La villa es estupenda, y los dueños muy agradables y atentos. El entorno es maravilloso. Hay desayuno incluido ( zumo, fruta un principal que puede ser clásico indones, continental o americano, además de café o té y bollería) Cerca hay varios Warung que están verdaderamente buenos.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and pool area are well maintained, clean, secure and comfortable. The location is excellent for visiting Ubud and its surroundings, located within the rice fields but close enough to the main road for easy transfers. A short walk away are two excellent restaurants where you can have a great lunch or dine out. The included breakfast was awesome too. All in all a great experience and excellent value for money, thanks to the authentic care of the hosts Blackie and Kadek.

Not the fault of the owners, but there was construction works ongoing behind the property (we saw this happen a lot during our trip in Bali). There was no real noise to speak of so it didn't bother us much, but the view on the rice terraces from the pool as seen on the property pictures does not exist anymore unfortunately.

Het was er heel mooi en hygiënisch, de badkamer was echt top!

De locatie is iets minder, de bezorgers komen er liever niet omdat het wat uit de richting ligt

Its location can be a doble edge sword for those who don’t have their own transportation, since it’s a bit far (20 mins by bike) from ubud.

Soggiorno molto rilassante, si stacca totalmente dal caos e dalla frenesia della cittá. Il titolare (Blacky) e sua moglie sin da subito si sono mostrati persone molto disponibili e molto accoglienti. Noi abbiamo scelto l'opzione luna di miele e ha soddisfatto ampiamente le nostre aspettative e a nostra sorpresa e insaputa ci ha offerto una torta per festeggiare la nostra luna di miele. Sicuramente consigliato a chi vuole immergersi realmente nella cultura locale.

Unica nota negativa non é presente un'insegna all'ingresso con il nome della struttura e si puó incontrare qualche difficoltá nel raggiungerlo la prima volta.

Jeg hadde noen helt fantastiske dager her. Villaen er bare magisk og servicen er upåklagelig – de ansatte er svært behjelpelige. Jeg likte også beliggenheten veldig godt. Det er noen restauranter i området, og ellers er det en kort tur med taxi eller scooter til et større utvalg. Det er også mulig å leie scooter via villaen. Like borti gaten finnes det massasje – veldig billig og svært god kvalitet. Frokosten var også veldig god.

L'endroit est au calme, l'hôte était très gentil, nous avions le petit déjeuner en chambre chaque jour et il etait super bon! La piscine était top vraiment je recommande 100%

Il n'y a rien que nous n'avions pas apprécié, juste il n'y a plus la vue sur les rizieres comme sur les photos

Location - peace and quiet, for walks around the villa, beautiful views of the rice fields, 20min by scooter to Ubud, the owners approach, very nice, with a family-like approach, the entire villa, large, spacious, huge bathroom, beautiful garden, nice swimming pool, view from the garden onto the rice field, everything is better than in the pictures :) Great breakfasts, fresh fruit and juices :) The owner has a bar/shop on site. Scooter rentals are available. Tours are with super helpful drivers who are very friendly and take great photos and videos, and explain what, how, and where. Laundry. Everything was really well organized. Really nice and helpful owners ! There is a great restaurant nearby on foot - Uma Lawas, friendly service, and super delicious dishes and drinks, served really nicely - they look like they came out of advertising brochures and taste even better :) I highly recommend it !

Mooie schone comfortabele villa.

Helaas wordt/is er gebouwd achter de villa. Het probleem van heel Bali. Achter de villa loopt een weg met soms lawaai van scooters.

Очень уютная вилла в окружении рисовых полей. Шикарный бассейн, ванная, удобная кровать. Было приятно обнаружить в ванной комнате соль и пену для ванны. Вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал. Все понравилось.

Een hele nette villa.

