the location is great, very easy to get to the Zurich HB from the apartment. There are supermarkets nearby, a steep walk up the hill with beautiful views. the apartments are next to the river which is beautiful. lovely walking.

Nice terrace with a nice view, clean room, very good communication also for additional questions. Kitchen equipped with the essentials (Even had a few herbs which is not always the case) Busstop is close by and you're easily in the center of Zurich For sure a place to keep in mind when I go back to Zurich

This is a lovely apartment with a beautiful view. It is easy to get to by public transport and therefore a good centre for visiting the Zürich area. There are lovely river walks just out the door. There is a ramp and elevator for those with accessibility issues. The kitchen has all the basics for meal prep(oil, salt and pepper, spices etc) and we were left a simple spaghetti dinner to prepare which was much appreciated.

Good apartment to stay for a few days. Small but comfortable with all you need. On a busy road so you need to close the windows for the noise at night. Luckily there is a perfect fan! Free parking available. 15 minutes drive from center Zurich.

The apartment is cozy and very well designed and organized. The bed is big and very comfy. Check-in is fast and super easy. Everything with code. Perfect.

The apartment is just on the street, which is very busy most of the day, so it's a bit noisy.

Everything, especially the river view

The view of the river makes this apartment special. Various commodities inside as explained in the description. In a peaceful area and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Also a big plus with the parking included. Also close to tram to go to city centre. We had a minor problem with one fan but this was tackled immediately on the same day. Really impressed with the response time and quick resolution from the host.

Great location, Zurich town centre and main train station easily accessible via number 17 Tram. Having a balcony was a big plus and the sound of the river, very relaxing. The apartment is also well equipped and conveniently located near grocery stores also. All in all a great place to stay - would recommend!

It was in a perfect location for us as a family, near the river where we could go swimming, close to football pitches and great links on trams into city centre. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

All interior and equipment seem new.

Not enough space left and right of the bed. no night table or lamp or socket on the right side, because there is no space. The bed is too soft for two adults to sleep side by side. The web site makes you believe that there is a balcony and river view. Instead, the "Superior room" is situated above a busy and noisy junction. The included parking is next to a busy bike path, not in an underground garage as suggested by the images. I expected to do some remote work. You cannot have a phone call with the windows open. The apartment has no other ventilation. Against the description, there is no washing machine in the studio.

Was my first time at Stayy. Glad i got the Apartment facing the riverside. Lovely and cute Apartment with all the amenities you need. Cosy cute bedroom very clean beddings and towels.. Loved my Stayy and Patrick was very helpful. The Restaurant downstairs is great. Delicious meal and they were very welcoming and friendly. For the perfect weather we had dinner at the Terrace. Loved it.

The location and cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. It was equipped with all essentials one will need. Had a wonderful time here.

The apartment is bright, clean, and modern, with everything you would need for a longer stay - including quite extensive kitchen implements. The location is also great, a bit outside of the city centre, but close to a tram that'll take you straight to the centre. You can walk/run/swim along the river as well. Overall, really great value for money (especially by Swiss standards).

The apartment faces out towards the road, which is a bit loud with open windows, and it's never totally dark even with the sun blinds down on account of the street lamps. I also had an issue with the apartment building (front door had been locked and nobody could open it) but the landlord came immediately (at 7 a.m. on a Sunday) and found a solution, so not a big deal.

This was my second—and definitely my last—stay at this apartment, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment from the start. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight from Singapore and requested an early check-in. However, the first response we received was a demand for additional payment. While we understand policies around check-in times, some flexibility would have been appreciated, especially since we had stayed here before for 2 weeks. Fortunately, we have friends& family in Switzerland and were able to spend time with them instead. During our first stay, the apartment was extremely cold and we were given a small radiator to head up the apartment, but we chose not to complain through this channel. This time, we noticed a concerning security issue: the access codes of both main door and the one of the apartment remained the same as during our previous visit in January, suggesting they are not regularly updated. The code was eventually changed a day later, but we were given the wrong one, leaving my wife locked out until the cleaner arrived. Additionally, check-out was set at 10 AM. Given the various inconveniences we experienced, a gesture of goodwill—such as a late check-out—would have been appreciated, but none was offered. At that point, I didn’t even bother to ask. Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor service made for a frustrating experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The location was perfect for me just outside the city and a bus or a train very close it was perfect for travelling. Use the SBB travel app 👌. The apartment had everything I needed and more and the view in the morning with that sunrise. I will be staying again 😁😁

