Reviewed Sep 6, 2026I really liked the convenient location in Cebu IT Park. The place was comfortable, clean. It was also easy to get around and close to restaurants, shops, and other establishments.
I expected complimentary drinking water to be provided. It would also have been better if towels and room slippers were provided, as these are basic amenities I expected during the stay.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHECK IN BECAUSE THE CARETAKER SAYS THE ROOM THAT U BOOKED AND PAID IS NOT AVAILABLE AND I SHOUD GET A REFUND INSTEAD OF A NEW ROOM TO STAY. She is a SCAMMER until now I cannot reach out to her and did nit get the refund.

Some fixture needs updating, but not a problem for me. Was expecting for a city view since that was in the description.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2025When I arrived in the lobby, the receptionist still needed to contact the host before they gave me the keys since they were not informed ahead.
The location is not clear and was not able to search it. It was not found via Google or any booking app. We got lost and the driver brought us to Avida Tower 2. When we arrived at the building, the lobby was in the basement. We are carrying out heavy things and we need to use the stairs just to check in.