Naast dat het heel goed was is het enigste minpuntje dat de grote dochekop het niet deedt. Hier hebben we toch geen gebruik van gemaakt vanwege het lekker groot bad:)

The place is absolutely wonderful, the breakfast was exceptional, and there was great attention to detail. The bathroom was spotless; everything was excellent. Nang was very friendly and wonderful to us 🙏🏻

De gastvrijheid van Blacky, er stond meteen een scooter klaar en de omgeving werd geheel uitgelegd na een heel leuk gesprek. We kwamen in de middag aan en waren erg hongerig, gelukkig heeft Blacky een eigen Warung waar lekkere maaltijden voor ons werden bereid. Al met al een top verblijf op een rustige top locatie tussen de rijstvelden.

Blacky ist ein superfreundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen und das mochten wir sehr. Am Abend konnten wir am Pool die Nähe zur Natur genießen, inkl. der dazugehörigen Geräusche! Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar und von guter Qualität. Bleibt ein Wunsch offen, kümmert sich Blacky darum. Edo sorgt für dem ggf. erforderlichen Transport zur nächsten Residence. Gegenüber wird nach balinesischen Standard gebaut. Es gab dadurch keinerlei Beeinträchtigungen für uns. Das Frühstück war für uns absolut in Ordnung

Lokalita byla skvělá, uprostřed rýžových polí, vlastní bazén, velká koupelna. Blackie i se ženou velmi pohostinní a pečující, výborné jídlo, nemusíte nikam chodit, pokud nechcete, jídlo donesou do apt, chlazená pitná voda k dispozici, opravdu skvělé. Moc děkujeme a těšíme se zase někdy na viděnou! Doporučujeme!!!

🇩🇪 Deutsch Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Blecki ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist uns jederzeit entgegengekommen. Alles ist super sauber, und sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bad sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Besonders praktisch: Moskitonetz, Klimaanlage, Handtücher sowie Duschgel und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Auch das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und kostenlos: ideal, um zwischendurch in Kontakt zu bleiben. Die Lage ist toll: Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Nähe der wunderschönen Reisterrassen und verschiedene Tempels, ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Dennoch die Umgebung ist ruhig, und man kann sich hier richtig erholen. Das Frühstück war lecker, und die Massage direkt im Zimmer hat uns nach den vielen Stunden unterwegs geholfen, schnell wieder fit zu werden. Ein Aufenthalt, an den wir uns sehr gerne erinnern werden und den wir sicher nicht das letzte Mal erlebt haben! Viele Dank Bleki!! Il posto è pulitissimo, sia la camera che il bagno sono moderni e ben curati. Zanzariera (per il letto), aria condizionata, asciugamani, doccia schiuma e shampoo sono già presenti. Anche il Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente ed è gratuito: ideale per restare connessi durante il viaggio con amici e famiglia. L’hotel si trova proprio vicino alle splendide risaie. L’ambiente è tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi. La colazione è stata assolutamente fantastica e il massaggio in camera, dopo tante ore di viaggio, ci ha aiutato a rimetterci subito in forma. Otel sahipleri çok sıcakkanlı insanlar kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her türlü konuda yardımcı oldular ulaşım, yeme-içme vb. Odadan her çıktığımızda evin içi ve bahçe temizlenmesi etrafın toparlanması çok güzel bir detaydı. Çok teşekkür ederim

Everything was amazing! The location is beautiful and quiet, villa was clean. The property manager “Blacky” is super nice and polite, always available to help!

Nous avons commencé notre séjour à Bali par ce logement et avons été ravis d'y séjourner. La chambre est conforme au descriptif, propre et située au calme en pleine campagne, au milieu des rizières. Certes, il y a une construction à proximité mais celle ci ne nous a pas dérangée. Petit conseil, allez justement faire un tour dans le chemin derrière cette construction qui mène directement dans les rizières hors des sentiers battus, vous serez seuls et le paysage est magnifique 😍 Vous avez 2 bonnes adresses de restaurants à proximité. Accueil exceptionnel du gérant et de son épouse. Sourire et bienveillance sont au rendez-vous 😊. Parfait, pour commencer à découvrir Bali dans son authenticité 😉

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Big comfy bed, good size swimming pool and delicious breakfast every morning. Room was getting cleaned every day, they also offer laundry service and massage. Massages are a little more expensive if you do in your villa, or you can go to massage place directly. It is 5 minute walk from the villa. Even it feels like you are away from everything, there are at least 4 restaurants within 5 minutes walk and most of them accept card payments.

