There was no hot water in one of the shower rooms No shower curtain on the second shower room which made the whole shower room slippery

Clean, safety is top tier, other than that was okay. Got washer, filtered water, tv and basic appliances.

No kiblat tagging, and got pictures of naked women. Probably not suitable for muslim family

Location is strategic, near to the attractive spot.

Große Wohnung in guter Lage mit komfortabler Einrichtung und toller Aussicht über die Stadt. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Ein paar kleine Reparaturen (Tapeten ankleben, Schalterabdeckungen, Ersatzbatterien für Remote-Control, Silikonabdichtungen) würden alles perfekt machen. Das sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten.

Its a refurbished old property .. both toilet lights was not in good condition was blinking. Other than location to hot spot places the unit was old and over priced and over reviewed

This hotel is seem run by who don’t have the money to fix the accommodations! Instead of taking care of the place, they just rush to make sales!

Truly Nightmare and had a truly terrible experience during my stay at Majestic Ipoh Town. Upon check-in, the staff member was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. When I entered my room, I immediately encountered several significant issues. First, the fan was not working, which was never communicated to me. Additionally, the light switch was broken, making it impossible to turn on the lights. The cleanliness of the room was appalling; the bed was dirty, and I found cockroaches crawling around. The ceiling was covered in cobwebs, and the sink was filthy, with dirt everywhere. I was shocked to see how neglected the room was, especially since I had explicitly requested a clean room prior to my arrival. When I brought these issues to the staff's attention, instead of offering assistance or a solution, the staff member responded with rudeness. He told me that if I didn't like the room, I could "go out now." This statement was particularly distressing, as I was traveling with my family, and we had already settled into the room. Rather than accommodating our needs, the staff member mockingly suggested that I should cancel my booking, implying that I couldn’t afford another hotel or no money. when i ask for the boss number he said he is the boss.I have partnership with booking.com and now i have send formal email to them to justify how they provide partnership to them. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards one would expect from a hotel, especially one that charges premium rates.

Fan in living room and some of the lights are not working. Else, it would be a perfect stay.

The owner has changed the postbox lock which is easier to see and opened the postbox. Scenic mountain view from the balcony. Love it. The unit is clean and spacial.

Probably is going up to the parking area. If you are driving a big car, you need to be skillful and careful when going up to the parking area (the turning).

We had a nice stay at this place. We just booked it a couple of hours before our arrival, but the communication with the host was super fast and check in very easy. The place was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The laundry machine and the water filter were a nice addition, since traveling with 3 children.

Our children wanted to swim, but there was a strict policy on the acceptable swimming outfits. Our son didn't have the right swimwear so we didn't use the pool which was a pity as this was one of the main reasons we booked this place. It would be nice to add some more cups and glasses to drink from for 5p. The cupboards were almost empty.

The location is good , close to the main eating and business streets of Ipoh. In the new town but we found there was more on in the new town in the evenings than in the old town. Apartment had a number of rooms and beds and a good washing machine.

The beds were just a little bit shorter and harder than we were used to.

The place is so cozy and clean. EV erything about the place makes you don't want to go out. The mattress and pillow is clean and comfortable. Ample parking space with good facilities. Location is near eateries as well.

Convenient location (though parking can be a little hidden). Management is quite responsive, procedures were generally smooth.

Cleanliness of the place to be improved (encountered small cockroaches and insects. Webs on the bathroom light). More can be provided in the rooms e.g some tissue, waste bins... Place can be better maintained - some tiles were "swollen", some plugs were leaking electricity and living room fan is spoilt.

I prefer this accommodation because of the location and facilities.

I think maybe the cleanliness of the accommodation should be improving.

No towel provided. Fan on one bedroom can't adjust to low speed. Location is not really close with the famous shop/ night market. Better you have a car.

Cons -No shampoo provided. -Wifi was slow. -RM 200 deposit(but was promptly returned after). Suggestions 1. Shower curtain in master might be due for change. 2. Dustbin in each room would be convenient.

We were changed to another property as the aircon of this property was not working. It’s good that they let us know. They offered a full refund or a change of property, which is good as they offered choices for us. We decided to go ahead with another property to avoid inconvenience.

The replaced 2-bedroom property really needed lots of upkeep as it’s nothing like the advertised photos. Living/dining room: one of the lights is not working (we saw notes from previous guest to remind them to change the lights), sofa bed in the living room needs a change, wall in the living area needs a new paint also. Netflix is available but apparently it’s being used by multiple users hence we cannot use it. Wifi connection is really slow. Bedroom: quilt is really old but quilt cover is fine. We have to fight with a cockroach in the middle of the night as well. Bathrooms: Toilets can be cleaned better and no shampoos available in both bathrooms.

Property was clean with provision of clean towels and bedsheets. High floor and location was great and convenient. Donald and team were very responsive and professional. Very valued for money. I would definitely book again for future stays.

The location is smacked right un the middle of Ipoh, easy access to all attractions.

Everything was great. It was so comfortable and nice and the view is incredible. It’s a great place to stay in Ipoh, totally recommend it!

It’s not that central, but very close, within walking distance (about 8-10 mins tops).

The location is close to many local shops and famous food. There will be no rush in time.
