Poco o nulla, ottimo se vuoi spendere poco ed avere giusto un loculo per trascorrere esclusivamente le ore della notte

Quello che viene venduto a Tromso a 115 euro a notte è un garage trasformato in un mini alloggio con un'unica aria (porta e finestra) al piano terra con vista parziale su una scala in cemento e un camper parcheggiato. In fondo dell'ambiente diviso in due ospita un bagno con un lavandino ridicolo e una doccia da elettroshock comprensiva di due prese senza sicurezza dentro al box doccia..dall'altro lato, un vano infelice senza finestre, nel quale un sommier a una piazza e mezzo occupa tutta la superficie disponibile costringendo un ingresso a letto tipo tuffo olimpionico. La tristezza si amplifica nel vano "giorno" con 2 neon a luce fredda (forse refuso del vecchio garage) e mobili ancor più freddi grigi e neri. I, frigorifero resta chiuso con uno scrocchio e nel microonde il piatto di resti e puzza violentemente di curry. Dimenticavo lo sportello del modile sottolavello resta in appoggio e sbatte contro la lavastovilgie, la tende alla finestra non si tira su (tanto non c'è niente da vedere) e il pulsante del water è rotto. Ps. se venite in inverno come abbiamo fatto noi, per poter parcheggiare davanti all'alloggio abbiate cura di portarvi un santino e una pala da neve se non avete noleggiato un 4x4.

The flat in Tromsø was lovely. Although it was a little further from the city centre, it was close to the bus stop with a short and easy bus ride into town. The scenery around the flat was amazing — a true winter wonderland that you wouldn’t experience in the town centre.

The aparment is located near to the city center, bus stop is not far away, very well priced, well equipped.

In the bedroom you can hear the noises from the sewer pipe, if someone flushes something from the upper levels.

La cama pequeña y nada confortable, con las sábanas sucias y llenas de pelos. Todo olía a tabaco , hasta las toallas que pedí que cambiaran y lo hizo pero las sábanas no las cambiaron. Acabamos durmiendo en el sofá con una sábana sucia de clientes anteriores ( de a saber cuando).

L'appartement un ancien garage aménagé à la vas vite, la salle de bain les prises dans la douche.

Posizione ottima, all andata scendevamo a piedi a Tromso 20/30 min di passeggiata, al ritorno taxi. Appartamento semplice ma carino e confortevole

La stanzetta da letto puzzava leggermente e abbiamo dormito sul divano letto ma abbiamo dormito comunque benissimo

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung, die jedoch für 2 bis maximal 3 Personen vollkommen ausreichend ist, sie verfügt über ein kleines Schlafzimmer, auf dem Sofa können zudem 2 Personen sehr bequem schlafen. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm und mit einer guten Dusche ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt, einschließlich Waschmaschine und Backofen. Die Elektroheizung lief bei uns durchgehend im Standby Modus, sie schaltete sich automatisch ein und aus und war für die Beheizung der gesamten Wohnung jederzeit ausreichend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, etwa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, wenn man den Berg hinuntergeht, erreicht man die Bushaltestelle in max. 5 Minuten. Von dort gelangt man nach drei Stationen bequem ins Zentrum von Tromsø, falls man nicht laufen möchte. Die Unterkunft befindet sich oberhalb auf einem Hügel, und die Aussicht von dort ist wunderschön, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst nett, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Für den Preis ist diese Unterkunft in Tromsø wirklich ein Geschenk. Wir waren sehr glücklich und rundum zufrieden. Leider haben wir keine Fotos von der Unterkunft gemacht, da wir nicht daran gedacht haben. Außerdem waren wir die fünf Tage fast ausschließlich unterwegs. 😃

Świetne położenie obiektu, ciepło i czysto. Mieszkanie wyposażone w sprzęt RTV, AGD, dostęp do Wi-Fi. Gospodarz odpowiada na każde zapytanie i jest gotów podjąć działania.

Niedociągnięcia typu zepsuta szuflada w szafie, wyszczerbione niektóre naczynia. Przepiękny widok odrobinę przesłania przyczepa kempingowa;)

Petit appartement très propre bien equipé avec sèche cheveux lave linge sèche linge dans un quartier résidentiel calme et paisible. L arrêt de bus est à 800 m . Prendre la ligne 26 pour arrivé par le haut plus simple pour les bagages car les routes en hiver sont gelées. L hote répond très bien aux messages. Le centre est a environ 20-25min à pied mais la ballade est très agreable

There is a view from before the building across the sea sound, and we vere lucky to see very nice northern lights from there (January). It is still in walking distance to the city centre (even the airport). Easy self-service check-in. Good heating.