There are no real negatives about it, but if you want to travel anywhere by car, it takes long time. Give yourself at least 3 hours one way from the airport by car. Prices for personal driver service are about 20% cheaper at the villa than you are offered through messages on booking. We have found the list when we have arrived, but we have already agreed higher price before coming. However the driver was great, always early and very knowledgeable.

There are limited restaurants in the neighbourhood. But the villa can arrange a driver to get you to Ubud or any other destination

The villa's location is outstanning surrounded by rice fields, it is a calm and peaceful area in close proximity to tegallang rice fields and local warungs with delicious food. The villa is excellent maintained and fully equipped, it was the best place we stay during our honeymoon to Bali. Mr. Blacky and his wife was very helpful and lovely people, willing to assist us in everything we needed. I highly recommend this pace and I would certainly visited again.

The villa is very beautifully built. Pool is of adequate size. The sitting and garden area is just fabulous. Washroom is nicely built & spacious. Our breakfast was delicious and very well presented. Think of this villa as relaxing spot as part of your holiday. The location is little far, hence you need a vehicle. The villa is about 20-25 min from Ubud Palace and nearby buzzing area and about 20 min from tegalalang rice fields. Definitely book breakfast as part of your booking. It's newly built villa and we stayed there for 2 nights. Thumbs up to Mr Backy from a hospitality and servicing standpoint. Overall a wonderful experience.

I loved everything about this property. It was in amongst the rice fields and it was so peaceful and beautiful. It is new so it is very updated and clean! The owner, Blackie, was incredibly nice and helpful when I needed his help or asked any questions. He really went above and beyond to help me. He always had a smile, delivered daily breakfast which was SO yummy, and was very kind. It was nice relaxing in and by the pool! I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I come to Bali.

The villa was excellent - lots of detail - like no slip tiles in shower; toilet with built-in bidet etc. Blackie was especially helpful - breakfasts were delicious - Blackie's wife makes best Nasi Goreng in Bali. Setup in rice fields were wonderful. Really relaxing and private.

1) TV was of no use - could only use if you had your own Google account - there should be some sort of entertainment 2) Blackie provided what we needed for the kitchen - should rather come fully equipped withcrockery and cutlery 3) Given the remote location - free shuttle to main street advisable on daily basis.

Mr Blacky was very kind and nice.

The place was lovely, clean and well maintained. The property manager (so called "Blacky") was an absolute pleasure and was always happy to help and laughing. The breakfast was great and would definitely recommend staying.

I asked the owner if its ok to arrive late at night , he answered that anytime is ok. When i arrived at around 10pm, it’s all dark in a rice field, no sign or logo, no light, the door is locked, no one is there, no answer on the phone, I waited there with my taxi driver for 20 mins, we tried to ask local people but no one knows if theres a villa, I left after 20 mins waiting. It took me 20 USD and 1 hour to go and back there. Though I got my money refund, there’s definitely a lot to improve.

It was the best experience in Bali! We have been coming for 1-2 months every year since 2016. And we have been to a huge number of hotels. But we met such hospitality and kindness here. Villa with a nice pool and a beautiful view. The staff brought us all the dishes we asked for. The bathroom is very comfortable! Breakfast and food in Warung are some of the most delicious in Bali. Thanks to Blacky and his family!

The Villa was clean, quiet, serene place to relax and recuperate! Front view is the padi field and accompany by the quacking of the ducks! Seeing them so happy and enjoying was very pleasant! Mr Blacky, the partner was full time to attend to our needs! Breakfast , we ordered western were scramble egg, hotdogs, fruit juice, coffee, toasted bread were served while still hot! To go city , we can only use their local driver! But to return, can gojek! The experience was awesome! The local driver Mr Putra, was very patience to bring us around to our destination!
