Le côté traditionnel des maisons tunisiennes. La proximité du lieu est un point positif et la gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel est remarquable. On avait droit à des brioches bien chaudes chaque matin au petit déjeuner. Je recommande l’établissement !

Les ruelles de la Madina sont compliquées avec les valises et souvent inaccessibles en voiture jusqu’au pied de la maison. Cela n’a rien à voir avec l’établissement lui meme mais plutôt avec les ruelles de la Madina.

Struttura accogliente, con frigo e aria condizionata. I proprietari sono delle bellissime persone. Durante la crisi idrica sono stati così gentili da procurarci sempre dell’acqua, senza volere soldi in cambio. Ci hanno portato il cous cous con carne e verdure la prima sera, insieme a un piatto di anguria. Veramente molto gentili e amabili.

Il water si trovava nella doccia, cosa a cui non siamo abituati. Avremmo preferito trovarlo fuori, ma non è così rilevante.

Stanza pulitissima e dotata di tutto (frigorifero, aria condizionata, macchina per il caffè, phon, prodotti per il bagno). Un patio piacevole nel quale riposarsi all'ombra di limoni, aranci e mandarini. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. Consigliatissimo!

Mi sono trovato davvero bene. La struttura è pulita e accogliente, lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, nel cuore della Medina, perfetta per muoversi a piedi. Consigliatissimo

Struttura tipica, proprio come volevamo.piccolo chiostro molto suggestivo. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha portato dell’anguria per merenda. Consigliato per chi vuole provare una esperienza tra le vere e tradizionali abitudini della cultura tunisina.

Lokalizacja w medynie bardzo blisko targu. Piękne wnętrza i patio. Bardzo pomocny i taktowny gospodarz. Przyjechał po nas na lotnisko w nocy, bezpłatnie zrobił nam pranie, przygotował poczęstunek i pozwolił nam przechować walizki przez kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu. Wyjątkowy człowiek!

Struttura in posizione ottima, dentro la medina e a due passi dall' inizio del suq. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo melone e cocomero tagliati e freschi ( buonissimi). Maher è una persona squisita. Sempre sorridente e di poche parole ma ti fa sentire a casa anche solo nei gesti (l'ultima sera ci ha bussato alle 23 con un piatto di frutta fresca in mano) e ogni mattina usciva a comprarci brioche calde e caffè. Sua moglie mi ha prestato anche il velo per entrare alla Moschea dell' Ulivo. Ottimo esempio di accoglienza, consigliatissimo!

Les hôtes ont été aux petits soins : brioches le matin, navette aéroport, coups de fil à passer en arabe... Ce fut parfait ! Encore un grand merci.

A a nice old Tunisian home with clean basic rooms, comfortable beds and a beautiful courtyard. It was fun staying in the Medina with lots of activity. The owner was very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend him for his airport pickup options. He’s a good driver, punctual and charges a fair price.

We weren't there very long but the flexiblity of the host (we were very, very late and had to leave very early due to circumstances beyond our control) and the kindness shown to us was amazing. I was really impressed. The place was clean with a lovely courtyard and a well equipped kitchen. The host was kind enough to take us to the airport for our early flight, despite our very late arrival.

La casa è una tipica casa tunisina il nostro padrone di casa è veramente gentilissimo una persona molto a modo gentile e tranquilla e anche la moglie è molto simpatica. Ha accolto qualunque richiesta è stato disponibile nell'indicarci ristorante molto buono e luoghi da visitare. Le camere sono su un cortile interno molto gradevole con una amaca e dei limoni qualche tavolo e delle sedie per poter bere un tè in tranquillità . La casa si trova all'interno della Medina. La collocazione è comodissima si può raggiungere tutto il centro a piedi. Noi avevamo la camera con due letti singoli era pulita e accogliente e i letti molto comodi Al nostro arrivo c'erano dei biscottini acqua e frutta C'è un frigorifero la macchinetta del caffè prese del telefono vicino ai letti e luce sul comodino per poter leggere la notte.su richiesta si può avere una modesta colazione con cappuccino , delle belle brioche buonissime e delle arance.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di negativo potrei dire che è un po' scomodo avere il water all'interno del box doccia nonostante sia molto ampio una volta fatta la doccia andare in bagno viene scomodo perché è tutto bagnato. Ma non è una cosa così grave

Excellent accueil par les propriétaires, qui parlent très bien français. La maison est propre, dans un cadre typique de la médina. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées (frigo, bouilloire, café). Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit à cette adresse mais je la recommande sans problème..

