El menaje era escaso. Es una pena que un apartamento como ese no tenga apenas cubiertos, ni vasos, ni menaje de cocina adecuado.

Location, easy check in, cool top floor living room, easy street parking outside front.

Bathroom gets a little gross. Toilet flushing water splashes out of the bowl. Shower a little tough to figure out. Skillet in the oven had a half inch of oil sitting in it.

La ubicación estupenda para conocer la ciudad a pie. Vistas muy bonitas desde las habitaciones y el salon

No estaba muy limpio, necesita una reforma sobre todo el cuarto de baño. Y falta menaje en la cocina.

Cleanliness, view, facilities, almost everything

Toilet, there was a leakage from the toilet after flushing we believe which resulted in water in and around wash room which felt uncomfortable. Also having a carpet in the bathroom is really appreciated

Property was great and the host and service. The only downfall was all the stairs. I was travelling with my parents and the amount of stairs was too much for them. That was the only downfall of this property.

La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima, con vista sull'oceano e molto tranquilla. il bagno un po' piccolo ma le stanze e la cucina fantastici.

Il bagno era davvero piccolo anche se funzionale, 1 solo bagno per 6 persone non è il massimo, ma ci siamo trovati bene. Per il resto non ho altre considerazioni, forse solo le scale se ci fossero persone con rifdotta mobilità potrebbero essere un problema.

This is a stunning apartment, right on the waterfront. 3 fab bedrooms two of which have beautiful views of d harbour. Amazing views of the harbour and island. Very central, some fantastic shops, and a pub with great music very close by. Also fabulous markets at the weekend less than 5 min walk.

Living area needs a stair gate for younger children. But definitely would srsy here again

communication with host, cleanliness, the shower was not working properly, no toilet papers in the toilet, dust all over the place, bed linen was old, I could not find the tv remote control and tried to contact the host in his mobile but it is only answer machine. sent the host message he even not bothered to respond. looked allover the apartment for the remote and found it under the sofa with other rubbish and forced to clean it. Found belongings for previous travelers (underwear).

Apartment was very clean despite reviews i had read previous.The views to the harbour where amazing. Very modern apartment very well maintained. Beds where very comfy. Kids loved it. We where very lucky got parked outside buildings. WiFi was very good very grateful as the kids were glued to the phones.

Well the stairs up to it... would take ur breath away but there's nothing ya can do with that. Prob would recommend not painting the walls white lotsa of marks on walls but that cant be helped with white walls. Would recommend prob putting a sign over the tap in the kitchen because the water does be scalding.

The location and views were exceptional!

Basic cleanliness. There was visible dirt and grime in the bathroom as well as what I assumed to be pubic hair around the toilet on the floor. The shower was clearly leaking somewhere and the lose tiles were all wet underneath with visible damp marks and mold. The kitchen didn’t have full crockery and cutlery to accommodate 6 guests. Tons of dust around and under the couch and TV unit was filthy. There was make up brushes left behind from a previous visitor which simply showed lack of thorough cleaning or attention to detail. Finger marks all over the walls and general dirty marks everywhere. No bedside lights and only one tattered lamp in the main area aside from the harsh overhead spotlights. Nowhere to hang up coats when coming in the door. No hooks in bedrooms and no towel rail in the bathroom. This place has the potential to be incredible. Spend the money to get it up to par. It could be a 5 star rental. If it didn’t have the beautiful harbour view I would give the place zero stars. Such a shame. I really really wanted to like it.

We had requested a cot and it wasn’t there. Because of this we had to push one of the beds up against the wall for the baby and under the beds were filthy - socks, wrappers, durex, dust etc Also there was no toilet paper so we had to run to the shop at the end of the road

EXTREMADAMENTE SUCIO. No había productos para fregar los platos. El suelo sucio, las paredes muy sucias. Envíe mensaje al propietario y nunca contestó, ni a la petición de check in ni de check out. Una lástima porque es un bonito apartamento y la sensación es de abandono de limpieza.

Shortage of delph in the kitchen, mugs mainly. Apart from that everything was top class, lovely area, apartment was really nice, fab views. Would recommend, just get some more mugs.

The views are absolutely incredible and also the location is amazing

Unfortunately we weren't aware that there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment and then when you are in the apartment there is also two separate stairs too. The main living area has a stairs with no baby gate so we had to hold our toddler all the time. Also I travelled with my mam who is on oxygen and there was no information in the specifics regarding all the stairs and the fact there is no lift. Would not recommend for families with toddlers or anyone who is less able bodied. Secondly the apartment was not very clean. The shower had overflown so we took out the drain to try get the water down and the amount of hair that was stuck from previous guests was alot. And it stank. There was dust everywhere too.

The view is great as well as the opportunity to be able to cook. We were provided with the travel cot for our toddler on request. The place itself is really great, but we should be just more prepared for the next time and bring more things with us (like toilet paper)

Unfortunately the place wasn't clean: the black hair was all over the place on the floor and bedsheets (we're ginger so it's definitely not ours), the used candy was lying on the bedside table, the water didn't drain well in the shower. There was no toilet brush and any shower gel in the shower, as well as only one roll of paper for 4ppl for 4 days. I'm not really sure if it was included or not.

The property location and view is excellent. Host responded to questions.

The property is described as luxury, but I wouldn't class it as luxury some very basic provisions were missing which we had to provide - hangers and dustpan and brush. Only the minimum provided really. Beds were hard - but this is personal preference. No parking permit.

Location fantastic very comfortable loved looking out on the water beds clean and comfortable kitchen clean and had everything we needed

The only thing that could be improved on is the common areas could be cleaner and our shower hadn’t been cleaned properly the water was slow to empty and when I checked the plug hole it was full of hair from previous use that had not been cleaned

The weather made the stay as we had a great view over the harbour on the nice sunny days we stayed

If your staying in the penthouse make sure you are able for a lot of stairs lol Bedrooms could use a side table lamp

EVERYTHING. The views were just AMAZING and worth every euro we paid. We were down to go visit Spike Island and Fota Wildlife Park. It was just around the corner from where the boat left. We couldn't ask for better

Absolutely nothing it was PERFECT

The apartment has an excellent location, walking distance to everything. It was clean and recently renovated. It was quite at night and had excellent views

Some of the facilities were lacking. There was not enough towels provided for the length of stay. No hand towel in the bathroom No bedside lamp in any of the bedrooms The apartment is not child friendly at all. There is a stairs right by the living space, couch/tv that was a constant worry with a toddler. We made a makeshift gate. We had asked in advance of our stay if a gate could be provided but were declined. The tv is at a low height and not secure to the wall so can easily be pulled down or fall onto a child. The windows in the bedroom are also very unsafe with children. There was also no shower matt in the shower so found it very unsafe to shower. A big concern for slips and trips Parking was also a headache here. Trying to unload bags from the car with nowhere close by to park up. There is on street parking close by but hard to get a space and majority are a 30 min max stay. There is all day parking by the church but this is quite a distance with luggage etc. just something to be prepared for in advance A bit more thought into child proofing the apartment to cater for families looking to book with young children would be beneficial
