Al Politeama Rooms B&B

Emplacement idéal pour ce B&B. La chambre, tout comme la salle de bains privée, offre un très bel espace. Le logement est intégré à un grand appartement composé de plusieurs chambres de location et d'un espace commun pour le petit-déjeuner (produits de base à disposition). Mention spéciale pour la grande réactivité de l'hôte.

Le bruit dans la rue.

La habitación era perfecta. Compartimos el baño con otra habitación, pero ni siquiera lo notamos. Valoramos especialmente la limpieza y el cuidado de los detalles. Francesco, el anfitrión, fue muy atento y amable. Muy bien ubicado, escogeríamos de nuevo este alojamiento sin duda.

Francesco - the owner is super friendly, kind and helpful… Really nice. The whole interior of accommodation looks nice - nice decoration. We could leave the bags after the check out, that was also very nice. The breakfast was prepackaged and contains some sweets (biscuits, cereal and some sweet pastry) and the coffee from the machine was great!

Well… The bed was maybe broken, actually not stable. The hygiene level - bathroom was clean except the shower, that was a little bit dirty. The room was clean for the first sight. But when I move some parts of furniture because I wanted a better acces to the wall plug, I see dirt. The towels were clean, but when it got wet, it stinked. Over all - we would like to say that Francesco was amazing host and made the situation much better!

Francesko je veľmi milí a nápomocný človek... Celkovo komplex bol úžasný čistý veľmi dobrá energia a atmosféra... objekt je pod kamerovým systémom čo je z hľadiska bezpečnosti veľké plus... ráno si dáte fajne kávu a môžete vyraziť do ulíc. Izba bola útulná, veľká s klimatizáciou a každý deň uprataná. Poloha Vynikajúca... veľmi odporúčam toto miesto a teším sa na ďalšiu návštevu ❤️

La habitación en muy amplía y la cama es grande y cómoda. Además está ubicado de manera muy céntrica y podrás desplazarte comodamente por Palermo tanto andando como en autobús. Tienes múltiples paradas de autobús urbano cerca y la estación general está a unos 20 minutos andando (aunque también puedes ir en 5 minutos en autobús urbano). El wifi y el aire acondicionado funcionan a la perfección.

Nada, algún detalle menor pero en general una estancia cómoda y agradable. No esperes lujos, pero podrás descansar y desconectar después de un intenso día en esta apasionante ciudad.

Tutto perfetto, soprattutto la posizione in un attimo in centro, bus a 100 metri per aeroporto e Trapani, tutto pulito e gentilissimi!

La posizione veramente vicina a politeama, la presenza di strisce blu in prossimità della struttura,il letto comodissimo e l'arredamento veramente curato

Purtroppo abbiamo acceso il climatizzatore per rinfrescare la stanza mentre eravamo fuori, dato che le temperature esterne superavano i 40 gradi,ma per ben due volte lo abbiamo trovato spento.Questo ci ha creato un fortissimo disagio dato che abbiamo passato due notti insonni.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent, in a safe and lively part of the city. The apartment, including the bathroom, was very clean and cleaned every day. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The only downside is the breakfast. If having a good-quality breakfast is important to you, this may not be the best choice. It was actually my mistake because I didn’t read the description carefully enough and expected something more substantial. However, considering the price, the accommodation is absolutely worth it even without breakfast. One more suggestion: it would be great if you could provide a clothes drying rack. We found it quite difficult to dry our towels and swimsuits.

The bed was really comfy. The room and shared bathroom were clean. Location was good, near Teatro Massimo.

The breakfast is just a few packaged items with one coffee capsule and milk. It gets very noisy at night, even with windows closed during weekdays.

Nice location in Palermo centre. Good value for money! Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Il B&B si trova in una zona molto centrale di Palermo, ma affaccia su una via poco trafficata, il che rende il soggiorno molto tranquillo. La struttura, carina e ben arredata, è pulita e non ho risentito affatto della condivisione dei servizi. Al check-in sono stato accolto da Francesco nell’ingresso del B&B, un ambiente molto accogliente. È stato davvero gentile e disponibile.

Obiekt był świetnie położony - do każdej atrakcji mogliśmy dojść na pieszo. Pomimo bycia blisko turystycznych ulic nie było słychać dźwięków z zewnątrz. Działała klimatyzacja a właściciel był zawsze bardzo pomocny ❤️

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always available when needed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Stanza molto grande e comoda, con condizionatore e frigorifero. Bagno a 2 metri dalla stanza dotato di tutto, aspiratore finestra e doccia moderna con shampoo e bagno doccia.

La colazione per scelta della struttura è confezionata e va' consumata in camera o in un salottino, che però contiene anche un frigorifero grande e tutte le macchinette per caffè, thè e microonde.