La ubicación, está en la Médina, el alojamiento está bien cuidado y limpio. Sobre todo el Dueño fue muy acogedor, y te ayuda en todo momento. El Primer día llegamos un poco tarde y nos compartió algo de comer, la habitación com wifi, limpio y nos dejaron fruta y café, azúcar y había una pequeña nevera. Lo recomiendo

可愛、美麗又溫馨的老房子，乾淨整潔，有小廚房，位於舊城區內，逛街很方便，老闆人很好，在我們抵達之前便已開了暖氣，讓我們一進屋子就很暖和，而且招待我們非常好吃的小點心和橘子。

房間只有屏風隔間，會互相干擾。madina天黑後一片漆黑，商店都關門了，外出較危險，吃晚餐不方便。

L’emplacement était parfait, en plein cœur de la médina! Rien a dire sur la chambre, petit plus pour la Clim ! Maher et sa femme ont fait preuve d’une gentillesse hors du commun! Maher nous a même emmené à notre hôtel à Hammammet et est venu nous chercher également à Hammammet à la fin de notre séjour pour qu’on puisse prendre notre vol retour à Tunis! Si vous hésitez, n’hésitez plus, foncez, on a passé un super séjour chez eux !!

We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home from the very beginning. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, a kind and helpful couple who were always available for anything we needed. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. A truly authentic and pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality and a cozy atmosphere in the heart of Tunis! The even offered us a delicious homemade couscous dinner.

A truly stunning apartment in the Medina. There was a wonderful outdoor area for us to relax in and to escape the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The hosts were an amazing genuine couple, very friendly and helpful. They brought us fresh fruits every evening, and we received a delicious welcome drink (citronnade). There was also cold water waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. There was a fully equipped kitchen for us to use as we pleased. The host also cooked us a very tasty traditional Tunisian meal. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We cannot recommend a stay here enough, should we return to Tunis, we will definitely book here again.

Wonderful and quiet room right in the Medina. Incredibly nice people, they brought snacks and checked several times if everything was alright. Really a great accomodation to explore Tunis!

В день отъезда на завтрак угостил нас свежей выпечкой. Местоположение апартаментов в самой Медине. В шаговой доступности все достопримечательности старого города. Чтобы выспаться место просто идеальное, никокого шума машин. Очень рекомендуем останавливаться у этого замечательного человека.

Hébergement très propre rien à redire mais là où est situé le logement c était la catastrophe il ne faut pas être claustrophobe il n y a aucune vue et le soir le quartier n est pas sur . Par contre je mets un 10/10 au propriétaire des lieux pour sa gentillesse et la propreté du logement.

It was inside the Medina so it was agreat location. It was quiet. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The courtyard was a lovely oasis after a day out visiting the sights of Tunis.

There was nothing i didnt like.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo fantastico alloggio nel cuore della Medina. L’alloggio è bellissimo, decorato con piastrelle e mosaici tradizionali che raccontano la vera essenza tunisina. Un ringraziamento speciale al nostro host, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: ci ha accolti con pazienza e ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. Senza di lui il nostro viaggio non sarebbe stato lo stesso. Consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza a tutti gli italiani che vogliono visitare la Tunisia in modo autentico e sicuro: vi sentirete coccolati e immersi nella cultura locale.

La Medina ha pochi servizi intorno di sera

I proprietari sono persone squisite, piene di attenzioni per gli ospiti. Si vive immersi nel cuore della kasba tunisina e devo dire che mi sono sentito sicuro di attraversarla anche di notte,anche se i vicoli non sempre sono illuminati. Si è a pochi passi dai suck e dalla Grande Moschea, ma anche la città nuova è a pochi minuti di cammino. Frutta, acqua fresca in frigo all'arrivo e un paio di colazioni a sorpresa da parte dei proprietari sono segnali di grande e generosa ospitalità. Sono stato bene.

Do 10 perché non si può dare 11 e la lode è tutta per Maher e sua moglie Najet che sono degli ospiti formidabili che si sono fatti in 4 per aiutarci con gli spostamenti e i piccoli pensieri dalla limonata ai dolcetti alle 4 bottiglie di acqua in frigo. Cucina attrezzata e camere fresche oltre ad un piacevolissimo spazio esterno dove giocare a carte la sera o fare colazione la mattina. Posizione nel cuore della medina, un labirinto affascinante in cui non è facilissimo orientarsi ma che ti fa vivere la vera Tunisi (anche con la sua immondizia sparsa ovunque ovviamente).

Amazing hosts!! Maher and his wife were so kind. We really loved the fresh fruit and cold water. Maher greeted our driver at check in and helped us carry our bags to the apartment. He made us delicious coffees in the morning and he gave us brioche. He also drove us to the ferry terminal. Such amazing hosts and the property is beautiful. It's in a great location. It's close to lots of things to do but it still feels so peaceful. It's a great value. The place was very clean. Nice shower, comfortable beds, and a nice sitting area. We loved it.

Dar El Rezk is a very nice accommodation, very well located. You will be in the center of the old Medina of Tunis, with the Mosque Zitouna at 5 min walking. The patio is so peaceful and perfect to rest after an hectic day in Tunis. The room was clean, comfortable, and our hosts were so kind. Thank you very much Maher and his wife.

