Il n’y a pas de coin repas extérieur comme indiqué dans l’annonce. L’appartement est tout petit et ne fait pas 41 m2 comme annoncé. Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas.

Clean, nicely decorated, and great location

Väike võluv korter väga hea asukohaga Helsingi juugend linnaosas.

Koridori hääled kostsid korterisse, kuigi maja oli üldsiselt vaikne.

I liked everything about the place and also the stuff was nice and good to visit again

I think it was about the remote control for the tv was a bit hard to control and the hanger for the paper tissue but everything were amazing

Asunto kylmähkö. Olisin halunnut nostaa lämpötilaa, mutta ohjeita ei löytynyt. Mikroaaltouunia kaipailin myös.

Everything was perfect from checking in to departure. It was perfectly suited for a short city break. Also the location is fantastic.

Hieman rauhaton koska ensimmäisessä kerroksessa

Hyvällä maulla sisustettu mukava pikku asunto, jossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Sisustukseen oli sivustolla olevien kuvien jälkeen tullut uusia kauniita asioita. Ikkunat katutasossa lukitulle sisäpihalle. Pikku kylpyhuoneessa tehokkaat taittuvat suihkuseinät, suihkussa yllättävän paljon tilaa ollakseen noin pieni kylpyhuone, ja kuitenkaan koko tila ei kastunut. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeellinen ja vähän enemmänkin (paitsi ei kuorimaveistä). Ihan vieressä kauppa, merenranta, puistomaista aluetta. Esim. Uunisaareen pääsi näin talviaikaan kävellen.

Lavuaari oli tosi pikkuruinen: hammaspesu onnistui, mutta kaikki muu olikin haasteellisempaa.

Sijainti oli loistava!!! Bussi ja ratikka pysäkit todella lähellä. Yhteydet muualle Helsinkiin loistavat. Kävely mahdollisuudet esim.Kaivopuisto ja merenranta alueet lähellä. Helsingin ydinkeskustaan myös lyhyt kävelymatka. Kaupat ja ravintolat lähellä.

Tykkään nukkua "PIMEÄSSÄ" huoneessa. Pimennysverhot???

Asunnossa on kaikki tarpeelliset jutut, mukava tuntu. Hyvä sijainti, sataman lähellä, vois nopeasti päästä laivalle.

En ole huomannut, tulin vain nukkumaan yöllä

Mainio asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Mukavia ravintoloita lähistöllä. Toinen vierailu samassa kohteessa.

Sopivan kokoinen siisti ja sievä pikku asunto hyvällä sijainnilla.

Bookingissa olleen ilmoituksen perusteella odotimme merinäköalaa ja kahta erillistä vuodetta (toinen makuuhuoneessa, toinen olohuoneessa), mutta nämä eivät pitäneet paikkaansa. Oli vain yksi parivuode ja tavallinen sohva olohuoneessa. Asunto sijaitsi 1. kerroksessa, joten näkymä oli sisäpihalle. Lumiauran äänet kantautuivat melko selvästi sisälle kadulta.

Hyvä sijäinti, mukava pikkuasunto. Pääsy asuntoon oli helppo, selkeät ohjeet.

äänieristys aika heikko, mutta ei se yhden yön majoituksessa paljon haittanut. Asunnossa oli melko viileä. Olisi kiva jos olisi kahvit/tee tarjolla. Käsisuihku vuotaa.

Ho abitato a Helsinki per anni e conosco la posizione nel quartiere Eira pieno di belle case d'epoca ma questa non é una di quelle. Devo dire che mi é piaciuto niente e dopo la prima notte (3 pagate) ho lasciato l'appartamento

Partiamo dalla porta d'ingresso: orribile, Bagno non minimo, meno: doccia con pareti interamente pieghevoli, lavabo da 20x20 cm, a stento ci stava una mano, WC attaccato alla parete doccia e per usarlo dovevi ripiegare la parete. Appartamento freddo. Camera da letto minimalista, letto con copertine da primavera avanzata, cuscini di taglia ridotta troppo soffici come il materasso. Camera fredda e per niente accogliente. Il letto basso soffre il freddo che viene dal pavimento. Ho passato una sola notte e non ho dormito per il freddo. Usato maglione e cappellino di lana ma il freddo ha fatto la sua parte lo stesso. Unico locale accettabile il soggiorno. La cucina (2 fuochi a induzione) e lavello piccolo, frigorifero non accettabile. L'appartamento non é nuovo né bello. E' al primo piano e chi passa davanti ha una vista panoramica dell'interno. Le finestre non si possono aprire quindi ricambio aria = 0. Lo stabile come l'appartamento é inadatto alla funzione di ARB&B dovunque si trovi.

Everything was really good and clean. The host was really sweet and nice. I was allowed a late check out too. The apartment was very good. Everything was available and I had a good stay.

The building is really old and the walls are too thin. You can literally hear everyone walking or talking next door or outside. Not the issue of the apartment of course since the building was made long time ago. Also the bedroom was too cold. Amazingly it was the coldest room in the whole apartment. These were the only issues. Apart from that the apartment is really good.

