Todo perfecto. No puedo darle un 11 porque no lo hay en la clasificación, pero se lo merece sobradamente. Aconsejo absolutamente!

Te envían el típico mail para contactarte, que es el manager y que está a tu disposición, que tienen servicios y te asesoran para contratarlos... y con un número de teléfono via WhatsApp. Les escribo y aún estoy esperando que me conteste (hace 3 días que nos fuimos). Nada más llegar un chaval realmente joven que no hablaba nada de inglés (10 palabras básicas para con los turistas), intenta como puede gestionar el check in, ya que llegamos antes y habíamos avisado a Mr. Manager pero no había contestado. El chaval, bastante lento y poco despierto, hizo lo que pudo, y perdimos un rato esperando por cuestión de mala organización. Le pedimos que nos cambie una toalla que, nada más llegae estaba sucia, y aún estoy esperando. Desayuno incluido... vamos a desayunar y hay un comedor con una cocina desamparada, dejada, y aparece una señora que no habla inglés y, como puede, nos dice que solamente hay tortilla (en realidad "eggs", finalmente resultaron ser pancakes) y mango. NADA MÁS. Ah sí!, café hirviendo o té. Las instalaciones decentes, pero les debe quedar poco. Se nota que fue un hotel con mejores tiempos, ahora en decadencia. El agua de la ducha ni caliente ni fría, siempre templada. Las cucharas y las tazas de la habitación estaban correosas, pegajosas y con restos del lavavajillas. Ubicación bien. Camas cómodas si te gustan bien duras.

L'emplacement, la chambre avec vue mer et le prix. A notre arrivée vers 17h00 le réceptionniste n'était pas là. Le jeune homme présent nous a attribué nos 3 chambres au 6ème étage. Et en entrant on s'est aperçu qu'une des chambres était déjà occupée. Nous sommes redescendus le signaler. Le réceptionniste de retour nous a informé qu'il allait nous changer pour le 5ème étage. Il faut savoir qu'il y a 3 chambres par étage (une avec une superbe vue mer, une autre sans vue du tout et une dernière avec une belle vue montagne.) Et là, il s'est rendu compte que des chambres étaient déjà attribuées au 5ème aussi. C'est ainsi que nous nous sommes retrouvés au 4ème étage, sans wifi. Au 6ème internet marchait trés bien.

Personnel peu avenant et surtout incompétent. Ménage moyennement fait. Petit déjeuner très sommaire. Et il n'y a pas du tout de rooftop comme indiqué. Dommage c'est un hôtel qui a du potentiel mais mal géré.

It was in a good location and the rooms were very spacious

The bathroom was very dirty. The staff didn’t speak any english which made it hard to communicate. There were wires and construction items in the hallways & the hallway lights didn’t work so it was very dark. We went up for breakfast one morning and no one was there and there were just bowls left on the tables.

the deal on booking.com was that the room was to be paid at my arrival (no prepayment needed). The property however messaged me that I had to pay 50% before arriving or they would cancel my booking. I saw the message only the day before arriving, and however they did not cancel my reservation, but why ask that? If they want a pre-payment they should just ask for it on the booking platform. The breakfast included was really poor.

The rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, TV, and a refrigerator. The hotel space is spacious and cool.

The hotel has a convenient location for getting around and shopping at nearby convenience stores. It has 16 rooms, each designed beautifully and elegantly.

Unfortunately a couple of months before we visited there was a typhoon which hit the island, lots of damage was done to buildings. The repair work is still going on and where we stayed seemed like a construction site, but I'm sure will be lovely when the reparation work is complete.

Really lovely hotel felt very fancy, in a great location with a balcony and the room was really large and clean with a huge shower and all the amenities we could need! We were super impressed especially by how cheap it was.

Great value for money, my room was big, clean and comfortable. The English speaking woman on reception was very helpful and got me scooters and booked my return bus. Banana pancakes for breakfast were great! Also the little restaurants and cafes nearby are good and cheaper than the main town for coffee etc.

