Good location.

Bed is not comfortable, there is no designated space for shower, it is next to the toilet, uncomfortable to use.

Bagno minuscolo con doccia a pavimento senza pendenza per drenare l’acqua. Assenza di tende alle finestre. Asciugamani insufficienti

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale, a 100 metri da fermata tram e 200 m da stazione metro

La stanza non era molto pulita, ci sono pochi. Piatti e una sola pentola. Inoltre le stoviglie erano sporche. Inoltre la porta d'ingresso non è per nulla isolata quindi per tutta la notte si sentiva chi entrava e usciva.

Queda muy cerca del centro y es cómoda para llegar a dormir por la noche.

Nos fue muy difícil poder acceder con los códigos de la puerta y las llaves, pero nos pudieron ayudar rápido.

Location, communication with the host and the cleanliness, all were really good.

Windows are facing to parking lot so when the windows are open it can be little noisy sometimes. I woke up couple of times because of the noise from outside in the morning.

Ubicación muy buena (al lado de Kamppi y a unos minutos de Esplanadi caminando; en cualquier caso, hay estaciones de tranvía, metro y autobús muy cercanas). Apartamento en edificio tranquilo. Luminoso. Cama cómoda. Bien equipado (cocina completa y baño moderno). Buena wifi. Buena relación calidad-precio para Helsinki.

No fue posible utilizar la TV (no sé si es que no funciona o el mando a distancia no tenía pilas). El baño no tiene plato de ducha y el suelo se encharca al ducharse.

The location is ideal! You get what you pay for and if you just want a place to sleep then it’s ideal.

There is no aircon not even a fan! It was super hot when we stayed and windows open out to the main ground floor so felt unsafe to leave open.

Sijainti on todella keskeinen, ja muutaman päivän reissulle aivan riittävä! Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittava välineistö omiin tarpeisiin ja ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen olivat selkeät. Vaikka asunto on keskeinen, meteli kadulta ei kuulu. Hinta todella kohtuullinen sijaintiin nähden, ja vaikka asunto on pieni, se oli aivan riittävä yhdelle hengelle.

Asunto oli jo näillä parinkymmenen asteilla todella lämmin, ja aspan ohjeistus ikkunoiden avaamisesta ei sisäpihan asunnossa paljoa auta. Yön viileys auttoi, kun ikkunat avasi, mutta asunto on myös alimmassa kerroksessa, ja ikkunoiden takana on parkkipaikka, joten kaikkia ikkunoita ei voinut pitää auki. Se tuuletin helpottaisi edes vähän... Helteisellä säällä en haluaisi majoittua. Kylpyhuoneen kaadoissa toivomisen varaa, lyhyen suihkun seurauksena koko lattia aivan märkä, eikä vessaan ollut laittaa mattoa tai esim. toista pyyhettä suojaksi. Aspa toimi pääasiassa tekoälyavusteisesti, ja ihmisen yhteydenottoa sai odotella. Onneksi ei ollut isompia ongelmia.

Amazing location, cute little place with everything you needed and very supportive and helpful staff who also responded quickly. Easy check in process too.

The apartment is located in the city center, very convenient, perfect for one person, maybe even for two. It had everything you needed and was clean

The room is stuffy and the shower drain seemed clogged because the water drained slowly and the bathroom floor became wet while showering. Also, the freezer could use defrosting, as there was a lot of ice buildup and very little space left inside.

Easy to self check in, great location.

One more pillow or bigger pillow would be better.

- The apartment is REALLY small, so if you are gonna stay one night is fine but if it’s gonna be more night I would recommend staying in another place - There was mold in the bathroom,from April 2025 saying the same and the host replying that they would look into it, but the mold is still there - There is no separation between the WC and the shower, so everytime you shower the whole floor gets wet - There was only one pot for cooking, and the appliance they give you to clean de dishes doesn’t really clean anything, so make sure everything is clean before using it - Linens in general looked really old, cheap and used. They only give you one small shower towel (I stayed four nights) and one TINY hand towel. I believe they have the money to invest in a few new decent towels - The apartment is located in the first floor, so your views are to a car. - You can’t even open the window fully because of the curtain rack - The pillows are really old and really uncomfortable, and so is the mattress - There are opaque curtains, but there is one small window in the kitchen part that doesn’t, so if you go in the time of year that it’s daylight almost the full day, make sure light doesnt bother you or that you bring a sleeping mask - Overall, I think you can find something way better for a little bit more money

The property is very clean. You have all you need except for toilet tissue, and it is very near the tram and bus stop. There are also a lot of shops around. Very accessible.

There was no toilet tissue but maybe they just forget to put one.

The location is fantastic, bus, tram, metro - everything is just there. Very well connected to the whole city. Most of the touristic spots are within walking distance. Lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The place was nice and clean, I liked the small kitchen with all the amenities. Neighbourhood is calm and peaceful. I reached there at late night and the check-in was smooth.

No complaints, everything was perfect!

Asunto hyvällä paikkaa. Kaupungin melu ei kuulu asuntoon.

