チェックインの入力項目が多すぎる。 予約時の段階では特に選んだつもりがなかったのだが睡眠データ計測があり、そのために身長や体重やアドレスなど入力しなければいけなかった。 また、ロッカーのQRの反応が悪かった。

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026駅から近くロケーションが最高でした。 チェックインもスムーズにできました。 ロッカーは思っていたより広かったが、隣通しでかち合うと気を使いながら利用することになってしまう。 睡眠レポートはなかなかタメになりました。有難う御座いました。
難しいとは思いますが、ロッカーの隣通しの間隔がもう少し広い方がありがたい。 あとパソコンデスク4台は少ない。何回か覗きましたが常にいっぱいでした。

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Extrem sauber überall, angenehm temperiert spät abends - bei einem ersten Besuch um 18 Uhr war es noch sehr kalt im Schlafbereich. Es gibt einen Pyjama (mit ¾ Ärmeln, gewöhnungsbedürftig), Hygieneartikel und Slipper die gestellt werden. Kapsel war bequem.
Spind bietet Platz für Koffer, bei extrem großen Koffern oder zwei großes reicht der aber nicht. Schlafbereich ist von außerhalb gut einsehbar durch Fenster. Kapseln selbst lassen sich zwar verschließen, aber dennoch etwas wenig Privatsphäre wenn man diese verlässt.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Ich habe in der Kapsel erstaunlich gut geschlafen. Die Waschräume waren sauber, das System (Zugangskarte, Spind …) war durchdacht und hat gut funktioniert. Überhaupt ist so ein Kapselhotel ein Urlaubserlebnis, das man mal gemacht haben muss :-)
Beim Einchecken muss man eine riesige Latte an Erklärungen unterschreiben, dass der Schlaf getrackt und die Daten verarbeitet werden. Außerdem ist eine Kamera in der Kapsel, ich weiß nicht genau, ob und was die filmt. Hintergrund ist eine Auswertung der Schlafqualität. Diese Auswertung bekommt man später per Mail zugeschickt, und sie ist völliger Schrott (ich weiß, wovon ich rede, ich habe seit Jahren Garmin-Sportuhren und habe einen ungefähren Überblick darüber, wie lange ich schlafe und wie tief etc.). Ich hätte gerne auf diesen Wahn verzichtet. Wir hatten Probleme beim Checkin am Checkin-Automaten. Der Mitarbeiter, der uns geholfen hat, war äußerst unhöflich (und das nicht nur für japanische Verhältnisse). Natürlich hört man in der Kapsel die anderen Männer schnarchen, und ab und an piept mal ein Telefon. Aber ich denke, damit muss man einfach rechnen.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Very clean (and newly-built?) place located right night to Shinagawa Station, so an excellent choice for those traveling to/from Haneda Airport. (Only a 20-minute one-shot ride to the airport on the Keikyu Line from there.) The price was excellent and the capsule bed was long enough to fit even a very tall guy (6'4" = 193 cm.) like myself. The pillow was an oval shape and quite confortable, even though it took a little bit of getting used to at first. The shower room and toilet areas were all very clean. Noise at night was minimal due to the main door having almost zero noise when opened/closed. Clientele was 90% Japanese, which was good becasue Japanese have very good manners about noise at night compared to foreigners I have found.
There was very little not to like about this place. It was slightly confusing for me at check-in because it was my first time and it wasn't obvious how to change the screen to English mode (I found out later I needed to press "A" in the upper-right corner.) It was also just slightly difficult to find the place since it was my first time outside Shinagawa Station, but there was good signage once I got close by. Slight noise issues due to another guy snoring (which I could hear even with the provided ear plugs put in properly), but that was about it.

Reviewed May 3, 2026I don’t think you’ll find a better capsule hotel shower than at Nine Hours. Feels more like a nice home/apartment shower. Pajamas and towels are provided every day. Locker could fit my suitcase, though I had to take some stuff out of it first to make it thinner. Location is cool. I always thought Shinagawa station was kind of boring, but I never ventured to the side where the 9h is located, and it’s very active there. It’s a very interesting office worker type of vibe, and you’ll see many workers in the morning and evening and get a look at their after work culture. There are also a number of shops and nice bakeries that I’m sure that people from Europe would enjoy.
Didn’t seem to have an option to opt out of the sleep report. I just bought some black tape from the convenience store and put it over the camera lens. I was still given a sleep report of when/how long I slept, snored, etc.
