Asparagus HOTEL & SUITES OLD CITY

Camera a fost bună, exact ca în poze, destul de spațioasă pentru Istanbul, cu o baie ok. Locație bună într-o zonă cu multe locuri unde poți mânca, se ajunge ușor la stația de tramvai Çemberlitas (fără bagaje). Personal foarte amabil și dornic să te ajute, chiar vreau să le mulțumim pentru că am primit camera mai devreme și pentru ca ne-au ținut bagajele până seara în ziua plecării. Comunicare bună prin WhatsApp.

Am dormit cu aerul condiționat pornit și geamurile închise pentru că era gălăgie până noaptea târziu, la baie se pot face îmbunătățiri, para de duș și furtunul curgeau

Понравилось расположение отеля, когда бронировал в первую очередь смотрел на это. Еще понравился персонал, были приветливы, отвечали на все вопросы, и призаселении помогли со времен, на сайте было указана в 14:00 заселение, я и написал что буду примерно в 11:00 они подвердили, и когда мы подошли к отелю было время 10:27, написал в ватсап, быстро ответил сказал что номер готов, шас втретят на рецепшене и заселят, написал код от входной двери. Если вам нужен номер на короткий срок то пойдет, если на длительный думаю лучше выбрать чуть дороже но уже с комфортом. Мы чисто заходили в номер для отдыха и поспать, в основном гуляли осматривая город.

Не понравился сам номер, был маловат и сама комната и потолок, еще находились на первом этаже, это плюс что на первом, но было все слышно как заходят и выходят люди. Еще нужен ремонт в номере, стены были уже потертые в углах, и ванной комнате тоже нужно уже освежить. Звукоизоляция комнаты плохая, слышно все происходит в коридоре и соседней комнате. Кондиционер работал нормально но иногда нереагировал на пульт, не знаю с чем это связано, может из-за того что старый.

Nous sommes arrivés, l’accueil était incroyable, très aimable, le personnel était très accueillant, à l’écoute, ils nous ont aidé, répondus à toutes nos questions lors de notre séjours. L’emplacement est vraiment très sympa, plein de chose à proximité, activité, nourriture, taxis.. la sécurité également très renforcée franchement rien à dire et rapport qualité prix exceptionnel.

The location was excellent, as was the staff, who were incredibly friendly. They were also very helpful and responded promptly to all of my messages.

Πολύ κοντά σε γνωστά αξιοθέατα, μόνο 12 λεπτά για την Αγία Σοφιά και άλλα, καλή τοποθεσία με φούρνο, μίνι μάρκετ, εστιατόρια κ μπαρ ακριβώς στον δρόμο! Το δωμάτιο ικανοποιητικό, καθαρό κ ζεστό!! Σας ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία, θα τα ξαναπούμε!!

Rewelacja. Czysto, przemiła i bezproblemowa obsługa. Lokalizacja doskonała, kilka minut spacerkiem do Hagia Sophia. Pokoje dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating to requests. I arrived very early and they were happy to store my luggage. They had my room ready by 12pm even though my check in time was 2pm. They also assisted with airport transfers for a good price. The location is within walking distance to most of the major attractions so I was able to avoid using a taxi as much as I could.

The room was very small even for a single person but it's reasonably priced given the central location.

Location and staff.

Floor was sticky and rusty bathroom had rusty parts. Kids screaming in the hallway. No elevator and extremely tight stairways.

We had triple room, it was so clean and cosy, so comfortable, everything needed was provided. We had nice stay. Also, location is great, so close to sultanahmet and every touristic places. And my greatest thanks to the staff, receptionist is so kind, helpful, my biggest thanks to him specially. Recommending this place ♥️ coming back for sure ♥️

La posizione è davvero comoda e lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e molto gentile.

Visto il prezzo, non mi aspettavo chissà che, ma nemmeno di trovarmi un bagno con la muffa nera sul tetto; parlandone con lo staff, questo si è mostrato sì disponibile, ma, in fin dei conti il loro intervento non è stato determinante. La camera era stata pulita, anche se sommariamente ma fra le asciugamani, non tutte sembravano pulite. Purtroppo la camera non è affatto insonorizzata e, essendo accanto a un minareto, venivo svegliata ogni mattina molto molto presto

Everything was as expected.

Very close to main attractions. Good location, as it is in the old town, but also not in a very loud area. The hotel offers trips.

There was not cleaning during the whole stay even though it’s a hotel. It’s rather worn down (paint in my room was pealing off) and I think some repairs would help the rooms as they look different from the picture. Also it was cleaned, but the room had some smell. The walls are rather thin so one can hear their neighbours and also there is a mosque nearby, which limits certain things.

Faptul ca in apropiere erau foarte multe localuri cu mancare de unde iti puteai lua mic dejun, pranz sau cine pana seara tarziu, astfel ca puteai sta pana tarziu la terase

Patul dublu din camera, care de fapt erau 2 paturi lipite unul langa celalalt si doar 1 patura, la cel matrimonial in timpul noptii sotului meu i-a fugit salteaua cazand astfel de vreo cateva ori din pat. Faptul ca la 5-6 dimineata avand camera pe colt si moscheea peste strada am fost treziti din somn. Parcarea care nu exista la hotel si nici in apropiere a trebuit sa ne descurcam.

