Eigentlich nur die Laage

Alles eigentlich, die Schlafkapsel war zu eng für zwei Personen, es war sehr Stickig in der Nacht. Die Toilette und Waschbecken voller Haare.

Con lo caro que es alojarse en Copenhague la cápsula es una buena opción para los que no nos sentimos cómodos compartiendo habitación con desconocidos ya que permite tener intimidad. Compartir servicios y duchas implica depender un poco del civismo de los otros clientes y encontré algún inodoro en malas condiciones, pero la impresión general es de un mantenimiento bueno y regular. La ubicación es extraordinaria; sales del alojamiento y estás en pleno Nyhavn, corazón turístico de la ciudad. El proceso de check-in un poco laborioso pero eficaz.

Las capsulas dan intimidad, pero no están nada insonorizadas, se filtran todos los ruidos del exterior. No funcionaba la luz de la cápsula; para tener un mínimo de claridad tenía que usar la luz del teléfono o abrir un poco la puerta.

An sich ist das Konzept von Kapseln toll um eine günstige Übernachtung zu ermöglichen. Für das was geboten wurde fand ich den Preis jedoch sehr hoch. Die Kapseln waren sehr heiß und stickig sodass man mit offener Tür schlafen musste. In den Duschen gab es keinen oder nur einen Haken und keine Möglichkeit irgendwas abzustellen was alles sehr umständlich gemacht hat. Es gab kaum Möglichkeiten Dinge zu verstauen, Gepäckaufbewahrung im Erdgeschoss ebenfalls sehr teuer. Die ganze Unterkunft ist nicht zu Ende gedacht, es fehlt an Ausstattung und Optimierung.

Lokalizacja korzystna, łatwo się dostać.

Po wejściu do obiektu trzeba było się samemu zameldować, nie było to trudne ale chwilę nam to zajęło. W kapsułach było bardzo gorąco, wentylacja naprawde słaba. Łazienki dość brudne. Brak miejsca na przechowwanie bagażu, który musieliśmy trzymać w kapsule więc miejsca na sen zostało mało. Nie we wszystkich łazienkach były suszarki do włosów więc trzeba było biegać po piętrach, poza tym 3/4 suszarki które znaleźliśmy nie działału poprawnie, po minucie używania wyłączały się i były połamane. Woda zimna w kranach, toalet na taka ilość ludzi mało.

Great location.

Online check in is a little clumsy but u can check in onsite with help available. The capsule is very warm in the middle of the night even with the fan on. I cracked the door open and then it was fine but not ideal. Only one toilet for 12 capsules.

Very easily findable and great location. The capsule easily fits two people, though there isn't much space left. The main bathroom with toilets is a bit small (especially the toilets themselves), but the shower area is very spacious.

It would've been nice if there was more (free) space to put your bags or clothes, like an inlet in the capsule itself. The wifi completely ceases to work if the capsule door is closed. It can get quite hot rather quickly, so I recommend leaving the door slightly open and also opening the windows in the hallway for fresh air. I would've also enjoyed more shelving space within the showers to place clothes or shampoo.

Kapsuła bez wentylacji i bez światła brak kontaktu z obsługą obiektu podjąłem 2razy próbę kontaktu żeby zmienili mi kapsułę na sprawną nikt nie wyraził takiej chęci na 9 żarówek świeciła jedna ale była tak słaba że wystarczyło podłączyć do ładowania telefon i już nie świeciła wentylator nie wiał co spowodowało że musiałem zrezygnować z intymności i spać przy otwartych drzwiach do kapsuły

La situation géographique était vraiment super bien. C'etait prêt de tout, accessible. J'ai beaucoup appréciée.

Il n'y avait aucune prise électrique sauf celle dans notre capsule. Il faisait très chaud dans la capsule lorsqu'on fermait la fenêtre donc nous avons dû dormir la capsule ouverte.

Hver pod var veldig dårlig lydisolert- hver minste lyd hørtes gjennom veggene og jeg våknet en gang i timen av andre gjester kom (bråkende) inn i salen. Jeg har bodd på kapselhotel før, men aldri opplevd å være så «nærme» de andre - det var flortynt.

Very clean! It was me and my mom’s first time in a capsule; this is definitely our standard for a hostel.

A localização é excelente, o prédio é bonito por fora e a limpeza dos banheiros e das roupas de cama estava boa.