Prijazna gostiteljica, apartma je udoben, kopalnica je nekoliko majhna vendar funkcionalna. Blizina tramvaja.

Prostora se ne da popolnoma zatemniti, pred spalnico sveti dvoriščna luč celo noč. Sliši se zumanji hrup.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Wasser und ist mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr sehr gut angebunden. Die Wohnung ist vom Stil sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Außerdem hat man im Winter den Vorteil einer Lüftung und Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Die Aussattung überzeugt auch durch eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zum Thema Schlussübergabe hat alles problemlos und kontaktlos funktioniert.

In der Küche sind einige Sachen ein bisschen suboptimal ausgestattet. An einigen Stellen war die Sauberkeit nicht so, wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten jedoch war das alles nichts schlimmes. Die Betten waren uns zu weich, aber auch hier ist das wieder persönliche Präferenz.

Aamiainen ei näissä kuulu hintaan/ole saatavilla. Sijainti ihanteellinen ja viihtyisä, julkisen liikenteen yhteydet (ratikka Tehtaankatua kahteen suuntaan kohden keskustaa) erinomainen.

Kylpyhuone pienehkö. Tietoa avainten saamisesta ei tullut normaaliin tapaan sähköpostiin, vaan piti selvittää puhelinsoitolla, mutta toimija oli hyvin tavoitettavissa.

Quiet. Near 2 supermarkets

Location: 3-4 mins. walk to Tram#3 stop, the seaside is just 5-mins walk away. The city center is 15 mins away. Communication with the host was excellent. Excellent price/value ration. Apartment: quiet and comfortable with kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher).

The bed mattress was too soft for me, but comfortable for my wife.

Everything was excellent: the host was very friendly and allowed late check-in at night, rooms were clean, a lot of staff at the kitchen and for bedroom (additional pillows and etc). Good grocery store opposite the building.

No microwave in the kitchen, the sink in the bathroom is tiny

Kaikki toimi hyvin ja oli tosi siistiä. Toimi erinomaisesti tarkoitukseeni! Ihana ja kompakti kokonaisuus todella hyvällä alueella.

Tv:n kaukosäädin oli hieman vaikea käyttää kun ei aina meinannut toimia. Mutta siitäkin onnistuttiin mutkitta. Ei siis mitään miinuksia.

Sijainti kiva, kaunis asunto. Sisäänkirjautumisen ohjeet hyvät, kun ne vain sai. Vastaus nopeaa, kun otti yhteyttä.

Ainut asua oli se, että sisäänkirjautumis ohjeet saisivat tulla automaattisesti viimeistään kun sisäänkirjautuminen alkaa. En ole ennen joutunut kyselemään ohjeiden perään, jotta pääsen majoitukseen.

Sijainti hyvä, kauppa vieressä sekä raitiovaunu pysäkki lähellä.

Käytävän ja hissin äänet kuuluvat asuntoon. Asunto on pienempi kuin kuvissa. WC ja suihku todella ahtaat. Asunto ei ollut kovin siisti, matto oli likainen, samoin huonekalut. Ikkunoita ei voi avata.

Hyvin remontoitu kohde, sijainti oikein hyvä. Keittiö toimiva. Siistiä. Hyvä sänky. Sopii nukkumiseen. Puhdas kylpyhuone ja keittiö. Ihana vanha talo ja rappukäytävä. Ensimmäinen asunto ykköskerroksessa, niin ei häiritse muita talon asiakkaita ns. vierasmajoittujana.

Sisäänkirjautuminen myöhästyi 1h 30 min, koska kohdetta ei oltu siivottu, ei sinällään haitannut, tulimme myöhemmin. Omistaja ilmoitti asiasta kyllä. Sisustus on keräilyerä vähän kaikkea, mahdollisuudet olisi vaikka mihin, koska hyvin remontoitu asunto ja ihana talo. Näkymä on sisäpihalle. Rauhallinen talo.

Nell'appartamento non abbiamo soggiornato in quanto le finestre non si potevano aprire eccetto una piccola finestra in cucina non abbiamo avuto nessun rimborso ed abbiamo dovuto cercarci un altro alloggio con prezzi nettamente superiori

10 Min zum Strand (Eiranrantaa), 3 Minuten zur Straßenbahn (Neitsypolku), Einkaufsmöglichkeit für täglichen Bedarf gegenüber (Alepa), stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, WLAN, Küche komplett ausgerüstet, Waschmaschine, Wohnungstür als Doppeltür ist gute Schalldämmung bei Wohnung im Erdgeschoß. Wohnung und Fotos stimmen überein.

Kein Wäscheständer vorhanden - musste mit Trocknen gewaschener Sachen improvisieren. Nur ein Fenster von 4 kann man öffnen.

Location and neighborhood. Simple apartment which had anything you needed for a short stay. We stayed for two nights and it was easy to navigate to and from and around the city.

Tbh everything was ok. Things can always be improved but it was all fine.

