Aivan ihana yhden yön majoittuminen, jokainen yksityiskohta oli loppuun asti mietitty!

Skøn, skøn stuga med alt hvad man behøver i fine Stavsnäs. Virkelig fantastisk beliggenhed i forhold udflugtsmål, indkøb, spisesteder. Dejligt at ankomme til et hus, hvor man bare fornemmer, at der er styr på tingene - rent, pænt og hyggeligt. Katja havde sendt info om ankomst og nyttige oplysninger om området, og der var snacks og kolde drikke i køleskabet, da vi ankom. Der var cykler til fri afbenyttelse, og det var super at kunne cykle rundt på de skærgårdsøer, som vi besøgte. Stavsnäs, skærgården og Katjas stuga er et besøg værd - man føler sig virkelig velkommen 🤩😍 - og så herligt at Stavsnäs hembageri ligger få skridt fra huset.

we got exactly what was expected from Nordic summer - archipelago at its best, idyllic village, bakery around the corner, bus, shop, boats, restaurant and beaches in easy walking distance. ahh, no mosquitos in 2026!

Schönes, kleines Gartenhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Beautiful, comfy and stylish cabin in a great location - lovely walks, swimming, buses, ferries, supermarket etc nearby. We also made use of the bikes. Katja and her husband were very welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again in the future.

Not a problem as I had a sleep mask, but cabin is very light in the mornings. Light sensitive types should bring an eye mask!

Stuga is klein maar fijn, alles wat je nodig hebt, goed bed, mooi uitzicht, perfecte ligging, vriendelijke eigenaars

Die absolute Ruhe. Die Bäckerei nebenan (freundliche Bäckerin und sehr leckeres Brot). Das Coffee Shop direkt am Hafen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Hausbesitzer.

Very well thought out furnishings, equipment and provisions that helped our stay go really well. The cabin is situated in a lovely community where people are friendly and considerate and there are nice walks straight from the house and a great bakery nearby. A regular bus from Stockholm is very easy to use to get there if travelling without a car. Easy access to boat trips from the winter harbour - we went to Bollero for great wildlife viewing and peaceful island walking. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and make us feel most welcome, and their kindness and generosity were outstanding.

Katya was incredibly welcoming and a wonderful host, leaving out some snacks when we arrived and reaching out to give us back a couple of items of clothing after we left. The space was clean, comfy, and perfect for our brief stopover and in an ideal location for any ferry, boat, or kayak trips from Stavsnäs.

Allt var perfekt! Såå fin och fräsch liten stuga. Allt vi behövde fanns på plats, plus det lilla extra, som snacks, dricka i kylen och kaffe, trevligt när vi kom fram trötta på kvällen. . Mycket bra läge, nära vattnet med klippor och fina promenadvägar. Toppen med mysiga Bageriet precis bredvid. Dessutom väldigt trevligt bemötande av värden, Katja! Det var trist väder när vi var där, men inte ens det kändes negativt, det blev en skön retreat i lugnet på landet. Vi kommer absolut återvända!

Underbart och fint boende med det lilla extra. Vi trivdes jättebra och värden får också högsta betyg. Vi kommer säkert tillbaka!

Alles war perfekt. Katja (und ihr Ehemann) war super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Das Bett war mega bequem. Die Terrasse mit Esstisch und Liegen war super gemütlich. Die Fahrräder waren toll und haben uns in 5 Minuten zum Hafen gebracht. Stavsnäs ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Sandhamn und andere Schären. Unser ganzer Aufenthalt war einfach magisch.

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything went far beyond our expectations. The warm hospitality, peaceful surroundings, and friendly atmosphere made our stay truly unforgettable. It felt like visiting close family rather than just staying at a rental place.

The place was absolutely wonderful — clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The house was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly prepared for guests. The landlord was exceptionally kind and welcoming, guiding us with care and ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we enjoyed every single moment of our stay.

Normalerweise gebe ich keine Bewertungen ab. Katja‘s und Fredericks‘s „Hütte“ ist aber so schön (blitzsauber, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet mit Wlan, AppleTV, Klimaanlage/Heizung, Bad- und Kücheninfrastruktur), hat eine idyllische Lage im Dorf nahe der Baggeri (lecker!) und des Wassers, Parkplatz und Garten vor der Tür), dass wir so erfreut sind und es nicht sein lassen konnten, eine 10/10 zu geben. On top war Katja als Gastgeberin perfekt, freundlich, sympathisch, hilfsbereit, Tipps gebend. Und der Übernachtungspreis ist mehr als fair, wenn ich ihn bzw. die „Hütte“ mit den anderen, die wir auf unserem Roadtrip hatten, vergleiche. Besser gehts nicht. Danke an Katja und Frederick!

Sehr netter Empfang und herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das separate kleine Haus für die Gäste ist perfekt in allen Belangen: Platzangebot, Sauberkeit, moderne Einrichtung, ruhige Lage, schöne Küche, tolles Bad, Terrasse, Parkplatz direkt beim Haus und der grosse schöne Garten mit Liegestühlen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Beste schwedische Gastfreundlichkeit in jeder Hinsicht.

Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert, und wir konnten auf Anfrage sogar früher in die Wohnung, was sehr angenehm war. Die Wohnung liegt ideal für einen Spaziergang in Stavsnäs und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Schärengarten. Alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar, und falls nicht, stehen sogar Fahrräder bereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Katja hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war überaus zuvorkommend und stets darauf bedacht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt rundum gelungen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage war erstklassig, das Cottage sehr gemütlich, die Gastgeber haben wir wegen unserer vielen Unternehmungen leider fast garnicht kennen lernen dürfen/können. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

We had an excellent stay (too short 😢) in this beautifully decorated little cottage. Ideally located for visiting Sandhamn: boat about 20 min walk or 5 min bike ride (provided by owners). Katja is very welcoming and warm, she answered our questions with precision.

Really warm and cozy cottage. Provided with everything indispensable to spend one ore more days in the beautiful village of Stavnäs. Katja is a really lovely person and makes you feel welcome. The bikes provided are perfect for getting around the village. And the delightful bakery is a few minutes away by walking. We really loved our time there.

The apparemment is fitted with everything you need (in the kitchen, in the bathroom…you even can recharge our car) and the terrasse is wonderful. A lot of attention has been put in all details, it is really perfect. The place is very well situated, you have a bakery at 30m, a supermarket at 500m an the sea all around. All is at bike distance wonderful (bikes are available in the house!) The ferry for the islands (Sandham) is less than a mile away. The paradise !

Watching television (channels are only available upon request) or adjusting the room temperature (must be requested from the owner) is only possible with the landlord's consent. It was only cold in this studio ...

The cottage is very cozy, lovely furnished, super clean, and has everything you need. Katja is such a nice host, always available for questions, and gave us great recommendations for our stay. The village has a great bus connection to Stockholm and a ferry line to the outer archipelago. A bakery where you can also get warm lunches is right around the corner. All in all, we had such an amazing and relaxing time and would definitely go there again when visiting Stockholm county ☀️