Ottima posizione, camera pulita e il proprietario disponibile e veloce ad esaudire le richieste. Grazie

I cannot recommend this property. The host sent me unsolicited personal and flirtatious WhatsApp messages that were completely unrelated to my booking. I found this inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially considering the host had access to my personal contact information solely because of the reservation. I reported the incident to Booking.com, but I was disappointed that no meaningful action appeared to be taken. Professional boundaries between hosts and guests should be respected at all times. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed my stay and left me feeling very uncomfortable. EDIT : The host's response contains allegations that are entirely false. I did not invite anyone to my room, and nobody knocked on my door as claimed. These statements are easily verifiable through the property's common area security cameras, which should confirm who entered the building and whether any such incident ever occurred. What is documented and undisputed, however, is that the host sent me unsolicited personal and actually more than flirtatious WhatsApp messages that were completely unrelated to my reservation. Screenshots of these messages have already been submitted to Booking.com. Instead of addressing this inappropriate conduct, the host has chosen to respond with false accusations about my behavior. I find this extremely concerning. I have preserved all evidence, including the WhatsApp conversations, and have reported the matter to the relevant local authorities. Any further false statements made about me will be added to the documentation already provided. I stand by my original review.

Me ha gustado muchísimo en general pero si valoramos la relación calidad precio solo se puede puntuar como excelente..Estancia super amplía, cuidada, baño enorme, decorado con cariño. Tiene todo para estar a gusto, la cama muy cómoda, las zonas comunes bonitas y agradables, ni siquiera me cruce con nadie. La parada de bus que te lleva al aeropuerto al lado. Me dejaron entrar antes y también pude dejar mi maleta hasta medio día a la salida.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado.

What I didn’t like was the neighborhood being very lively at night. People were outside and it was noisy until around 3 AM. This was not related to the landlord.

Very weak breakfast not even breakfast it consists of package items, , uncomfortable soft beds, worst is street noise until 3 am in the morning from people partying outside and it was a thursday night . We could not sleep and we are paying to sleep. So this place is not giving what it promise. Also the owner did not like my review and sent a very rude message to my personal phone, I find this very disturbing. This would make me feel unsafe if I am staying in that place.

Il tavolo in camera per la colazione era un po` piccolo ma per il resto tutto bene.

Posizione centralissima, ad 1 minuto a piedi dal Politeama ed a 5 minuti dal teatro Massimo. Camere e bagni ristrutturati e pulitissimi. Aria condizionata e Wi-Fi veloce, set asciugamani e tutto l occorrente per la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, uno dei più onesti di Palermo. Un enorme grazie a Francesco, il proprietario, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo ad ogni esigenza!

It was very convenient to key locations, restaurants, the market and bus to /from the airport.

Struttura deliziosa e staff fantastico. Stanza perfetta e pulita, idem bagno e spazi comuni, muniti di tutti i comfort adatti al soggiorno. Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, la posizione della struttura comodissima e strategica per muoversi a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici da/per stazione e siti culturali.

Per cause non attribuibili alla struttura, qualche rumore esterno di notte dovuto alla movida, ci sta! Lo avevo tenuto in conto vista la posizione in centro storico

Ottimo soggiorno in posizione eccellente per vivere il centro di Palermo. Camera ottima ottima disponibilità da parte di Francesco che è stato esaustivo in ogni richiesta. Grazie alla prossima !

Goed uitvalsbasis om Palermo te bezoeken. Grote comfortabele kamer. Goede ontvangst. Het grootste pluspunt vonden wij de korte afstand naar de busstop voor de luchthavenbus, om de hoek.

Wij verbleven er op een zaterdagavond en toen was er heel wat straatlawaai. Het ontbijt is beperkt.

La habitación super limpia y espaciosa. El sitio se encuentra en una zona segura, fácil de acceder al centro. Francesco fue el mejor host de todo Palermo, muchisimas gracias por todo!

Noise from the street is high, not good for the light sleepers, but this is the cost being located centrally Windows dont reduce the noise too much so bring your earplugs and nothing to worry about.

De locatie is perfect in de wijk Politeama, dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en gezellige straten. De shuttlebus vanaf de luchthaven stopt twee straten verderop bij Teatro Politeama Garibaldi. Ruime kamer die elke dag werd schoongemaakt. Franscesco is een vriendelijke host bij wie je goed met vragen terecht kunt.

Eigen badkamer, maar in de gang tegenover de kamer. Ik vond het in het totaal genomen geen bezwaar.

Excellent environment, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a delightful housekeeping service. Daily breakfast and coffee are provided. The location is superb, with direct airport access and close proximity to the city center. The surrounding area is pleasant, and the host is incredibly kind. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located near the Teatro Politeama Garibaldi, about 1.5 km from Palazzo dei Normanni. The room was spacious and included a large, comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is ok

Amplitud de la habitación, limpieza, ubicación en un barrio cómodo en la ciudad de Palermo, fácil acceso en un primer piso. Me guardaron la valija para poder recorrer la ciudad el último día luego del check out.