It was an amazing place to stay, very beautiful and authentic. The host couple were very helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. Rooms were clean. We asked for transportation service and used it during all our stay in Tunis. I enjoyed staying in the house very much and highly recommend it.

We stayed one night at this property. it was a very clean and comfortable included two bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. the courtyard was charming. the owner and his family were incredibly warm and welcoming. the location is in the heart of the old town close to the traditional market and about 15-minute walk from Habib Bouraghiba Street.

The property doesn’t have private parking and we had to leave our rental car in a public lot about 5 minutes away. Unfortunately, we discovered in the morning that the car window had been broken and the spare tire was stolen!

Reasonable breakfast, location inside the old town. Manager was very nice (despite some language barriers in English), transfered us from the airport when we arrived (I recommend due to tricky location in the old town) , showed us a place to eat late and offered us a ride to Sousse via Hammamet for a reasonable price

Everything was good. Perhaps the only thing not so positive is that the room key wasn´t that easy to open (at least for me, my friend managed better), and I got the idea that there was just one room (I can be wrong though), so if you´re looking to socialize with other guests like a hostel/hotel, it´s not really the best place. On the other hand, you can have the beautiful interior patio for yourself.

The couple who run the Dar are really friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond! The Dar is centrally located close to the Medina and other sites. It is also fully equipped with ample coffee and tea supplies. The owners also provided bottled water and left some oranges.

Perhaps a little dated, but this adds to its charm.

We were greeted at Dar El Rezk by very friendly owners who made sure that all was up to our expectations during our stay. The house gives a great experience of living in Tunis medina and the rooms have stylish decor. The owners went an extra mile to help us with our laundry after a full week of travelling.

Nothing major to complain about. We visited during low season when it was still fairly cold outside and therefore the rooms were also quite cold.

This is a great apartment within the Medina, near the great mosque and all the shops, and near the main street where you can take a taxi for everywhere. It was very clean and spacey with all the facilities. The small yard was great to spend time. The host was incredible and very kind and helped us a lot with whatever we may need. I strongly recommend it

Single beds are not the most comfortable but not bad.

Wonderful hosts. They took me to the shops to buy food for breakfast and when we went to a restaurant for dinner they escorted us so we would not get lost. The property is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring Tunis and also for the experience of being right in the Medina. They also took us to the airport on departure and then declined the money for the journey.

The location of this lodging is extremely convenient if you want to explore Tunis' medina. The room is very comfortable and you feel right at home. I travelled in February and it was very cold outside but the room immediately felt warm and inviting. The room I had had a heater and a fridge and the owners kindly provided some water and oranges. Breakfast is simple but delicious.

The bathroom is, frankly, the Achiles' heel. It could look better and be a little more comfortable. Still, the best one I experienced in Tunisia!

This accommodation is an excellent option if you would like to be in the city center of Tunis (Medina) with easy access to the traditional markets (Souks). The place is very clean, well equipped, and super nice with historic design for an authentic experience. The hosts go extra miles in hospitality and are very helpful in all aspects! In a nutshell, this place is highly recommended!

Our stay at this property was in a word memorable. In fact, the host was a highlight of our vacation in Tunisia. He was exceptionally kind, considerate, and went to great lengths to make our stay at Dar El Rezk absolutely comfortable. As we'd planned to travel to El Jem from Tunis via train which got cancelled (the train got delayed over an hour, and we cancelled it), he drove us to El Jem and back for a minimal price. We'd have given up visiting El Jem of not for him. Later that evening, he and aunty prepared a traditional Tunisian dinner which was delicious. Superb hosts. Very reasonable pricing, and exceptional people. I guess this can be generalized to the people of Tunisia, very kind. About the property, its got all the basic, comfortable facilities, a beautiful courtyard with orange and lemon trees, great place.

Nothing as such specifically about the property, except we felt the location was just a bit far from the main areas. Everything around and near closes by dusk and you wouldn't see a lot of people nearby in the area. But on the bright side, most places are within walkable distance (the train station is about 15 mins walk from the property), so I wouldn't cite this as a huge problem.

The phone number provided did not work but the hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any requests. The apartment was good value for money and the beds were comfortable. The location was right by the Medina so easy access by foot to anywhere in the centre. If you want the experience of being in the old part of the city this works!

Owners are really nice, very helpful and kind. Location is really in center of medina (historical center). Room is big and spacious.

Many mosquitoes come into the room during cleaning through windows and doors since there is no mosquito net. Bathroom needs a bit maintenance, some parts are rusty and worn out. Wireless internet is extremely weak so it doesn't work properly.

The host is very kind and supportive. At check out, She accepted to keep our lougage till evening. room was clean and well equipped. Everything was OK, the same as the pictures.

The hotel is located in old madina , so the taxi can not stop in front of the hotel, you have to gett off in the main street and walk 5 min. If you have heavy luggage, consider it.
