High-end 2BR Condo Boracay Tower - Azure Residences near Manila Airport

I like how Sir Joel was very kind and accommodating to is throughout the stay. I also felt safer with the passcode handle.

Although I admit that I have sent the IDs at the day of the booking day which I did not receive any notifications on my part and I take fault on it for not checking, I was able to send at an earlier time in the morning but upon entering the lobby, there was a problem between the lobby and the owner where my sister was not included and it took a while for us to check in since Sir Joel also came in later even after telling our estimated time of arrival. I hope we were accommodated early so we were able to use the pool and rest earlier.

We had a great stay in this apartment for two nights in Manila. The residence is very nice, the area is pleasant, and it is conveniently located close to a shopping mall, all essential amenities, and the airport. It’s a perfect place whether you are arriving in Manila or catching a flight from the airport. A special thank you to Joel, the caretaker, who took excellent care of us during our stay. He was always available to help, very kind, and truly welcoming. His support made our experience even better. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The highway a bit noisy next the residence

We could of used some hand towels for the bathroom and drying towels for the kitchen

Our guests said they are comfortable and was able to sleep well the first night they arrived at the unit. We are trying to book again for today until Friday (March 24-26) for the same guests but sadly the unit is already booked. Our guest will be visiting Manila at least every month on official business trip. Hosts are accommodating and followed-up with me on the IDs of our guests which I already sent but on the wrong email.

I can't anything say coz I was not able to check on the unit.

Bra läge nära flygplatsen. God mat i bottenplan. Vågpoolen var häftig för barnen. Joel var väldigt tillmötesgående.

Det var märkligt med den rigorösa säkerheten runt poolen. Jag kunde inte ens gå in och leta efter min familj utan att en vakt skulle eskortera mig.

Lejligheden var meget lille til 5 personer. Sofaen der skulle bruges til opredning var uegnet til at sove på, da den var alt for lille. Der var pletter på sofaen og rengøringen var mangelfuld. Køkkenet var dårligt udstyret (fx intet bestik). Vores toilet stoppede og det var besværligt at få hjælp til at få det lavet. Pools kunne kun benyttes mod betaling og kun kontant. Vi måtte opgive fordi ATM maskinen ikke virkede. Check in var stressfyldt og usmidig. Kommunikationen med udlejer var vanskelig. Alt i alt en meget ringe oplevelse

I absolutely love this condo! It is impressively modern, and it’s clear the owner invested a lot of thought and resources into the design. Everything is both stylish and highly functional, making the space incredibly comfortable to live in. The nearby SM Bicutan Mall is very convenient, with all kinds of shopping, food, and entertainment options within reach. The wave pool is great, providing an ocean wave experience in the heart of the city that the whole family enjoyed. Very close to the airport.

There were no negative aspects; everything was above my expectations. Whatever they would improve down the road is a plus.

Our new favorite place in Manila! 🌆✨ This stay was extremely comfortable, cozy, and impeccably clean. The sunset views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—we found ourselves wishing we could have stayed much longer. The grounds are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with so many activities and multiple pools, including a large wave pool that was such a fun bonus. It truly feels like a resort tucked into the city. Our host, Joel, was outstanding—extremely accommodating, kind, and always easy to reach. He answered all of our questions both before and during our stay, which made everything seamless and stress-free. There are multiple cafes on site, convenient laundry services, and even spa services you can order directly to your room. Every detail was thought of. The only negative? We didn’t know about this place sooner. It truly feels like a best-kept secret in Manila. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! 🌴💛

It was secure. It had a balcony and 2 bedrooms - food availability is downstairs in shops - over all ok

It needed a deep clean and the mirrors made it look way bigger in the advertising than it was. There was no coffee machine as advertised and no top sheet on bed - we had to sleep with just a bed sheet - couldn’t bring ourselves to pull duvet up as was not sure of cleanliness.

The room was very clean and modern,one of the best I use lately.

The place was nice and clean. The owner and care taker are kind and easy to deal with. Warm accomodation and the place is divine.

The reception was a bit tricky and complicated. The parking was a bit pricey too. .

The place itself. It has all I ever wanted. Food, water, pool and shopping malls. Easy communication with the host.

Super clean and cozy, great views from the balcony. Location is close and convenient to shopping center and grocery stores. Wave pool is also really nice.

Charged an additional fee to use the wave pool, everything else was fantastic

Ruimte zag er hetzelfde uit als op het plaatje. Zwembad met golven en strand is erg leuk voor het gezin.

The location was perfect, close to everything, walking distance to pharmacy, restaurants and SM mall. Owner of the property was really nice, very accommodating, he responds to all questions we had right away and even allowed us to check out later than the regular check out time. The room was perfect for our family group of 6, clean and modern room. Our family enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place to friends and family.

Location is just about 15 to 20 minutes from the airport. Very convenient with some shops including laundry shops in the ground floor. The unit itself is clean, well maintained and has smartlock door which I like and more secured. Sir Erwin is very accommodating as well. Wave pool is great too. You just have to pay for the entrance though. It is until 7pm and you have to pay for entrance.

I love everything in the unit. Every corner is functional and very clean; the beds are comfortable, and the kids really love it.  We also like the balcony view; it's very relaxing. The wifi is fast, very helpful for working online 🙂 My mom loves the kitchen as well, lol. My family enjoyed the amenities and shops. Special thanks to the owners, Sir Erwin and Sir Joel, who guided us from check-in to check-out; very accommodating.  Appreciated 👏! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Overall, this unit is a 10/10. The location is great, located in the Azzure buildings. The place has enough space for a group of 5 and the tv has Netflix.

We had some issues with parking, going down and up the parking garage to talk to the guards. This was eventually solved by the host, but stained the experience already. There were also a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom.

Staff: We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more special. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely perfect. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Location: The location was ideal — conveniently close to everything we wanted to visit, yet peaceful enough for us to truly relax and unwind. Facilities: The facilities were excellent, offering everything we could have possibly needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided and in perfect working order. Comfort: We felt incredibly comfortable during our stay. The room was cozy, quiet, and provided a truly restful environment for us to recharge. Value for Money: The value for money was unbeatable. We felt we received so much more than we expected, and every peso was well worth it! Wifi: The wifi connection was strong, fast, and consistent — perfect for staying connected during our trip. Bed Rating: The bed was heavenly! It was so comfortable that we enjoyed some of the best nights of sleep we've had in a long time.