There is adjacent construction that can be noisy (the lady said they have a month to finish it and was very apologetic about it). It’s a little outside the main town but this really isn’t an issue. No duvet just a sheet…which is absolutely fine, I’m just a spoilt westerner who likes turning down the AC and snuggling under a quilt.

Super welcoming and friendly staff, they even told us it might be a bit noisy cause they have to rebuild after the typhoon. Room was big, with a cute view over a temple in the mountains. Mattresses are super comfy, bathroom was very convenient. Well located, with restaurants all around. Breakfast is great. They also have their own travel agency for boat tour, trekkings, we did one and it was just amazing, thank you 🌞

The food is always fresh and flavorful. It’s close to some lovely beaches. The staff are very dedicated and supportive, ensuring a great experience.

The location is great, and the hotel is good, too. We booked two rooms for two nights. It rained sometimes, but I wish it had been nicer so we could have enjoyed some of the facilities and the area.

Good luck sleeping. Next to a late night karaoke bar that you could hear from blocks away (for some reason i'll never understand), then jackhammering inside the building starts at 6am! Which is fine because, unlike the pictures, our huge window didn't have a curtain on half of it so the sunrise will wake you up regardless. The bathroom is leaking from the toilet, leaking from the sink, and the rusty+moldy shower doesn't drain properly and has no hot water. Lamps and the minifridge aren't plugged in, and the nearest socket to the fridge is blocked by a cabinet; it's like a toddler is designing and maintaining this room (601). There's also exposed wiring in the bathroom for good measure. Oddest of all, the name on the front of the hotel doesn't say Aroma at all. The breakfast is mediocre, and a good portion of their limited menu apparently isn't available. Also, linens were dirty, though that's no surprise. Lastly, the room is big. Why is that a negative? It takes a surprisingly long time (almost an hour) for the room to cool down from it's natural 28 degrees.

A beautiful location, overlooking the lake, and onwards to the bay. Our room was very spacious with two double beds. The floor to ceiling window excentuated.the view, where you could sit and watch the world go by. The location was good, plenty of resturants and shops within walking distance. We were made to feel very welcome, and the staff were very friendly and professional, willing to help us with any queries . We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it, it was great value as well.

Nahm (?), the lady at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Rooms are very spacious with great view of the water. The hotel is quiet and a very good value. And they have a generator if the power goes out!

I think because of the humidity it was totally soaked in water like everywhere. It was water everywhere outside our room on the floor, walls and in the room at the floor as well. You felt it pretty wet in the bed as well and shower did not have any hot water

Very comfortable and great stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to everything in town. The staff is extremely helpful and kind! But also imporant were the super comfy big rooms, great beds and awesome shower. The view from the top floor is fabulous. You can enjoy the beautiful looks over the water and also work with your laptop if you need to!

STAY HERE! It is seem a new hotel, the hotel staffs were very friendly and spock English well. The rooms over look the lake and are bright and spacious. Everything is really well presented from reception area to the details in the bedroom, and everything was super clean. Roof terrace was perfect to watch the sunset.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower was great (separate cabin) Personnel was very friendly and accommodating, helped us book a trip.

Breakfast did not have too many options but was fine nonetheless and every morning there is a group of women doing morning exercise, boombox blasting at 6.30 AM. Minor point.

The room was very nice, spacious, really clean, in a good location. The price/quality ratio was great, we were able to check in earlier when we arrived by night bus from Ha Giang. The lady at the reception was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to rent a motorbike, book a boat trip and have our laundry done. The breakfast was very tasty (sometimes a bit smaller, but fine). I definitely recommend this accommodation. At the end, we received a nice gift.

Centrally located with views of the lake. Helpful staff and always keen to help and go an extra mile. Booked a day trip through them, and everything went great. Attentive and received a small present on departure. Would certainly book again.
