Small room and even smaller bathroom, long line at check in, drinks prices are a bit over the top.

Nice and close to terminal 3. Most staff were fantastic. Staff did set up a mattresses on the floor for my toddler.

Very over priced water. One concierge was so busy playing on his phone instead of serving customers. I wanted a cot and spoke to them months in advance to find that no cot was available it’s a first come first serve deal however we arrived of an international flight and arrived at 9pm, they should be taking this into account.

At first the waffles. I had to personally instruct the waffle maker to customize and create a fruit filled version. He loved my recipe and now I have no complaints. He should be acknowledged for his accomplishments pleasing me on our new recipe. Thank you!

The walkway towards the airport has so no rolling walkway which makes it harder to lift our suitcases up the walkway.

Easy access to terminal 3,just take a turn and the safe covered walk to terminal 3 is next to the hotel. Breakfast had decent options.Staff were lovely and accommodating.Bed and pillows were comfy.The have a massage spa services which was so relaxing.I will come back again.

The location is terrific if travelling through Terminal 3 at NAIA Manila AirPort. Staff were amazing and when we were leaving, one of the staff was kind enough to move our suitcases from the hotel to the crosswalk lifts. WiFi was fast and easy to connect.

The rooms are small, the TV did not work, no matter how hard I tried. The buffet breakfast was below average - especially for the high price paid. Many food items were not replenished, and at one stage ran out of cups for the coffee. ‘Local Tropical Fruits’ consisted of only some orange slices and very unappealing watermelon - hardly ‘local’ tropical fruits! We attended breakfast at 8:00 am and needed to wait around 8 minutes to be seated. Overall the food was very unappealing - and not aligned to the remainder of the hotel.

Det tager kun mellem 5 - 10 minutter at gå til hotellet direkte fra T3 i Manila, lidt besværligt et par steder når man har en klapvogn med men ellers nemt. Og morgenmaden var fantastisk - der var bare alt og det var rigtig godt.

Location.. no need to grab a taxi, very convenient for my senior citizen parents.

The room was locked inside, and we couldn't get in. They have to call a repair man to unlock the door, but took more than half an hour, we stood out of our room for quite long. Until we suggested to just give us another room instead of waiting. My parents are really tired from a long flight, Good thing there are still available rooms. which i think they should have done earlier, transferring us to another room rather than let us stand and wait for that long especially my parents are seniors, there is no chair in the hallway and walking back to the elevator and lobby is quite far for them.

Overpriced for a mediocre hotel. The high price is based on their proximity to the bridge from T3 which is good if you have many heavy bags, but if you travel light then there are other hotels a short walk further that have the same standard of comfort but for 2/3 the price.

One thing I did not like was the drinking water provided in the rooms. The hotel provides reusable glass bottles that appear to be refilled and resealed in-house, rather than commercially sealed bottled water from a recognised manufacturer. Personally, I would have preferred commercially bottled water, as it provides greater reassurance regarding the source, handling and safety of the drinking water. My family and I are not comfortable drinking from the reusable bottles because there was no clear information provided about the source of the water or how the bottles were cleaned, refilled and resealed. Commercially sealed bottled water was available for purchase at the hotel restaurant; however, it cost ₱120 per bottle (small glass bottles) and there did not appear to be other options. There were 4 of us so was quite costly buying the little water bottles.

Dingy bathroom and room. Breakfast buffet was sub par, and the staff was very nonchalant and not accommodating. The front desk attendants made me wait, despite not having customers, so they could chit chat and crack jokes until they deemed it “ready” to service me. I’ll never return to this hotel again and will tell all my colleagues not to, either.

Room is not spacious we had family connecting room but still the space is not that big ,shower room are tiny..staff are friendly and breakfast food are good
