Near to the town.

If you are here to get ready for a function or dinner…. please this is not a place to stay. There is a small mirror only in the bathroom and no where else. Not even in the bedroom. The bathroom light is very dim n dull. So basically u have to wait for other person to use the bathroom n then u get the chance to use the mirror. Imagine getting ready and to make up in the wet bathroom floor with a dim dull light. Only 1 parking is provided. U can park at the visitors but they charge u per entry RM3. So if u go out just to buy a drink n want to park ur car…. pay again RM3.

Overall cleanliness is good

The basement car park exit n entrances on each floor is too narrow. Big cars very difficult to manoeuver n also not well lighted. D master bedroom's wash basin's water pressure is too low but d shower is ok. D master bedroom's air cond hv creaking sound. Comfortable not big enough. D location is near tosmy funerals homes

I truly enjoyed my stay and was very happy with the overall experience. Great comfort, great service, and excellent value for money! I would definitely choose here again on my next visit and happily recommend it to my friends and family.

We have booked Majestic Loft De Tel for 11 nights but were placed in a completely different apartment without notification. The host claimed he had upgraded us to a better unit, but after looking into it a bit more he’s in fact placed us in the Apartment with city view (which we specifically haven’t booked). When we asked about the apartment we have paid for he said that it was already occupied by other guests. Inshome have multiple apartments and Loft De Tel is more expensive than Apartment with city view. It seems that nobody wants the apartment we were in and I can understand why. There was no glasses, only two plates, 3 cups, overused and old cookware, no drying rack for clothes, no bath mat and old overused towels inherited from Merton hotel. The wallpaper was peeling off, dusty walls and shelves, mouldy grout in the bathroom, greasy kitchen walls and units. Real shame the place wasn’t looked after and clearly wasn’t an upgrade. We had to contact booking.com to resolve this issue and provide a refund as clearly this happens very often from reading other reviews. Stay away from this host Inshome and all theirs listings!

The location was fantastic. We walked to most of the restaurants to eat. The 3 bedded apartment was tastefully furnished. I liked the combination of colours and the lighting. The apartment was also very clean. The air conditioning was good in the August heat.

We would have appreciated thicker curtains for the master bedroom. The morning sun was too bright and we had to get up early due to too much light in the room. The second and third room had no shelves or place to hang clothes. Hope that can be looked into. Overall we still enjoyed our stay.

Strategic location, very spacious, clean, cozy with nice decoration & comfortable apartment, host are very helpful. Easy check in & out. The halal, delicious, value for money beef Wallington in Ipoh is just opposite this apartment ( The Host Hotel) Definitely will booked again this apartment in future.

Security guard to parking floor was unfriendly and rude on day of our arrival/check in.

We booked for 5 Adults as there were beds for 5 adults and the booking confirmed 5 adults, but when we checked in it was only set up for 4 adults and the management wouldn’t set up the 5th sofa bed and was arguing with me and being difficult. I was nice to him all the time. Tried to contact booking.com but it’s impossible. Sent messages to customer support and no reply even after 3 days!! Never booking with either one of them again. The room was so dirty, there is dust gathering everywhere. You can see it on the photos!

It was within walking distance of some decent areas in the town.

Poor communication from the host when I asked a question. Great communication up to the point of arrival. Tired decor, poor showers.

The apartment was really spacious and well located. Loved the balcony and its views, and check in was straightforward. Each room had its own bathroom, and the pool (although we didn’t use it) was a good addition.

Would have liked some glasses to drink from, handsoap, and handtowels for bathroom and kitchen, but only minor additions!

Great accommodation, smooth check in, friendly security guard and kind host. Host is very helpful and assists very fast especially when we have problems using Netflix, host assisted in efficient ways and it resolved immediately. Thank you.

The fan in the hall was not working.Can't change channel on TV. Response from owner is quite slow.

Good but basic apartment, good for the value that you pay but it feels a little unkempt and needs a few touches to be a better place. Best thing about it is the location, perfect to explore town but also to do the visits outside. Pool is very nice but gym can only be used by residents. All in all a good place to stay if you do not expect much luxury. We like it

Affordable price for 2 nights stay with such fully equipped 3 room apartment with swimming pool. Clean and comfy stay. Easy instructions and communications with owner. This property looks very neat, professional and safe.

No sound proof windows and doors. Some rooms and living area facing shoplot and road. Very noisy in the morning. Fully furnished with blind curtains but very light color curtains which sun rays pass thru to your rooms. This makes the room bright in daytime especially early in the morning making you to wake up early. If these 2 items corrected, there wont be any complaints. The rest all good.

The common toilet had urine smell and bidet leaking horribly. Front door cannot be locked, no key provided. Poor TV internet connection , have reset many times.
