Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Liked the 2 toilets, the outdoor area, the washing machine, our bed was comfortable, the heat pump, nice shower, great that we could park right next to the house. The hosts seems like lovely people.
My sister said that the pillows were too hard for her. The hair dryer may need replacing soon, and the couch needs fixing as it won't sit in.place. We had a look and think that there is a bolt loose or missing from one side.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Clean apartment and easy to find. Comfy living area and fabulous big TV. Good location for City Centre. Places to eat nearby that we loved - Scoundrels for tacos. Little High Eatery a posh food court so everyone can choose the food they want, great atmosphere. Morning coffee and breakfast and C4 Coffee Co.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Location was great very quiet. Great value for money. Comfortable beds.
Seating was not good as couch was broken and only left one comfortable seating. My husband had just got out of hospital and was unable to climb stairs and because of broken couch couldn't sleep downstairs. We did ask for a fold up bed but no response. We were disappointed they did not tell us about broken couch as they seem to already know.

there was a cupboard in the kitchen which was full of fumes (think it was full of smoke) - suggest labelling this to prevent guests from opening it as the smell takes a while to disappear. it was also fairly cold in the property (we went in May). the sofa bed was broken

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Brand new clean house. 2 toilets are helpful. Has everything you need to cook, dishwasher and washer to wash your clothes. Nice and close to everything we needed. Great communication with owners. Great TV. Heat pump. Had parking. Great for a family of 4 or even 2 couples.
The pillows were hard. But I'm fussy. I did communicate that with the owners. And said maybe they could offer a softer option. My family members didn't have a problem.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Well appointed 2 bedroom new build on the CBD fringe of Christchurch close to the new stadium. Great travelling with kids. There was a sofa bed downstairs which we did not use and TV with Netflix. The kitchenette was well stocked with all mod cons. Car park right next to the house. Being down a driveway it was also very quiet.
Not a walkable location so you will need to drive or taxi. Presumably most people visiting Christchurch will have use of a car. The driveway is narrow and shared with other cars.
