Quiet apartment just 3 minutes from city central!

L'appartamento è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla via pedonale di Tromso (punto di incontro di tanti tour), in zona tranquilla, caldo ed accogliente, ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Cucina super attrezzata (compresi condimenti e capsule caffe), vista sui tetti innevati dal tavolino in cucina, ampia zona giorno con tv. Ottima doccia calda. Comunicazione con host veloce. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

La camera è abbastanza piccola, come da foto, e il materasso, essendoci un top, tendeva a spostarsi un po'. Ma per qualche notte va bene, noi abbiamo dormito comunque bene.

Everything was great! The place is cozy and clean. We totally enjoyed the apartment and living like a local. I highly recommend this apartment and I do believe this is a great choice in Tromso!

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders im Winter sollte man aufgrund des Hügels und der teils starken Rutschgefahr unbedingt Spikes für die Schuhe einplanen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat auf Fragen stets schnell reagiert sowie hilfreiche Empfehlungen zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Auf Anfrage konnten wir unser Auto bequem in einer Garage direkt neben dem Apartment parken, was für uns ein grosser Pluspunkt war. Die Küchenausstattung war völlig ausreichend – wir haben dort regelmässig gefrühstückt und einmal auch gekocht. Eine Waschmaschine wäre ebenfalls vorhanden gewesen. Der (sehr grosse) Fernseher war mit kostenlosem Netflix-Zugang ausgestattet, was ein nettes Extra war. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Minuspunkt war leider die Sauberkeit. So war beispielsweise das Waffeleisen nicht gereinigt, in der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch eine gebrauchte Kaffeekapsel und die Küche wirkte insgesamt „speckig“, da viele Oberflächen klebrig waren. Auch der Kühlschrank hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Trotz vorhandenem Geschirrspüler waren insbesondere die Pfannen nicht gründlich gereinigt. Zudem fanden wir an mehreren Stellen fremde Haare, was wir als sehr unangenehm empfanden. Der Eingangsbereich war aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten mit Baumaterial zugestellt und vermittelte eher Baustellencharakter. Während unseres Aufenthalts trat zwar kein Baulärm auf, es blieb unklar, ob die Arbeiten noch andauern oder lediglich noch nicht aufgeräumt wurde. Auch im Apartment selbst wirkten einige Ausstattungsgegenstände bereits deutlich abgenutzt und nicht mehr ganz instand. Für den aufgerufenen Preis und angesichts der insgesamt sehr guten Bewertungen hätten wir hier einen besseren Zustand erwartet. Kleine Reparaturen und eine gründlichere Reinigung würden den Gesamteindruck sicherlich deutlich verbessern. Das Bett empfanden wir zudem als sehr weich – dies ist jedoch natürlich eine Frage der persönlichen Präferenz.

Everything, the apartment was absolutely great! It was really cosy, really comfy, amazing location and even with a working fire place!! sooo yeah I would recommend it 100%. I would move there and live there happily the whole winter. We loved it.

If I have to say something, by the time we went the other apartments beside where under reparation, so at the morings they were working from early (during the week), but as you don't have many light ours, you should leave the apartment early, sooo it wasn't a problem actually. but like I said... it was absolutely wonderful.

It's really near central lane, just 5 min walking. Appartment contains everything you need - fully charged kitchen, cozy living and even music corner. Panoramic window at the kitchen to see the town while eating.

There were reconstruction in the same building, so the entrance to the apartment is not very clean at the moment. But the apartment itself is quiet, well-maintained, and clean.
