Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Terrasse war ebenfalls sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer war jedoch wirklich sehr klein und man hatte so gut wie keinen Stauraum, die qm Anzahl war zwar bekannt jedoch definitiv kleiner als erwartet. Leider war unsere Kilimaanlage defekt und hat getropft, wodurch es teilweise unangenehm gerochen hat vom heraustretenden Wasser. Das Bad war auch sehr klein und sobald man geduscht hat, wurde alles nass und die Luft hat sich sehr gestaut.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Las personas de allí eran súper amables, el trato muy bueno, nos contactaron con tiempo para enviarnos vídeos sobre cómo llegar a la puerta exacta ya que por allí los callejones son un poco liosos. La habitación era tal como se veía en la foto
El aire acondicionado funcionaba pero la potencia era mínima. Lo dejamos todo el día para poder dormir mejor pero no enfrió nada la habitación y acabamos sudando de la calor que hacía. Excepto eso todo perfecto

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Me encantó la decoración y sobre todo la terraza. Es un lugar precioso y ideal para una estancia corta o larga. Lo recomiendo mucho porque no solo por la decoración y comodidad sino por el anfitrión Soufian que fue más que amable. Estoy muy contenta con la estancia y me ayudó mucho especialmente a preparar una sorpresa de cumpleaños. Y los desayunos también estaban de maravilla.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Voyage entre copines, l'accueil des hôtes, les services proposés durant le séjour (petit-déjeuner inclus, ainsi que des déjeuners ou dîners commandés sur place est un vrai plus après des journées de visites intenses. Le tranfert de/ vers l'aéroport est tout aussi parfait!) L'emplacement au Top, tout est accessible à pieds vraiment impeccable. Très bonne organisation dans l'ensemble, hôtes (Salma et Soufian) de bons conseils, au petit soin et toujours disponibles à tout heure, grâce à eux nous avons passés un super séjour c'était super! Encore Merci aux hôtes😉

Θα ξανα επισκεφθούμε σιγουρα το Μαρόκο και η διαμονή μας θα ειναι σε αυτο το κατάλυμα, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα Σουφιάν!

Reviewed May 21, 2026Riad à proximité de la place Jeema El fna, idéalement pour ne pas se perdre ds les souks , c'est tout droit. :) Le riad se situe ds une petite ruelle, à l'abri du vacarme des souks. Une petite terrasse agréable ou l'on peut prendre ses repas. La literie, et le sommier sont qualitatifs. Dès notre arrivée, Salma, nous a accueilli et nous a offert un thé et des petits gâteaux marocain. Le petit déjeuner marocain est copieux et généreux. A revenir . . .
La salle de bain et WC reste à l'etroit comme décrit sur les photos.

Vi consigliamo di provare la cucina di Selma, non ve ne pentirete! Soufian anche gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa Un bell’ambiente a conduzione familiare
Forse l’unico punto a sfavore è stata la stanza leggermente umida, ma è dotata di condizionatore

Our rooftop room was very comfortable and clean although a little on the small side, but it was absolutely fine for the two nights we were there as we were out most of the daytime anyway. The breakfast was also really good :) The host provided clear instructions, photos and video on how to find the Riad as the medina is very confusing.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Location was quite central. It is in the secons floor of apartment where landlord live. It has only 2 rooms and there were no noise. The private bathroom was very clean, and it was how described.
We could not have breakfast on the terrace as it was wet. The breakfast was also a bit dissapointing. It had parts of continental breakfast, like 2 one-bite size cheeses, jam. Variety wise, other spaces we stayed had nicer selection.

Such a convenient location near the main square. The room was clean, had aircon, and the rooftop was so nice to have breakfast on. Soufian et sa famille sont au petit soin pour leur clientèle, accueillants et très gentils. le Riad est très bien placé (à 10 min environ de la place jamaal efna), parfait pour visiter les souks et un point de rendez-vous (lycée Mohamed 5) pour les excursions est tout près de ce dernier (1min à pied), nous recommandons à 100% ce Riad qui est exceptionnel !

La colazione era davvero abbondante e buonissima, con prodotti di qualità e preparati con cura. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, e la posizione è perfetta per visitare la zona. Situé dans un quartier précaire dans la médina, l’accès se fait par des petites rues sinueuses dans lesquelles nous ne nous sommes pourtant pas senties en insécurité. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et savoureux. Mention très bien pour Salma, qui est à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont agréables et bien décorées, la literie est très confortable.
Points à améliorer : des rangements dans les chambres, ainsi qu’un rafraîchissement des salles de bains, et atténuer l’odeur d’égouts.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Nous avons était super bien accueilli. L’emplacement du Riad était à huit minutes à pied de la médina. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. Ça rend l’expérience encore plus insubmersibles. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et encore une fois nous avons eu un super accueil. Sofian était très à l’écoute et il nous a beaucoup conseillé pour les visites et sa petite sœur nous a super bien accueilli avec sa gentillesse on a été pris soin. Encore merci, je reviendrai.

El baño es demasiado pequeño, y la ducha no tiene cortina por lo que se moja todo y se hace incómodo

Sehr kleines Zimmer Hinweis: Vom Parkplatz aus alle "hilfsbereiten" Menschen abwimmeln, da diese in unserem Fall den Weg nicht kannten und dafür unverschämt viel Geld verlangt haben. Man findet den Weg dank der Beschreibung des Gastgebers besser alleine.