Rappukäytävän äänet kuuluu todella hyvin asuntoon. Tyynyjä olisi saanut olla enemmän.

Sijainti erinomainen, lähellä suurta kauppakeskusta ja julkisen liikenteen palveluja, helppo löytää ja selkeat ohjeet avaimille ja koodeille. Sijainti pohjakerroksessa lähellä ulko-ovea, helppo tuoda matkatavarat. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen ympäristö. Funktionaalinen, hyvä vastike rahalle.

Keskuslämmitys oli hyvin alhaisella tasolla eikä sitä voinut säätää eli oli aika kylmä huone.

Location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy walk to the city centre. The shower is great too, and given it was -20 when I was there, I was grateful for the heating and heated floors in the bathroom.

It was great. My only qualms are very small. Some bowls for breakfast and a sponge for washing up would be useful.

Compact room, full studio apartment facilities

No easy way to contact hotel authorities after work hours, could have been an issue if there was an irgent situation, luckily I didn’t have to deal anything like this. Check in not possible after 10 PM, its an issue im case there are flight delays. I barely made it in time. There was no cleaning service throughout the stay.

Ένα πολύ μικρό διαμέρισμα, σαν καμπίνα πλοίου, σχεδόν δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης και κοντά σε πολλά αξιοθέατα.

Τα ξημερώματα ένιωθα να κρυώνω. Δεν γνωρίζω, εάν υπήρχε κεντρική θέρμανση, η οποία λειτουργεί σε συγκεκριμένες ώρες.

Posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione, non abbiamo mai preso i mezzi pubblici per visitare. Staff molto disponibile e procedura di check-in semplice. Stanza piccola ma aveva tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno.

Cuscini scomodi e pochi asciugamani. Tv in una posizione scomoda rispetto al letto, però non è una cosa essenziale.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum und es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht. Eine kleine und gemütliche Unterkunft.

Die Handtücher haben schon bei meiner Ankunft ein wenig gestunken. Nach dem waschen wurden sie vermutlich nicht gut getrocknet. Kann passieren.

Sänkynä oli epämukava vuodesohva. Tv oli sijoitettu niin, ettei sitä voinut katsoa sängystä. Ei tarpeeksi astioita, jotta pikku yksiössä olisi voinut ruokailla. Koska ensimmäinen kerros ja ikkuna parkkipaikalle oli verhot pidettävä kokoajan kiinni. Kulunut ja vähän epäsiisti. Pyyhkeet ja lakanat voisivat olla uudemmat ja freesimmät. Jos tosiaan syö ulkona eikä vietä aikaa yksiössä on sen hintalaatusuhde hyvä sijaintiin nähden.

- lots of noise as the flat doesn't have double doors and it is on the ground floor right next to the entrance to the building - mould in the bathroom on the floor/tiles, I raised it with Booking.com, however the property is not responding to the complaint - the photos are not accurate

This one-bedroom apartment is a great mix of being close to the city center and a peaceful spot. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to downtown, super clean, in great shape, and has a fully functional kitchen and bathroom — perfect for solo travelers. Plus, everything you need is just around the corner.

Despite the functionality of the kitchen, it lacks some basic utensils and everyday essentials like salt or oil. Adding a dish rack for drying used dishes would also be helpful. The bed is placed right in front of the bathroom, which causes the door to hit the bed corner and prevents it from opening fully — a bit inconvenient. Ventilation is also an issue: the only window is partially blocked, making it hard to cool down the room. Surprisingly, it gets quite warm even though the unit is on the ground floor. Lastly, a small cabinet or nightstand would be appreciated to help organize luggage and personal items more effectively.

Great location in the city center. Information about the check in was shared in advance and was very clear. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable and big. There is everything you need for a short stay.

Could be a little bit noisy because of the neighbours.

Very good for the price, awesome location and has everything you need- microwave, kettle, stovetop, fridge etc. Shower was straight-forward to understand :D all-around for two people it was very good!

Not that suitable if you're sensitive to noise- it's a 1st story apartment and you can hear when people open doors or walk by in the hallway, also possibly some noises outside the window. Also the apartment can get a little bit chilly at times.

The front gate code was given wrong . It took me a while to figure that out. I had to go to the bar guy next door to help me out.

No air conditioning, very hard to find the key

Everything that could be in a hotel room was there, nothing was missing. Location is the best possible in Helsinki. Visiting sites are within walking distance. Entry to the room was easy, and the directions were clear.

Being on the ground floor and right next to the external door may deter those sensitive to noise. The temperature was good since I went in the summer. As a suggestion, using white sheets and white cups can make it feel cleaner. I struggled a bit at first with opening and closing the door lock system, as it was the first time I had seen one. Advice can be given to future guests regarding the use of the windows and door.

I would add a pot and a couple of bigger cups to the kitchen It is on the ground floor, next to the building entrance, so you hear the main door open and shut loudly whenever somebody comes in. It is not too warm in the winter (I stayed in January), but extra blankets are provided There is no wardrobe, not a problem for me

The property has a single radiator to heat, but it's not enough; therefore, it was a bit cold. And it says there is a hairdryer, but I couldn't see one.
