BTSの駅に近くて移動に便利で、周りにレストランやコンビニ、両替所もあり、ロケーションが良いです。朝のビュッフェの美味しかったです。

The properties near club from 10 PM till 2 AM. It is impossible for a normal person to sleep. I called the reception. They told me that they cannot do anything and I have to wait until 2 AM to sleep

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ansprechend ausgestattet. Auch der Pool auf der 9. Etage war schön und man konnte den Tag in Bangkok dort angemessen ausklingen lassen.

Leider entsprach das Frühstück nicht unserem Geschmack. Kaum Obst (und dieses sah aus, als ob es schon stundenlang dort liegt), kein Käse oder Wurst, wenig Marmelade. Hauptsächlich wurden warme Speisen von niedriger Qualität angeboten. Auch die Präsentation der Speichen war nicht ansprechend.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Deux bouteilles d'eau sont offertes par l'hôtel. Présence d'un mini-bar. Système pratique pour indiquer au personnel d'étage que la chambre peut être faite (on utilise un bouton situé à côté de la porte d'entrée, directement dans la chambre). Le personnel était très accueillant et s'est montré réactif pour répondre à nos demandes, que ce soit pour effectuer un check-out tardif (nous avons pu rester jusqu'à 18h au lieu de 12h, moyennant un supplément) ou pour garder gratuitement nos bagages pendant quelques heures avant de partir pour l'aéroport. Tous les membres de l'hôtel que nous avons rencontrés étaient très gentils.

La vue depuis notre chambre n'était pas exceptionnelle. Il y avait quelques traces de poussière à certains endroits, comme dans le tiroir de la table de nuit ou sous le miroir de la salle de bains, mais ce détail n'a eu aucun impact sur le séjour.

Avevamo prenotato il lettino per la bambina che al nostro arrivo non era pronto. È stato portato dopo 30 minuti. Se non fosse stata sera tardi non ci sarebbero stati problemi, in questo caso, visto il livello della struttura lo ritengo un disservizio. Colazione buona ma non indimenticabile. Poca frutta, nessun formaggio. Ottimo invece il banco delle uova espresse.

Ik vond de wijk zelf niet zo prettig met kinderen, Thonglor was gemoedelijker. Hier komt een ander type toerist.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Das eine davon roch nicht gut und wir haben ohne Probleme ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft wenn man die Sukhumvit erkunden möchte.

Niets. Allen is Sukhumvit als locatie ontzettend, ontzettend druk, mensen, lawaai, verkeer, ....Voor mij niet de perfecte uitvalsbasis ( wel super makkelijk te bereiken met Skytrain en ander openbaar vervoer ) om BKK te verkennen.

L’emplacement est vraiment top avec beaucoup de restaus sympas à proximité et très proche du métro .

Les prestations de l’hôtel sont décevantes . Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles! Nous n’y sommes jamais allées, rien n’était à notre goût , pas même le pain! Nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre, la première donnée était du côté des travaux de construction d’un hôtel à proximité ainsi que d’une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain . Au final, nous avons décidé de changer d’hôtel et avons trouvé beaucoup plus confortable et à notre goût à quelques rues.

La chambre était assez grande avec un énorme lit (plus grand qu'un King size). Par contre, il y avait une odeur d'humidité très désagréable et tenace. Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le quartier car beaucoup trop bruyant et animé pour nous. Il y a un bar juste à côté avec la musique jusque tard dans la nuit. Nous avons entendu la musique (assez forte) une bonne partie de la nuit...

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr zentralen Gegend. Sehr viele Restaurants und Bars sind in der Nähe. Ums Eck gab es ein Nachtmarkt mit thailändischen Artikeln und jede Menge Streetfood. Super! 👍🏻👍🏻 Mit Grab kommt man vom Hotel aus für ca 300 bis 400 bht an zentrale Punkte. Perfekt für zwei Übernachtungen.

* Unfortunately, I feel that the overall service has been getting worse over time. * As a 9th-time returning guest, I was disappointed that my early check-in request was not accommodated. I had requested early check-in during the booking and was informed that it would depend on availability and that an additional charge would apply. I was fully prepared to pay the charge. * However, upon arrival, I saw another guest being given a room immediately with a charge for early check-in, while my request was not accommodated. As a loyal repeat guest, this was disappointing. * The room had an extra-large bed, but a single-bed duvet was initially placed on it. Although I did not request a change, the hotel replaced it with a larger duvet on the second day. I hope the hotel can improve service consistency, especially for loyal returning guests.

We stayed 12 days but still cleaning was not done properly because bathroom smelled bad every day and after complain also it didn't help and only on last 2 days it was cleaned well. No smart tv and also shower gel didn't work. Construction noise next door.

Heel schoon en een heerlijk bed. Ontbijt hebben wij niet gedaan, dit is wel bij te boeken ter plaatse. Ligging is wel verder van de tempels en China town dus houdt hier rekening mee (dit is ong 30/45 minuten reizen met het openbaar vervoer zoals trein en metro).

Er waren bouwwerkzaamheden naast het hotel waardoor we hier ‘s morgens wakker van werden… echter moesten we er toch betijds uit om alle bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean. Nice rooftop pool and bar. It is the second time I have stayed here. The location is good near the BTS station and nightlife..

On the first two nights I was allocated a room next to the busy street and could not sleep. The soundproofing needs improvement at this side of the hotel. I requested a room change which they organised which was slightly smaller but I then had a good night's sleep for the rest of the stay.

Værelset var gammelt og lidt beskidt. Luften er tung og indelukket, da der var tappet i værelset og vinduerne kunne ikke åbnes.

The location was very convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options.

I think more attention should be given to cleanliness, as I noticed some areas that were not cleaned properly. Also, the pillows had an unpleasant smell, which made them uncomfortable to use.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Bangkok – Geniale Lage & toller Rooftop-Pool! Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen im Eleven Hotel Bangkok und hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit! Für ein Zimmer haben wir ein Zustellbett gebucht (1.500 THB pro Nacht), was reibungslos geklappt hat. Warum das Hotel perfekt für uns war: Top-Lage & Anbindung: Die Lage ist genial – kaum biegt man um die Ecke, steht man mitten im wuseligen, pulsierenden Leben von Bangkok! Dank der Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (BTS Skytrain & Zug) kommt man überall schnell und unkompliziert hin. Ausflüge & Shopping: Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Königspalast sind super zu erreichen, und auch das MBK Shopping Center ist nicht weit entfernt – ein echtes Highlight für die Jugendlichen in unserer Gruppe! Auch ein Ausflug nach Chinatown war problemlos machbar. Sicherheit: Wir haben uns rund um die Uhr und überall absolut sicher gefühlt. Der Rooftop-Pool: Nach einem heißen Tag in der Stadt gibt es nichts Besseres! Der Pool auf dem Dach ist extrem stylisch eingerichtet und der ideale Ort, um bei Sonnenuntergang zu entspannen und abzukühlen. Service: Die Mitarbeiter und der Service waren – wie überall in Thailand – außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Fazit: Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La struttura è un po' datata, in tutta la struttura c era un forte odore muschiato come si muffa, non so se fosse davvero muffa o qualche tipo di incenso ma dava fastidio

Buona posizione, quartiere molto vivo. Camera super pulita e bagno molto spazioso. Bella la piscina, con asciugamani forniti dall’hotel, e la palestra. Staff super cordiale e sorridente. Buona la colazione, nella media.