Infelizmente, a qualidade do meu sono foi muito prejudicada devido à acústica do local. Como o quarto fica de frente para a entrada principal, que possui piso de pedras irregulares, o som de malas rolando durante a noite é constante. Somado a isso, as portas do prédio e dos quartos são muito pesadas e não têm amortecedores. É comum que batam com força, inclusive de madrugada, impossibilitando uma noite de sono contínua. Em relação ao conforto, o quarto individual é extremamente apertado, não havendo espaço no chão sequer para abrir uma mala de bordo. Por fim, sobre a limpeza: encontrei embalagens de comida debaixo da cama, o que evidencia uma higienização muito superficial na troca de hóspedes.

It met all expectations for a one-night stay in transit. Very well located for some scenic strolls, and close to the train station. Alin's friendly assistance is worth mentioning separately. He made sure we felt welcome, gave us very clear introduction of the facilities, and shared his great tips for the city. Thanks Alin!

The ventilation in the capsule can be disturbing for sensitive sleepers — it feels stuffy at times, but I guess that's inevitable.

Great location, very clean

Pods are not soundproof, depending on who’s staying in hostel at the time you might have different experience.

Jeg har været her en del gange før. Også før, da det var med sovesale. "Dåserne" har en liiiige præcis tilpas størrelse, og det er virkelig skønt man kan låse sine ting inde. Det nye baderum er super skønt, og virker helt luksuriøst. Beliggenheden har sikkert jeg, og alle andre, rost til skyerne mange gange. Bygningerne super smukke.

Personalet. Hvad sker der for jeres personale? Jeg kan aldrig rigtig finde ud af hvornår der er åbent eller lukket i baren. Eller hvem der arbejder der. For ofte står der flere og sludrer, uden at registrere man står og venter. Prøver man at gøre opmærksom på sig selv, er det som om de ikke helt ved hvem der skal gøre hvad, og kundeservicesmil bliver der sparet på. Vi ville hente vores sidste ting i dåsen kl 10.55 (én taske). Koden var slettet, og da vi gik ned for at få hjælp, var den 11.02. Vi fik strengt og hovent at vide, at man altså skulle være ude inden kl 11. Tak dame - hvis ikke I nulstillede koderne før, så man ikke kan komme ind, så havde vi også været det. Med træk på skuldrene og det hvide ud af øjnene, slæbte en medarbejder (som hverken talte dansk eller engelsk) sig afsted. Andre gange er der overhovedet ingen medarbejdere. Udvalget i receptionen, for vi kan vel godt blive enige om ikke at kalde det en bar, er stærkt begrænset. Hvordan kan det være? Svaret med at der ikke blev solgt nok da I solgte morgenmad, kager osv. At det ikke kunne betale sig, holder ikke synes jeg. For jo mindre man har at tilbyde, til en dyr pris, jo mindre sælger man. Særlig hvis du står og tripper i en tom reception, uden betjening, uden hyggemusik, og lys i det mindste. Bordene er tomme, så ingen stemning. Hvorfor er Café miljøet helt skåret væk? Er det ikke i overkanten at kalde sig et hotel, når der end ikke er en automat i det mindste, hvor man kan købe drikkevarer? Chokolade? Når man ofte ikke mødes af serviceminded personale - uanset om de er backpackere fra Peru, eller fra Humlum? Hvordan bliver de oplært? Jeg synes bare det er ærgerligt, for jeg er virkelig glad for stedet. Nok også derfor jeg bliver trist ved at tænke på, at da jeg var her de første gange, da købte jeg morgenmad med pandekager. Der var hjemmebag. Der sad folk og spillede ved bordene. Musik. Snak. Hygge. Der er blevet lidt trist ikke?

Świetna lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko i wygodnie. Czysto. Woda z kranu nadająca się do picia (opinia brzydliwej osoby, która zazwyczaj korzysta z butelek filtrujących i napełnia je TYLKO w kuchni). Na jedną noc do polecenia, na więcej - niekoniecznie.

Brak miejsca na ubrania pod prysznicem - nie było gdzie ich położyć, kończyły mokre nieważne jak bardzo się starałeś ułożyć jak najdalej. Na korytarzu mocno czuć było jaśminem/magnolią - początkowo przyjemny zapach, potem zaczął powodować mdłości przez intensywność. W środku kapsuły brak miejsca żeby odłożyć swoje rzeczy i nocą bardzo duszno.

