5 Frogs Hotel Bucerias

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and loved all of the staff for their hospitality and their friendship. We will stay there again.

This is a lovely place to stay. The staff are great, Osca made good margaritas at the fun bar. We will be back!

Oscar is amazing and makes this place one you feel welcomed and you want to come back. The rooms are charming and clean. Loved the experience and highly recommend. The margaritas are fantastic.

5 Frogs Bucerias is an amazing place to stay in Bucerias. The beach is a very short walk away, the hotel is extremely clean & safe, all rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a self serve vacation. The amenities are as described and the staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome and are happy! The food and drinks served in the Tapas lounge are delicious and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a fun place to hang out and meet new people! I wouldn’t hesitate to book another vacation at 5 Frogs Bucerias! Many thanks to Melissa, David & Oscar for being so incredible!

Came during the slower summer months. Vibe was relaxed and accommodating. David and Oscar were both quick and efficient hosts. We very much enjoyed our time in Bucerias.

All aroimd great place

Melissa and Oscar did a great job in making us feel welcome!! This place has it all, walk to the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store around the corner. I did not want to leave this place.

Nice boutique hotel, half a block from the beach. The rooms are like condos, with living room, bedroom, bath, kitchen, and dining. The kitchen has everything you need except the food. They clean and bring fresh towels every 2 to 3 days, which seems to be standard in the area. The manager is great and does everything in his power to make your stay a good one. The bartender is funny & lively. The pools are clean and refreshing. Cons - the A/C struggled to keep the room cool, even with all of the shades drawn, and the bed is VERY firm.

Guests appreciate the fast and reliable WiFi, making it convenient for both relaxation and work. The location is fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping—allowing easy access to everything Bucerias has to offer. A standout aspect of the hotel is its friendly and attentive staff, especially Oscar who manages the on-site bar, enhancing the guest experience with great drinks and hospitality. The owners and team provide welcoming service, including complimentary welcome drinks and happy hour with appetizers, creating a warm and authentic stay. Rates are reasonable given the quality and amenities provided, making 5 Frogs an excellent choice for visitors looking for comfort, charm, and convenience in Bucerias.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at 5 Frogs Hotel in Bucerías and everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was huge, clean, and had more amenities than we could use! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, and the beach is very close by. My teenagers were also very happy :) We had delicious tapas from the restaurant downstairs.

100% recomendable

Great property and great staff. We had everything we needed.

Very cute and clean hotel and super friendly staff. Find Oscar and he will take care of you. Great guy.

The 5 Frogs is a wonderful little hotel and was recently renovated with tastefully decorated rooms. The staff are very attentive and were open and helpful to all of our questions. They all went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Looking forward to returning some day!!

Clean room and excellent service !!!!

Friendly! Great AC!

Everything was wonderful! Staff, hotel, comfortable, clean, unique, fun!

Property is centrally located for dining, beach access, shopping, dining, etc. Newly opened, everything worked, staff are super helpful, like being in an art gallery/museum.

Excelente lugar buena ubicación

Great place to stay loved the full kitchen and bbq staff are excellent

The hotel has a lot of Mexican charm. Every room has a different theme. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchens are fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need for any length of stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.

There was a golf cart to take you around area.. Staff amazing. We’ll be back

Friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations.

great staff and rooms

Large rooms with fully stocked kitchen. Loved all the decorative touches throughout the property. Friendly staff. Especially David at the front desk and Oscar at the bar. Would definitely return!

5 FROGS is without a doubt, the nicest place that I have ever had the privilege of staying at in all of Mexico. It's manager, Melissa bent over backwards In attempt to meet my needs and to answer my questions She is, extremely friendly, always has a smile on het face and always has an answer to any questions I had. The bartender was also consistently in a good mood and always happy to provide assistance. He has such a great attitude and extremely funny - Such a great sense of humor. The property itself consists of a number of condos. The entire condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. They have two pools which were a perfect comfortable temperature. The lobby area basically consists of a little bar/restaurant. They have a tapas style menu and every single item on that menu is mouth wateringly delicious and so affordable. The units are also very affordable! A 2 or 3 minute walk to a delightful coffee and pastry shop. The location is a 4 minute walk to the beach, shops and markets.

Very unique and interesting property. New owners so some developing to do. Staff focuses on drawing others and don’t prioritize existing clients as much as I’d have liked. Very clean and quite nice rooms. A bit busy. Had a fundraiser event in the lobby which is great but displaced us as paying clients.

5 Frogs Hotel is an excellent choice

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The full kitchen made it perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay, and having two pools was a fantastic bonus. The location couldn’t have been better—just half a block from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff went above and beyond, offering top-notch service and thoughtful touches like a complimentary drink at both check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this gem—can’t wait to come back!

Very well done renovation. Really enjoyed our visit. I can only compliment the owner and staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property and rooms were excellent.

We had a terrific stay at 5 Frogs. The whole team that work there really made the stay. The happy hour with appetizers was such a nice experience and the rooms very comfortable. Beds amazing and rooms with kitchenette's fully stocked. Shop around the corner to pick up food and refreshments. Felt right at home.

This newly renovated (but kept the mexican charm) is amazing. We will not stay anywhere else in Bucerias. Tapas bar delicious and friendly staff, the apartments are absolutely beautiful, with each having its own theme, stocked with new appliances, and character, clean, 2 pools and the most lovely experience for our firat time in Bucerias. We enjoyed every moment.

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and the beach. Helpful staff. Well equipped kitchen. A very positive experience. Would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful small boutique hotel, good location for restaurants, shopping and one block from the beach in Bucerias!

Charming and perfectly situated. Felt safe and comfortable - the room has everything we needed and we were right at the beach, has our own bar with tapas menu, lovely pools for when we had enough of the lovely beaches. In short it felt like a home and we’d definitely return!

Beautiful place in the best central location, with access to the beach and all restaurants. The vibrant colours and the art objects add to the uniqueness of this place. The two pools are sparkling clean. The staff is ready to help with anything you ask for. The owners are the most pleasant people and we would come back to this place for a longer stay.

5 frog was close to everything, quiet even for being in the center of it all. A wonderful place to stay!

David, Melissa and the staff were great, everything in the room had been redone and all kitchen appliances and cooking wares were new. The whole place was exceptionally clean and the rest of the guests were very friendly. Great location for beach access and lots of good restaurants close by. Planning on going back

Beautiful newly renovated suites with fully stocked kitchen and semi private lounging area with bbq. Loved the pools and on site bar. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was helpful and responsive. Location was perfect. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

This is the best place, everything is so nice and pretty. It has two swimming pools and the staff is very friendly. The beach is like 200m walk and there are lots of restaurants around

Beautiful property close to everything, The rooms were clean and the pool was exquisite.

The property has new owner, new name and is having an overhaul. I am only the third guest. They are still working on ten units. There are two small pools and the property has lots of interesting statues, murals in cantera stone. I rented unit 2 on the second floor with a shared balcony complete with barbecue grill, table and chairs with umbrella overlooking the pools on one side and the street on the other side. Half a block from the beach. Interior of the suite is like a one bedroom apartment. Granite countertops, new appliances, everything you need to prepare a meal is provided. I don't think I would have made it without the split unit air conditioner. So much more than I expected.