The place is rather tiny, but has everything it needs, even some basic spices for cooking. There could be more pieces of furniture for storing things.

The place was spacious for 4 people, although the bed seems small in fotos, is ok. There is a fridge, oven with stoves, dish washer, smart tv, enough heating, towels and hygiene products. If you rent car, the place is excellent since there is a parking place outside the house.

The towels had a nicotine smell.

Purtroppo la posizione è sfavorevole, in collina. Sicuramente in primavera estate il mio voto sarebbe stato più alto, ma con neve e ghiaccio... Altamente sconsigliato per persone anziane o con problemi di mobilità. La distanza dalle fermate bus è ragionevole... Ma in realtà sembra di fare una escursione in montagna! E non puoi nemmeno contare sempre sui Taxi... All'arrivo un tassista pachistano si è rifiutato di colmare gli ultimi 700 metri fino alla casa (i peggiori in salita) lasciandoci con i bagagli e un bambino in mezzo alla neve... Concordate prima con il tassista questo dettaglio! Sulla vista promessa no comment. Dalla camera hai l'affaccio su un camper. Semmai la vista è dai finestrini del camper. Dalla strada sottostante la vista merita tantissimo! Torneremmo, ma soltanto in estate.

El trato del anfitrión impecable y la zona donde estaba ubicada (necesario coche)

Recomiendo alquilar coche con alta tracción por la pendiente del parking del auto afuera del apartamento

War sauber und gut gelegen (10 Min zum Hafen)

2 Steckdosen IN der Dusche ?!, Induktionsherd, jedoch ein Topf, der nicht induktionsfähig war?!, unbequeme Couch - maximal für 3 Personen geeignet (Einzelbett und Couch für 2) Es hat sehr viel geschneit und es wurde leider nicht richtig geräumt.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating, going beyond what normal hosts usually do. Our stay was very comfortable and cheaper than what it should have been because they were very helpful. There was a working stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine that made it easier for us during the trip. Would stay here again should we come to Tromsø for another time.

The house is uphill and the roads are icy as it rained. Would not recommend to people with difficulty walking or with large luggages during winter. The place is just perfect for a young couple like us.

Appartement bien agencé et bien équipé Propriétaire disponible A pied il est possible de se rendre dans le centre mais attention il y a une pente verglacée pour arriver à l' appartement. Il faut prévoir des crampons ( voyage fait sur la dernière semaine d octobre et il avait déjà neigé)

L odeur de cigarette dans la petite chambre. Le canapé lit pas très confortable. La chambre comporte un lit 1,5 place et non pas un lit double. Pas de sèche cheveux ( mais il y avait un fer à lisser !)

Smart TV provided but you have to login your Netflix or YouTube account. Sofa is comfortable and easy to turn into bed. Owner provided oil, salt, sugar, coffee and black pepper for cooking. Oven, washing machine, electric kettle, induction stove, fridge was provided and all are in working condition. Bathroom had hot and cold water and was clean and spacious. Dining table is provided. A radiator for temperature control is provided. Clean towels provided. View from the property is good. Peaceful and silent neighborhood.

Washing machine has only tumble dry for 1kg load. And even then the clothes don't come out completely dry. You'll have to dry them but there is very less space in the room to dry them. The room is very small and the wardrobe provided is too small for 2 people. Even for 2 adults, we felt congested so we don't recommend the room for more than 2 people. The property is at a high elevation. As per instructions, we used the 24 bus from airport which dropped us off at the main road ( Storskogen) From there walking to the property with luggage was hell. It was all uphill with some very steep slopes. We don't recommend this property for those who don't pack light and prefer public transport. Alternatively, you can take the bus no. 26 (drops at Skoglyst). That stop is already at a higher elevation than the property and from there most of the walking is downhill and easy. Bus no. 24 should be taken when going to the airport from the property. We selected this property based on its good reviews in the past but we felt that the property has deteriorated over time (small broken things needing repairs) or the owner is not actively involved anymore as the apartment was not clean up to the mark.

Affordable and clean. The apartment had everything we needed – well-equipped, warm, and functional. Good value for Tromsø.

