There was no such thing as airport transfer or air-conditioning. Staff were impossible to get a hold of. There were no staff on site so I tried to call. It was not connected. Because it’s so far away from everything it meant a one hour train ride each day. In the end, they sent me an invoice then came back to say that it was supposed to be sent to Booking.com.

L'appartanento è dotato di tutto il necessario: piano cottura, frigo (attenzione: senza congelatore), forno a microonde (ma non un forno) lavastoviglie, lavatrice. Bellissimo il terrazzino esterno.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The apparent was clean and well lit, right next to the University and bus stop from which getting to and around the city center and tourist attractions was very easy and straightforward. There is a well stocked supermarket within a 10 minute walk with plenty of vegan friendly options. The owner was responsive and very respectful when he needed to do maintenance on the air-conditioning and made sure we were okay with him and his technician coming over to check for issues. Everything went perfectly smooth.
The only issue we came across is the kitchen not being quite big enough or equipped well enough for proper cooking. That is to be expected in a small apartment and to be perfectly fair i know it's not as common for people to actually cook while on vacation, so if you plan to cook very little (like breakfast sandwiches and eggs, maybe a soup here and there) and mostly eat in restaurants i think it's sufficient.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026We absolutely loved these apartments! Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the lovely balcony was a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors. The apartment is located in a quiet and cozy area with plenty of greenery in the courtyard. The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. The location is also excellent: the public transport stop is literally a one-minute walk away, making it very quick and convenient to get to the city centre and the main attractions. The train station is also easy and quick to reach, and public transport runs frequently and reliably. BILLA and EUROSPAR supermarkets are just about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, which is very convenient. We also really appreciated the clear and detailed check-in instructions, which were sent to us in advance, making the whole process very easy. We highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The location was probably the best part of the stay. I really liked the area and found it very convenient for my time in Vienna. The apartment was also spacious enough that I actually enjoyed spending time there sometimes, which was nice during a longer stay. Toilet paper, bedding, towels and bath mats were provided, and overall the apartment was comfortable and practical for two weeks.
The cleaning situation could definitely be improved. Guests are expected to clean the apartment themselves, but there were very few proper cleaning supplies available and the broom kept breaking. Some areas were also quite dusty, including places that seemed like they had not been cleaned properly for a while. I tried to clean them myself, but without the right equipment this was difficult. The shower also had quite a lot of mould around the seals and at the bottom, which should be addressed. For a 14-night stay, only one large towel and one small towel were provided, and getting additional towels was quite expensive, so I ended up washing them myself. I understand that this is an apartment rather than a hotel, but for a longer stay a little more could be provided.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Ich war jetzt das 7. Mal in einem der beiden obersten Appartements. Denke, das spricht für sich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Außerdem ist die Klimaanlage ein wirkliches Highlight bei den derzeitigen Temperaturen gewesen. Der Vermieter reagiert sofort. Sehr praktisch sind auch beide Balkone. Ich komme wieder. 😊

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Wir warwn wegen der Kinderuni vorort. Die Lage war für die Vetmed Uni einfach top. Die Ausrüstung war von der Qualität her richtig gut. Es gab nicht zu viel in der Wohnung, trotzdem konnten wir sogar kochen. Die Induktionsherdplatte hat mich wirklich gefreut! Nur weiterempfehlen!
Die Klimaanlage konnte ich gar nicht einstellen. Es war 22 Grad, egal, was ich einstellte. Und konnte nicht ausschalten. Also 4 Tage lang lief 22 Grad.

Budynek jest położony w spokojnej dzielnicy na przeciwko uniwersytetu, a pomimo oddalenia od centrum do wszystkich istotnych punktów miasta można się szybko dostać dzięki bliskości stacji metra. Aneks kuchenny umożliwia nie tylko przygotowywanie prostych posiłków, lecz także bardziej złożonych obiadów. Zameldowanie w obiekcie było bezproblemowe. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny, idealna baza do zwiedzania Wiednia.

