1.洗衣精選用旅行式的，住6晚卻只提供3包，還得自己去商店買，應該依客人住宿天數提供相對應之包數，再不然就乾脆放整罐的(去年去東京玩住的民宿就是放整罐的) 2.住進去當晚，廚房檯面上丟著一塊用過的抹布 3.桌子不夠大

The Kitchen could have more utensils like saucer pan, plates and glasses. The lights at the bunk beds were not working.

12人で利用したのですが、トイレがひとつだったのでもうひとつ部屋にあるかロビーにトイレがあれば助かるなっと思いました。 リビングに時計があると便利かなと思いました。

AladdinConnectorが無く、ゲーム機を接続出来なかった。「AladdinConnectorが無い」とメールをして、最初のうちはすぐに返信が来たが、代替品などが無いか聞いたら返事が来なくなり、1日程開けてからチェックアウトについての連絡が来た。ポットの電源が壊れていたこと。部屋の隅などに、ホコリがたくさんあった。ベットの下に3個程スーパーボールの様な物が落ちていた。ドライヤーがかなり高温になり、溶けている部分もあった。スリッパがなかった。タオルが少ない。

私は家族で泊まらせていただいたのですが…隣の部屋か上の階からなのな分かりませんが一晩中女性たちの大騒ぎの声が響いて子供たちも私も寝れずでした。施設の方へ問い合わせしたところ、無人宿泊所なので、騒いでる部屋はどこかですか？隣の部屋からなのか上からか下からか分かりますか？という返答がきました。つきとめるのはこちらの仕事なのでしょうか？注意の連絡とメールぐらいしかできないみたいで、その管理の方と連絡をとった後もう騒ぎは当分おさまることはなく朝がきました。 部屋はとても清潔ですてきですがもう宿泊することはないです。

Self- Check in was a horrible experience, it took about 3 hours just to be able to check in. I was given a confirmation number that did not work. I was calling the number provided by “booking.com” but was not working, this was not a good experience overall. I contacted an email provided. All I received was an email of instructions. I kept trying to log in the self check in, finally somehow after 3 hours of attempts, it worked and was able to check in.

バーベキューの設備が置いてあるので肉を購入してチェックインしたが、全然熱くならず焼くのに時間がかかりすぎて、ベランダでのバーベキューは諦めるしかなかった。結局は部屋にある一口しかないIHのフライパンで焼かないとダメで食事に時間がかかった。 そしてベッドに入ったら足が痒くなり、赤いポツポツが何箇所もできていた。どうやらダニがいたようで、夜中に痒くて困った。

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026部屋は広々していて、トイレや浴室は清潔感があります。すぐ近くにコンビニやファーストフード、商店街もあり便利。 問い合わせの返信も迅速で、とても信頼できる施設です。
壁紙の剥がれやコンセントの破損がそのままになっていたのが少しだけ残念。

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026The wide living room space & the balcony. Shinsaibashi shopping street is just a few steps away. It’s approximately 500meters away from Shinsaibashi Station.
Nothing much but it would’ve been better if they offer at least 2 bedrooms. A luggage storage would be nice if you arrive earlier than check-in time or your flight is much later than the check-out time.

Not clean. Bathroom floors were sticky. Dust along head boards of the beds. Check-in times is later then most places. You could also see oily footprints/handprints below the top bunk.
