Ghost Staff no information about the property at the check in during the night the door was closed we were in the middle of nowhere waiting someone to open the furniture was old and disgusting I checked the mastress it was awful towels were missing in the room no sleepers THIS IS NOT A 5* stop lying ! Booking is just running after its commission they don’t care about the properties and the interests of the clients SHAME ON YOU

The property is very exclusive, it’s really good for a single person or couple stay. The environment is very quiet and serene. It’s very clean and well kept. There was a spa at the property and the staff were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended therapist Ayu for the spa treatment.

It’s hard to locate even with GPS as the location was in the midst of a narrow alley and the driver was directed to the wrong location. The driver had to call the property for the exact location. Needs better signage of the property for better direction.

Wille są bardzo ładne, ale woda w basenie jest zimna , ponieważ basen jest zacieniony woda nie ma możliwości się zagrzać . Kuchnia otwarta, niby wszystko jest ale zrobienie jedzenia graniczy z cudem , indukcja nagrzewała nam wodę na jajka jakąś godzinę . Pokoje bardzo ładne, klimatyzacja działała dobrze . Ogólnie polecam , ale wszędzie jest daleko. W nocy odgłosy natury, żaby , i ptaki, jeśli ktoś lubi ciszę potrzebne będą zatyczki do uszu

Great staff, always willing to help and assist. Clean and neat. Fresh fruit. Comfortable bed. Aircon was great not noisy. Pool was awesome. Massages was really good, just short.

Open shower leaves the whole floor wet. One light under the mirror was not working. Road is muddy when it rains, exiting your ride must be cautious.

La habitación en general es bastante cómoda Está cerca de lugares como Tegallalang Rice Terrace y algunos templos pero alejado de la zona más transcurrida de Ubud por lo que a mí me parece bien

Разположението сред оризовите градини и самата идея да си в сърцето им и сред природата. Предлаганите масажи във вилата са невероятни. Басейна в двуспания апартамент е малко бижу. Храната предлагана на място беше много добра - както предложенията за сутришната закуска, така тези в ала карт менюто за обяд и вечеря. Терасата за храненето над рецепцията беше много добро и красиво решение. Размера на стаите е много добър.

Отдалечеността от Убуд. Задължително ви трябва такси или мотопед. По отношение на хигиената може да се желае повече. Кърпите за тяло и лице са доста захабени и ако не пожелаете изрично няма да бъдат сменени. В зоната около кухненския остров постоянно имаше мравки. Смятам, че вече помещенията са позанемарени. Като цяло за цената която платихме очаквахме доста по -добра услуга. Определено няма да препоръчам!

The staff was very friendly and the place is close to the Ubud center.

There were four huge geckos in the ceiling of our room. There were three smaller ones, and they kept getting into the villa because the ceiling was open. The staff were very friendly and caught them when we asked them to.

I loved everything but if there was one thing I had to mention then I would suggest the pool be heated for the colder days.

We also tried the Soendaram Spa, and it was amazing. The massage was one of the best we’ve had — super relaxing and done with real care. The team here is friendly and always ready to help without being too formal, which made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy Bali at a slower pace. Would definitely come back!

Struttura immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, camere pulite con piscina esterna splendida, staff di una gentilezza senza eguali, colazione servita nella terrazza (o con un piccolo supplemento direttamente nella piscina privata della propria camera), pranzo incluso. Un luogo da sogno in mezzo alle risaie, esperienza molto più che positiva!

The cleanliness. The staff were really good.

The lack of information about how far the town is. The food was average. Not many choices of food. The place is filled with mosquitoes and lizards. Not the best spot for a family with young kids since the town is quite far and access to food is hard.

Unfortunately the frogs at night in the rice fields are a nightmare - sleeping can be tough

The vibe is amazing! Completely in the rice farm, close to nature, we hear sound of nature, so loud every night and so healing ( i would not recommend if you are scared of bugs or insects... Cause there are a lot!! For us we don't mind and we find it really special and peaceful) The staff are sooo nice, polite and helpful, always give us warm welcome and smile, always there if we need anything We love it and enjoyed here so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you!!

