Only 1 key card was provided. Should have 2 instead because this is a 2 bedroom apartment which fits 4-5pax. When 1-2 leave using the keycard, the others would be very difficult to go anywhere as each time U enter the lift, U need to tap the keycard to enter the floor.

1. Very difficult to contact the host. 2. To get the key, you have to use elevator to 32nd floor. And you need to bring all you luggage with you just to get the key. If you bring your kids just imagine how you have to handle with all the luggage 3. You need to check out at 11 am.While the check in time is at 3pm 4. You have to throw the rubbish, which I do not mind to do it. But no extra trash bag provided

Reviewed May 8, 2025The location was great. Right next to the Jetty and the mall. Only problem was the noise from the nearby busy road, but it was okay as long as there weren’t sirens from emergency services at night.
The mattress was soiled with either urine or faces and the management said they would give us a partial refund for the inconvenience. They then failed to give us a refund and said we could only have one if we give them a 5 star review and do not leave a comment. Escalated with booking.com. Had other issues such as the TV not working (which they did fix) and no working bulbs in the bedside lamps (which they did not fix)

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025Good location with a few steps to Jesselton port which we take boat to the islands. The room equipped with everything we need and it is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The host gives responses quickly for any questions and provides crystal clear check in instructions. No problem to do the check in or out self. Recommend to everyone to stay here.

It's at the right end of the city centre. The room.we stayed in although on the 18th floor, the vehicle noise from the main road and t-junction can be quite loud if you are a light sleeper.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2024Towels provided. Location was great. Lots of eateries downstairs. Having 2 bathrooms was really convenient. Water filter in the kitchen was very handy. Aircond really helped cool down the apartment during the heatwave
Really needs plug points beside every bed to charge the phones overnight. Hand soap in the bathroom sink would be good. Separately: do note that parking charges were per hour even overnight (RM 2 per entry, RM 1 per hour). All in all, would definitely recommend the apartment.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2024Great location, nice view, spacious clean apartment within walking distance to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, Suria shopping centre and other local attractions. Grab rides are easily available to take you anywhere within the city. Host provided precise details for location and check-in. Everything went smoothly. Host was also very responsive and friendly to resolve minor issues after check-in. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu.
Overall everything's good. Suggest to have a stand fan in the living/dining area to provide better air circulation. The back rest for the blue chairs in the living room were a bit loose and need to be tighten up.