Die Matratzen gehören erneuert, ein scharfes Messer gehört in die Küche, ab 18 Uhr ist niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Kontakt gab es nur über E-Mail. Unsere Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. wir hatten 26 Grad im Dachgeschossappartment. Am nächsten Tag wurde sie repariert.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Monolocale carino e completo di tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno breve o lungo. Vicino ci sono tantissimi supermercati. L’appartamento è raggiungibile molto facilmente con i mezzi.
Per i soggiorni lunghi sarebbe carino prevedere un cambio delle spugne a metà soggiorno. Si può richiedere ma ha un costo extra.

Расположение для меня очень удачное,очень тихий котеджный район.доехать куда либо не составляет проблем. Транспортная система Вены это супер.автобус,трамвай,метро,поезд всё в течении 5 минут ожидания и без пробок. С аэропорта доехать на общественном транспорте 40-50 мин.
Все супер,гам всё понравилось

Die Drohe-mail, dass die Polizei eingeschalten wird wenn das Gästedatenformular nicht ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllt wird. Das die Steuerung der Kilmaanlage nicht funktioniert hat, ein Ausschalten war nicht möglich.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Die Kombination aus ruhiger Lage, Nähe zu öffentlichen Haltestellen, kleinen Läden und Restaurants mit moderner und sauberer Austattung im Appartement war perfekt für einen Viertages Aufenthalt. Auch Vorabfragen und Zugang per Schlüsselcode und Schlüsselkarte waren sehr einfach und gut vorab kommuniziert.
Das Einloggen ins Wlan erfolgt über eine Homepage die nach einer gewissen Zeit das Gerät zwangstrennt und man wieder einloggen muss. Der Zeitraum dieser Zwangstrennung bzw. nach Rückehr ins Appartment nach einem Ausflug etc. scheint etwas zu kurz gewählt.

In der Küche wäre noch ein Backrohr praktisch (z. B. für Pizza :-), oder die (vorhandene) Mikrowelle könnte durch ein Modell mit Heißluft/Airfrying-Funktion ersetzt werden.

Чисто, есть все необходимое для короткого проживания - небольшой холодильник, чайник, микроволновая печь с грилем, индукционная плита. Есть кондиционирование, ролеты на балконной двери - они выходят на запад и можно прикрыть от солнца после обеда. Кровать подходит для высоких людей - она на высоких ножках. Удобный вход с ключом картой. Лифта нет. Автобусная остановка очень близко, автобус ходит прямо под домом. До трамваев одна остановка на автобусе, можно пройти пешком.
Единственное что раздражало - необходимость вводить пароль от wi-fi пару раз в сутки. В остальном все отлично.

Die Unterkunft liegt schon sehr weit außerhalb und außer ein paar Supermärkten gibt es auch kaum etwas in der Umgebung.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Ich hatte das Apartment in Dachgeschoss mit 2 Balkonen. Sehr geräumig, gute und zweckmäßige Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Ein Apartment, in dem man sich gerne auch länger aufhält. Nespresso-Maschine ist vorhanden. Durch die 2 Balkone kann man morgens und nachmittags draußen in der Sonne sitzen.
Das Apartment ist außerhalb des Stadtzentrums gelegen, für rein touristische Reisen also weniger geeignet. Kaum gastronomische Angebote in der näheren Umgebung des Apartments.

Unica pecca il materasso un po' scomodo.

Considerando che siamo andati nel periodo pasquale e che la zona è universitaria, c'erano pochi servizi nei dintorni e, purtroppo, erano chiusi (fare colazione è stato complicatissimo). Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Very spacious and light, good kitchen, pleasant balconies. We enjoyed the apartment itself, very convenient. Also there was an incident one night when the neighbours were too loud late at night and we appreciate the way it was resolved by the administrator.
Sadly, we had all nights sleepless because of: 1. It was 25 degrees every night and the heating system was not adjustable. There were no instructions how to switch it completely off 2. Since it was too hot at night, we asked for thinner covers. Unfortunately there were only winter ones 3. There was a big amount of dust on the top of bathroom that was all around in the air once we opened 2 balcony doors.. I'm allergic, so couldn't breath normally 4. Neighbours' party (not the fault of the administration)

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Pokój od strony ogródka jest bardzo cichy, ulica w weekend spokojna, mały ruch samochodowy. Przystanek autobusowy tuż obok.
Budynek jest bardzo akustyczny, słychać przez ścianę rozmowy w sąsiednim pokoju, zamykanie drzwi itd.