Breakfast could be better especially juice should be fresh juice, also the room could be cleaner... But everything was still great!!

the villa was really nice, we had two rooms and the kitchen, seating area with the private pool breakfast and meals served in the rooms (or restaurant) calm and peaceful surrounding quiet location we had one day only rain and enjoyed the day in the villa anyway!

the location isn't the best, but it is quiet, restaurants are about 1 km away, Ubud 15 minutes drive the sliding doors should be adjusted

The villas was fantastic and the pool was great. Breakfast was good with plenty of food. Room service was also available which was very handy. All the staff were lovely.

We stayed for four nights and also enjoyed the in-house massage/spa twice. Everything was excellent and we were more than satisfied. The staff is always attentive and very friendly. We can definitely recommend this place!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Pool Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und haben die Zeit und Ruhe in der Natur sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an Reisfeldern und einer atemberaubenden Natur. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Alankara Hotel Ubud – sehr empfehlenswert! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Alankara Hotel Ubud rundum genossen. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und naturnah, aber dennoch nah am Zentrum von Ubud. Das Hotel ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und strahlt eine entspannte Atmosphäre aus. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und bieten einen tollen Blick auf die umliegende Natur – einfach traumhaft! Das Frühstück und auch das Mittagessen waren sehr gut – frisch zubereitet, lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders schön war es, die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne zu genießen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Auch der Poolbereich lädt wunderbar zum Entspannen ein – perfekt nach einem Ausflug oder einer Yogastunde. Ich kann das Alankara Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

This is very beautiful place surrounding by forests and rice fields. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the swimming pool is fantastic. We like here very much and we had a great time here.

What a beautiful accommodation in a secluded location! I stayed at the one bedroom villa with private pool and greatly enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and never more than a whatsapp message away if I needed anything. The villa is complete with a kitchenette, living space, bathroom and even luxurious amenities like kimonos and bathsalt. I especially enjoyed the hot bath (difficult to find in Bali!) and spacious feeling of the room. My pool overlooked the jungle and from the restaurant you can see rice paddies. The climate here was pleasant enough I could sleep with the windows open rather than using the AC, which was a big plus for me 🌿

- Pretty view of the rice fields - Infinity pool was great - Massages were good - Staff were lovely and very attentive - Very close to Alas Harum which was a highlight of our trip.

- Food was not nice, stale bread and croissants, funny taste to the food, had a dodgy belly whilst staying possibly from food. - Villa was far from Ubud Centre so had to go jek every day whilst at villa. - Pool was slightly merky

The accomodation itself is stunning, interiors and bedrooms bathrooms gardens all as pictured. The staff were sweet

The location. It was too far from central Ubud (or really anything, there isnt even a local eatery/warung/cafe/shop/somewhere for a walk within walking distance) that it feels quite isolated. The pool in apartment is cool but in shade all day too, youd prefer just a communal pool that allowed you to choose sun or shade. Breakfast wasnt included and when we paid for it, it felt like an ordeal to order what turned out to be a pretty poor attempt of a meal. They seem to want the space to be self catering but it wasnt really equipped enough for it to be and not sure many people go to Bali to self-cater! In the end, it just wasnt what we were looking for. Maybe if you just want privacy and to stay in all day / spa etc, it is fine, but not for us wanting to explore the area

Breakfast is good, a few choices. The hotel is in the center of rice terrace, good view and very natural. The facility inside the hotel is good and all stuffs are really friendly. It takes around 2 hrs from airport to reach the hotel, however it is near Ubud, 10-20 mins drive, so it is a good choice if you want to visit rice terrace or ubud.

It’s a bit out of the way down a dirt track. A lot of the taxis drivers struggled to find the location. When we arrived we were very thirsty and hungry they very nicely made us some food but we asked for a Coke and a beer and the waiter said “No”. I did say something to the manager and they ended up giving us some water. It maybe be because this is a very new complex so I think they are still learning. Other than that the whole place was lovely.
