr ve formě švédského stolu, jídlo bylo doplňováno. Celkově hodnotíme pobyt kladně.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der De Luxe Juniorsuite mit Balkon zur Straße. Besonders interessant empfanden wir den typisch vietnamesischen Baustil des Hotels, 3,5m schmal, 60m lang und 8 Stockwerke hoch. Mit insgesamt 42 Zimmern verteilt auf 3 Aufgänge mit Lift, immer 2 Zimmer pro Etage und Aufgang gegenüber. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Rezeption, Frühstücksraum, Bar und Küche hintereinander. Sinnvoll ist die Nutzung des Flughafen Shuttle des Hotels.

Amazing location, so convenient and close to everything. The staff were so kind and accommodating. Our room had everything we need, a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and it was so quiet at night we slept so well. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

I like how the staff were very accommodating. They would recommend food places and attractions to visit. They even prepared a birthday cake for my dad on our last day as a gesture which we really appreciate

Hotellets läge var mycket bra. Personalen var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Prisvärt!

Frukosten kunde varit lite mer varierande med ex frukten på morgonen eller olika sorters yoghurt.

I really appreciate the linens at this hotel — they feel fresh, crisp, and clean, which gives me peace of mind and adds to a comfortable stay.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was prima. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes, het ontbijt is oké en de ligging is perfect. Maar wat er voor ons echt bovenuit stak, was de service van Thu! Al voor ons verblijf in Hanoi heb ik ons vervoer vanaf het vliegveld, de V'Spriti Cruise in Ha Long Bay (zeer aan te raden via Classy Holiday Hotel!) met vervoer hiernaartoe en het vervoer naar Ninh Binh per WhatsApp met haar geregeld. Ze reageert super snel en bevestigd alle afspraken tevens per mail. Omdat tijdens onze Ha Long Bay Cruise tyfoon Matmo zou huishouden, contacteerde Thu ons met de vraag of we de cruise 1 dag zouden kunnen verplaatsen. Ze regelde een andere kamer voor een extra nacht in Hanoi en de mooiste executive suite op de cruise. Werkelijk fantastisch! We hadden met de tyfoon in Hanoi een kleine lekkage in de kamer. Ook hiervoor kregen we een ruime vergoeding bij het uitchecken. Veel te gek natuurlijk! Dus we hebben dit terug in de fooienpot gestopt :)
