Le lobby a besoin de rénovation. Tapis à être nettoyé et meubles à être changés.

Clean and friendly staff.

Breakfast was substandard. We stayed 3 nights and went elsewhere for breakfast on 2 days due to the experience on the first day. The breakfast wasn't great and unfortunately that led us not to eat dinner in the dining room. The other issue we encountered was the distance to our room. We needed a walkin shower for an elderly relative travelling with us and unfortunately those rooms are a very long walk. This individual can walk with a walker, but it was so far we had to use a wheel chair. The room also had double beds vs queen size and that was uncomfortable for my wife and I.

Bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good. The dinner was excellent!

Both side chairs in the room were awful. Could not sit in them. I did mention this when I checked out.

The check in was quick, it was easy to find an empty slot on the hotel parking. The room looked like a regular hotel room. There was a gym and laundry in the hotel. Drinking water was available in the hallway.

In the morning we woke up early as someone was constantly walking in the room above it and its floor was squeaking. The breakfast was a bit of a mess with food running out and the staff having a bit of a hard time getting the guests their orders.

Loved that it had a restaurant on the property. The food was delicious and price point was good. The free hot breakfast was also great

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, none of the furniture was functional, no microwave. Complementary breakfast was awful.

The Hotel and rooms feel a bit dated.

The shower with glass partition and sliding door. The shower does not have a spout. I cannot access the faucet without stepping in to the shower place. Once I turned the faucet on, cold water spary everywhere and on my body. The shower head cannot be turned to avoid the spray. Bad bad bad design The leather of the chair is coming off. Ugly. The drawers of the chest are coming out automatically. I have to put paper to the drawers to stop them coming out. The door edge of the corridor was chipped off and wood chips on the floor. Nobody care.

Great breakfast. Staff was great and worked out a late checkout after flight delays.

Trotzdem das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit ist top.

Die Teppiche. Wie schon erwähnt, ist das Hoel halt schon älter. Früher waren Teppiche normal in Hotels. Wir bevorzugen sonst Hotels ohne Teppiche (ist viel hygienischer). Hier war aber der Teppich gut geputzt, was z. T. in andern Hotels mit Teppichen nicht der Fall ist.

Le côté pratique

L'odeur désagréable en entrant dans l'hôtel et dans ses couloirs, une moquette au sol visiblement pas aspirée, une chambre vraiment grande mais avec deux mini fenêtres en coin, très peu de lumière du jour.

It was noisy in the room and quite musty

The bar and the food was exceptional. The tub was nice.

The noise, the mattress had a huge dip in it from too many uses.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a full-sized couch. It had a a small kitchenette, which was a nice surprise. A hot buffet breakfast was included. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The carpet could be refreshed.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and professional. Ashley & Jake in the Mystic Restaurant were the best!

The hotel was located close to the TCH so that was good.

We asked the lady at the front desk when we checked in if the hotel restaurant would be open that evening and she assured us that it opened at 5:00PM. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that there were 2 busloads of tourists who had reservation and we could not be seated in the restaurant but could sit in the lounge. When we got to the lounge we were told that it would take over 90 minutes to get any kind of food but the server said she'd check with the chef to see if it could be shortened. She never did get back to us. We left. Went for a crappy pizza.

Location, staff, food, cleanliness excellent ! The carpets need a re- do as they hold dirt & smoke smells. That said, I will stay & recommend the hotel. Front desk, restaurant, and Susan in the bar is phenomenal!!!! Well organized & executed service. Keep these lovely folks there working. In my travels it absolutely makes or breaks the overall quality. Cheers 🥂 Lois

The room was clean and spacious

Check-in time was an atrocious 4 PM, and the room still was not ready. We did not get into our room until 4:30 PM and the staff was completely unapologetic. "We're busy, so take it or leave it". We'll stay elsewhere in the future.

The location with the mall across the street and many stores and restaurants on the adjacent streets. Taxi ride to the airport took less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was your usual buffet style, very good and the seating area was nice and comfortable.

Booking.com charged us double the price of what the Hotel was charging if l had called the hotel. We were extremely angry and disappointed that Booking.Com would do something so wrong. I will never use your site to book a hotel again.

The breakfast was very good. Convenient location to stop when traveling across Newfoundland.

Friendly staff. Gave us a refund out of our cancellation period when our flights were cancelled and then rebooked us.

Location was good. I did not have breakfast at this location as it was not included.

I did not get the room I pre booked on the main floor as it was not ready at check in time. returned twice and still was not ready. I had to take another room as I already had waited for a few hours and was tired from traveling. My new room was on the third floor. I was told that many staff called in sick and were behind schedule.

Loved how breakfast was included in stay, would have liked more options. However it was great savings.

For the most part staff were friendly. When checking in our front end lady seemed a little distracted. And one girl in particular at the breakfast wasn’t overly friendly with the other staff. Over all staff was good.

It was OK nothing different to most motels, a selection of hot food all pre made and not to order, there was a selection of fruit and cereal. Juice and tea or coffee.

The check in could have been better the attendant was also answering the phones and not paying attention to the guests. Answering the phone instead of looking after the people stood in front of him. I was not given the room I booked which was a king room I was given a queen room and not told at check in, or had the price reduced to reflect the different room. I had to go back and wait again for service. I was told that there were no king rooms available but he did give me a business suite. This was also disappointing as there were paper cups and not ceramic as one would expect in a suite. Overall it did serve us well but it is not a place I would stay at again.