It’s tiny, even for just three people. And probably located at the highest point in Tromsø. If you have a car – no problem. But if you're relying on public transport, be ready for steep uphill walks every time you return. Even a quick trip to the store feels like a mini mountain hike.

This was super! We spent 3 nights at the apt. You have everything there for cooking. Tea, coffee, salt, sugar was provided. House is situated upper the touristic part, be prepared for a bit climbing) The last night we were near the apt and saw Aurora lights!

Old towels - should be replaced. Entrance- could not open the door properly because of snow and ice and was difficult to get inside as it was slippery If you don't have a car be prepared to walk several slippery slopes down to the town and the bus station and back to the house.

The appartment had everything we needed. The host gave us all the handy information about the buses and everything else and was always available to contact if needed. The area around is really calm and silent.

There was no hairdryer and the main room took a while to get warm (only one small heater).

Bedroom was very, very small and in an odd spot - have to go in the bathroom to get to it, and only a curtain separating in from bathroom facilities. Wasn’t an issue for us since neither of us had to get up in middle of the night. Also some noise from upstairs.

The apartment had everything we needed. It is compact but we were only there for one night so managed fine. Excellent supplies and lolly bowl was nice touch. Lots of spices and even baking powder! The only thing missing was oil. The owner let us in early as the flat was free so this made the changeover between our accommodation very convenient.

It was a bit of a windy walk up several streets to get there. But we quickly discovered a little short cut track tramped in the snow down towards the athletic park.

Really nice place with a well equipped kitchen and huge tv with Netflix. Great place for a break from my travels. The bedroom is in the bathroom somehow with a curtain but that didn't bother me. Owner was really helpful. Good bed

If you're a couple staying there,bit would be perfect, but as two friends with one in the bedroom and one on the couch... Not great as it's the bathroom door that separates these areas, with only a 3/4 length curtain to save modesty so you have to make sure there are no toilet breaks needed in the night. The TV wouldn't connect to the internet for any apps (a sheet was provided to say to contact but it always seemed too late at night to bother anyone over something so trivial so we didn't). We rented a car but found the roads pretty scary at this time of year (very snowy, very icy and very steep and hilly) so tended to use the bus for little trips which makes for a very steep, hilly, snowy and icy walk back uphill each time

Great option for solo travellers. Clean and warm apartment with kitchen in a distant area on a hill with a great view and dark areas for aurora nearby.

If you go there by bus, be prepared to pull your luggage uphill for 10-20 minutes to get to the apartment.

Bedroom was not a real bedroom but very dark space without window and all toilet facilities from upper floor were noisy.

The apartment is located in walking distance to city center (about half an hour), above the city with fjord view. The bed is in a closed room so there is really dark even on polar day.

The bed is in the same room as toilet. There is also possibility to sleep on a couch in the other room though.

We liked the hospitality and family like treatment we had from the Lanlord. Is an exelent man ready to help anytime. He collect us from the airport and that was a really very good thing and very nice gesture. He offered to help in anything we want. We are totally happy and we will return again as soon as we will travel to tromso again. The landlord and location of the house is highly recommeded, especially for small families. So peaceful and comfortable. It was really helpful that the host met us at the airport and took us to the apartment, especially as we arrived on a late night flight. The apartment is very well equipped and is situated in a very quiet location. It is still within walking distance from the centre. Huge amounts of snow made it look beautiful. Would recommend it as a place to stay in Tromso.

There was nothing wrong with the apartment. Cannot fault the accommodation. It is a small apartment which was fine for us as a couple. It met all our expectations.

There was no breakfast with the rooms It’s only disadvantage is that it was slightly faraway from the centrum but Bjorn the owner made up by dropping and picking us

I can say that even though I have traveled to many countries in the world, the hospitality and availability of the owner of this appartment is the best that you can find.Bjorn is available to help you for everything, I was traveling with a friend who had an accident while staying in Tromso, and the owner of the house helped us and offered us his assistance, accompanying us at every moment for every something we needed. I can also say that this house has very good conditions, it is very clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend you to choose this apartment if you want to find maximum comfort and hospitality.

Stayed for 7 days. It is a small apartment with everything you need. Very clean. Bjorn, the owner, picked-up us from the airport and he was there whenever we need help. The apartment has an awesome view of the sea & mountain. We could even see the northern lights.

Amenities was beyond what we were expecting! nice touch with the bowl of chocolates and candies! pleasant neighborhood- easy to walk to town (wear crampons when icy), bus service 1 block away, taxi service easy to get both ways. internet was super fast.