Location was very good, perfectly meeting my needs and easy access to public transportation. Bathroom was quite spacious and the water pressure was impressive, Even though the Hotel was located in a busy junction the sound isolation was excellent ensuring a restful stay. Bed and pillows were also quite comfortable.

Despite a minor issue, the bed were very close to the walls leaving a narrow space to move around.

The Room was so clean , overlooking the river, we had what we needed coffee maker, microwave it’s awesome. We will definitely suggest this place to our friends and relatives 🥰🥰🥰

Location can be easily reached by public transportation. Studio had a good size wirh a small Kirchen with all we needed. Hönggerhof, a romantic Restaurant on the ground floor, has a fantastic menu and kitchen. Easy checkin and checkout. Noice from the street was less bad than I read in other comments. When Windows were closed, zero noice was heard.

Our Studio had no view to the river (not as shown on photos) but other Studios seem to have indeed. We were not preinformed about it and therefore somehow disappointed.

Very nice apartment. Everything we needed was there. It matched exactly with the description on the site. Very good connections with public transport to the city. Own parking space.

The beds were a bit soft to our liking, but this is a personal preference. The noise from the traffic nearby is a bit loud when you are on the balcony. Inside the apartment it is fine.

Nice apartment and is very easy to get to a public transport. You have everything you need in the apartment.

I felt like it was over advertised on the website. It looked like all rooms are big and has a river view. Not what I was expecting in 1.5 and it was a let down. Also, the blinds were so hard to open manually.

The lake side balcony view

There was an awkward smell in the property toilet and the entire building. When contacted the owner he said it was natural when the toilet is jot in use. The plates, the dishes and the cutlery were all dirty and dry. The food remains were there since long and weren’t washing off even in the dishwasher. The cooking pans had a weird oil stink in them. There was just one mirror in the bathroom so if anyone wants to get ready, there is not a single mirror in the entire place

The property is at a nice location, with multiple transportation options around. It also comes with a free parking spot, which is rare. Although there are spots on the street, they are almost always busy. The property has all the amenities listed and everything is very clean and in a good shape. There is also a pretty nice restaurant at the ground floor.

The only issue in the summer months is the lack of A/C in this property. Although this is mostly due to restrictions in place in Switzerland where most property owners cannot get A/C installed without a permit, and to get the permit you need to have a health issue, necessitating an AC. But this specific apartment was getting quite hot on sunny days and it was getting uncomfortable during the night. Probably best to have this in mind if you are going to visit during July-August.

The view from the 1st floor apartment to a busy crossing almost at window level was definitely a disappointment, as the photos only showed either green city views or river views.

Clean, modern, quiet, spacious, nice views of the river, overall excellent.

Parking garage key situation was a bit awkward, necessitating multiple trips back and forth between apartment and garage, and also finding temporary parking at arrival. A lockbox holding the key with a code at the garage would have been much simpler.

Did not like is somehow wrong I generally liked my stay very much and will for sure come back next time in Zurich! Still there are two improvements to be looked at/fixed. One the mattress could be replaced -really feels used. Secondly there is an issue with the air exhaustion in the toilette pushing in "bad smelling air" when on.

The location was perfect for our trip to Zürich. After our long flights to Switzerland, it was just what we needed to rest and reset before driving and seeing more of this beautiful country. Patrick was very responsive if we needed anything and I can definitely recommend him to others traveling to this area!