Great location! We had a private room with nice balcony for ventilation as the room did get quite warm. Slept well, showers had good power and were hot, plenty of plugs and coded entry to the room so we didn’t have to worry about carrying a key!

Check in process was a bit of a faff, make sure you have internet to self check in online, then again on an app, then again on the self service machine in the accommodation. The process was over complicated but this was only a small downside.

For the price the place is in a great location, staff are friendlyish and the communal areas are kept relatively clean

Air conditioning is advertised for the property but it is only available in communal areas, and not inside the capsules themselves. We had to sleep with the door ajar to cool down, which made us slightly uneasy We received ONE pillow for a DOUBLE bed and when we asked for an extra we were told they would bring us one and they never did. If we pay for 2 people we expect 2 pillows minimum

Kapsul aydınlatma, havalandırması ve ses engelleme çok iyiydi. Konforlu bir yataktı. 2 kişi rahat sığdık. İçinde askı olması ve cam önündeki çıkıntı bize depolama alanı sağladı. Her an ücretsiz su çok mutlu etti. Sabahları ücretsiz kahve güne iyi başlamak için mükemmel.

Havlu ve bagaj bölümleri ücretsiz olabilirdi.

Ein viel zu heißer Raum voller Schlafkapseln unterm Dach. Mussten mit offener Tür schlafen, da es in den Kapseln viel zu stickig war. Nur 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen ohne Ablage für ca. 40 Personen. Dafür waren 80€ definitiv zu teuer!

Месторасположение приятное и тихое в уютном дворике, где можно отдохнуть и и спланировать свой маршрут за чашкой вкусного кофе. На стойке регистрации встречает очень позитивный и добрый персонал, который готов помочь. Капсула достаточно просторная с хорошим постельным бельём в чистой комнате. Наличие камеры хранения даёт возможность спокойно погулять после выселения.

Небошое неудобство доставляет отсутствие крючков и полочек в душе и возле раковины. Во время нашего пребывания девушка сообщила что они знают об этом и планируют исправить.

The room and the bathroom were generally clean but the beds were very smelly. No ventilation in the capsule bed. The room was pleasantly cold but the capsule was too hot. One toilet didn't work and only one working was definitely not enough for so many people. The door to the bathroom didn't close so the smells from the toilet immediately were in the room.

Nobody replied in the evening when there was power cut

The fact that the capsules could be opened by a phone which is convinient. The comfortable bed inside and the shower area which was spacious and clean. I went there twice and would come back there again if I ever come back to Copenhagen. The place is also very CHEAP and the location is amazing.

Staff seemed friendly and it was a great location.

One of worst places I’ve stayed at. The capsules are unbearably hot and stuffy, meaning it was really difficult to sleep and genuinely felt quite unsafe. The power was frequently cutting out, meaning that in our capsule we had no light, no fan and our door wouldn’t lock - anyone could have come in which made me feel uncomfortable. Couldn’t charge our devices which was inconvenient especially as we had to catch a flight and needed our phones. Dirty conditions with yellow bed covers and pillows and hairs everywhere.

Kapselen var veldig varm, og det var lytt mellom veggene.

Très bon emplacement pour cet hébergement, en plein cœur du quartier très prisé de Copenhague, à proximité des sites à visiter. Le concept de capsule est original et permet un prix abordable pour la capitale. Cependant claustrophobe s’abstenir!!! Une mention spéciale pour les deux réceptionnistes très réactifs et à l’écoute.

Las almohadas son sorprendentemente cómodas. La ubicación es lo que salva a este lugar. No hay tanto problema con las duchas/los baños como leí en los comentarios, es verdad que si hay muchas chicas es difícil prepararse porque solo hay 2 espejos y un enchufe en el baño.. Pero el problema del baño no es la disponibilidad (es la limpieza…)

La limpieza es inexistente. El problema no son ni los horarios ni la frecuencia, el problema es que le ponen muy pocas ganas a la limpieza. Un niño de 12 años lo hace mejor. Las cápsulas ni las limpian, tardan 2 minutos en cambiar las sábanas y las entregan al siguiente huésped. Ni las ventilan aunque apesten. Los huecos de ventilación de las cápsulas tienen una mezcla de polvo y moho que lleva ahí desde el comienzo del hotel.