Bedsheats and towels weren't really clean when we arrived

Location was good and easy to get a transfer to the airport from here. We picked the small room which is good for if you are there on a Budget and need a safe place to sleep.

Great location in a lively and convenient area of Istanbul. The tram is only a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful — a nice place to stay to explore the city

What I didn’t like: the room wasn’t very clean (found hair and marks in the bathroom), some facilities were broken, and the bed was not very comfortable. Also, there was no one at the reception when we arrived early in the morning, even though it says 24-hour front desk.

- No hi ha pressió a la dutxa. - Hi ha humitats al sostre del bany. - No hi ha canvi de roba de llit ni neteja de cap tipus mentres estàs hospedat. - Al estar sotacoberta la calor de l'habitació és insoportable. Sort de l'aire acondicionat, perque amb les finestres no pots fer res. - Es va demanar tres llits individuals i, encara que van dir que el següent dia ho canviarien, no ho van fer. Vam dormir en dos llits (individual i doble). Sort que som familia. - No hi ha ascensor. - Hi ha altaveus just a la torreta de davant de les finestres, fent que a les 5:30 et cridin a resar durant al menys 5 minuts.

The water was not draining well. The Ac was making noisy sound.

The clothes hook in the shower is broken. The location of the building can be described in more details as for travellers who walked from the tram station is not easy to spot the building, the colour of it etc., surrounding landmark etc.

Staff were awesome, everything was clean, nice location.

Very low pressure in shower, just one really bad kitchen knife, the mattresses was too big for the bed and uncomfortable.

Had a lovely stay! The room was super cozy and stylish, and the staff were always kind and helpful. Perfect location for exploring the city. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

The location of the place is very convenient and near the tourist attractions. It could be tricky because it is hilly, so meaning you have to go up and down when you go to the hotel. The guy receptionist who I think is called Zalem is very accommodating and nice. He recommended the cheap but quality restaurant En Baba which we always went back to every dinner. He also managed to help us booked our airport transfer and he even made sure we would get that private transfer at 3am! Thanks to him.

It was one of the best booking experiences we had. Staff was amazing, cleaning service lady was very nice and did amazing job, room smells like cleanliness, receptionist boy helped and supported us throughout the whole stay. Room was spacious enough for 3 people and all facilities were nice. Room was located in tourist area, with good view and walkable distance to blue mosque and hagia sophia. Thanks a lot

The hotel is in a very good location and the staff is friendly. If we had any questions, they were just a what’s app message away ready to help. The location is just perfect, 12-15 minutes walk from Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. There is a shop right in front of the hotel where you can buy anything you need and the prices are good (also try there the chocolate Baklava as it was very nice). Right across the street (10-15 metre away)there is a pastry shop where you can have breakfast, turkish tea, choose different deserts and surprisingly they even make a great soup which is mercimek soup (around 100-120 lira, we loved it). Also, there are a lot of Kebab and traditional turkish food shops at that street, 50 metres away there’s a park and you can go for a walk to see the beautiful colored houses in the street near the park. Overall a very good experience

The only this is that there is not an elevator and of course we were not expecting one since it’s not mentioned in the facilities of this hotel, but it’s just to let you know that in case elders are coming with you, at lease inform the property ahead to see if it’s possible to assign the rooms in first floor.

Nothing, shower pressure poor, loud and noisy thru the night. Iron main gate banging thru the night and intoxicated party goer activity all night.For the price not worth the money.

Location at the bottom of hill and it was climbing uphill with luggage to get to public transport, and Taxi Uber not available for short rides,and it wasn’t mentioned in details.Not a good location for heart patients and people who are not physically active.

It was clean and the check in/out was very flexible. The location was great also.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and staff was very nice. Wifi was good.

I was not impressed by my hotel room. - the shower space was extremely small. I am a small/lean person and it was still very small for me. Water was going everywhere when taking a shower and it was difficult to dry the shower after this. Any other person would find it impossible take a shower in such conditions. - Shower equipment/shower head is broken (see picture) and thus, water pressure was very bad. - Cleaning of the room was only done upon request. I had to ask for clean towels twice during my 6-day stay - mini-fridge does not work. It's warm and useless. If anything, it will keep your food warm. - pillow and mattress are very uncomfortable - Hotel is situated in a small dark street. You need to climb a lot of small streets - it was like a leg workout. I have been to Istanbul 8 times and it's the first time I experience so much climbing to get to my hotel. Surrounding streets are very dark and narrow at night, so I needed to use Google maps to find my way back to the hotel almost every night. - No elevator in the hotel - so not practical for people with physical disabilities. I hope all of this can be improved for future guests. I did not want to leave a comment intially, but I think it's important for future guests to know what they can expect at this hotel.

Our 10 m2 room was hard to get around in due to the angles of the walls, it bit tight for two people when the weather is soaky. Very close to a monastery, so we woke up for the morning prayer everyday.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall experience was excellent for the price, offering great value for money. The highlight of my stay was the reception staff, especially the gentleman who was incredibly helpful and kind. His friendly service really added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to return in the future. Great quality for the price!