Majoituksen informaatiossa oli jonkun verran puutteita; tarkan osoitteen sai erikseen kysymällä, ovikoodi toimi vain kello 10:een asti illalla ja missään ei ollut informaatiota siitä, että avain sopii myös ulko-oveen koodin sijasta.

Det var veldig mye folk som kom inn og ut hovedinngangen om natten, og døra bråkte veldig mye som forstyrret søvn.

Wonderful furnishings - very comfortable. Very roomy.

There was no guide explaining that as well as the small washing machine in the apartment there are big washing machines and dryers available for apartment guests free use !! Very handy! Also the only place we could find the internet password was on the back of the modem - not a problem as we found it but others may not. So really - no complaints at all about the apartment itself which was absolutely fantastic.

Super location, near the, water, lovely area, supermarkets v close.

Mis sold by booking. Com /owner as booking said two beds when in reality one double bed only. Fair play to the owner, delivered us, a, blow up bed first day. Also mis-represented as clearly there must have been other apartments on higher floors, with a view but ours was on ground floor with a, view of the back yard. Rubbish blinds meant that light came, straight thru and people could look in. Only window able to open was, tiny one in kitchen area. Bathroom utterly minute. Smallest ever had to use. Stupidly large bathroom cabinet meant a miniscule sink and impossible to brush teeth. I have never, in 30 years of travelling as an adult, encountered having crumpled and uniromed bed linen. At least a ton extra was found in a cupboard so we could put extra pillowcases on etc as, no pillow protectors. Mostly clean surfaces but mirrors had to be cleaned as, covered in dust. Such a shame. This, cld be a much better flat with a bit of thought.

The location was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Living area relaxing. TV easy to use. Late check out time was wonderful. Host very responsive when I encountered problems especially when I was accessing apartment for first time.

Very close to old lift - Saturday night was very noisy with people using this lift all through the night. Shower was very cramped and took a while to work out how to ensure water flowed well. Kitchen plugs didn’t work so making coffee & toast was challenging. No instructions for dishwasher - sorry if I left a dishwasher full of dirty dishes.

The pros: the location is fine, a quiet neighbourhood, at an average of 1,3km from the main attractions in the town centre. There are several food stores not farther than 200 metres. It is a well lighted apartment, with a washing machine and enough kitchenware for cooking. The cons: the bathroom is tiny; it gets difficult to brush your teeth, for example, because of the reduced space between the lavatory and the cabinet above it. Inside the apartment it is freezing cold (I stayed there 6 nights by the end of march), even with the heating on. When I arrived, the bedroom furniture was dusty, I had to clean it myself. The bedroom floor also wanted sweeping when I arrived. The bed is not the most comfortable I´ve tried. Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.; I was asked to arrive not earlier than 5 p.m. Suggestions: get some pillows; the small cushions that act as pillows are really uncomfortable. Check the shower's water drainage, the bathroom tends to get flooded when having a shower. A drying rack for hanging clothes after washing up would be very useful.

Comfortably. The lights in the main room weren't working. It was cold and dirty in places. There is no clear information on how to get into the entrance, If it wasn't for the people who came in front of me, I wouldn't have been able to get inside.

The location is good, and the owner was kind enough to allow an early check-in. However, the apartment itself felt like it wasn’t quite ready for guests. There was a dirty cutting board left on the kitchen counter, and a noticeable layer of dust everywhere. The floor hadn’t been cleaned either. While the apartment was probably renovated not too long ago, everything would have been fine except for the heavy dust buildup. I wasn’t sure if the towels were clean, as they were still slightly wet, and I also questioned whether the sheets were freshly changed either. However, the bed was very comfortable. But it got a little cold in the evening.

Quality for price was great. It's a big and beautiful apartament with a great location. A lot of amedities as well. From the downside: the bathroom is not that great, a little space, the whole apartament was quite dirty. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. I would rate it as 7 because of those facts but overall it's an 8 as the price was very reasonable.

It was a fantastic stay! The apartment was a bit hard to find because the stair number wasn’t informed. Everything else was superior!

Great location, in the apartment was everything what we needed, it was clean and modern.

I had to ask owner for instructions, the apartment was cold, bit noisy and you can’t lock the door (only close). But overall it was really good.

All furniture is stylish and nice, the location is good, all utilities are available. Supermarkets closeby, walkable distance and good bed.

The apartment is very clean, there’s a small k-market near the corner. The owner is very friendly and responsive.

It’s in a nice neighbourhood. However, the apartment is on first floor, there were some noises from the gate when people enter and exit. The kids upstairs were also stomping the floor during evening.

We made a mistake with checkout and the host was super accommodating and kind. Not often you get people being that thoughtful when you’ve made a mistake! Other than that the apartment was super cute and cosy

A little loud

Perfect for a short stay considering the low price. Had everything I needed and the location was convenient.

In general, the place was clean but some things like the towels and bed sheets were old and a bit crusty so I didn’t really want to use them.

Good location

Not very clean, there was hair everywhere and the silver details on the bedspread left stains on our clothes. The apartment was also quite cold, probably because it was in an old building.
