エアコンが古くてうるさい。シャワーの水圧、水量不足

It was on the cheaper side. The staff were friendly.

The apartment was in an inconvenient location without us realising. Much further out of the old town, it was extremely busy and hard to get around which isn’t the hotels fault but just worth noting. The lady at the desk was very friendly but she didn’t speak any English which made it difficult to work things out at the start. The room itself was a bit disappointing. The shower head was hanging off, a few ants were in the room and the bed felt a bit unclean with some hairs etc. The staff tried their best which we appreciate but just have to be honest.

We had a great stay at Lumi Hotel and Apartment. The staff were very accommodating despite the language barrier, and the room was spacious for two people. It was fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and other essentials—very convenient for washing clothes and reheating food (outside food is allowed). We truly enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the staff for kindly keeping our luggage even after our 2 PM checkout. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the timing of some repairs during our stay. There were moments when repair work was ongoing and the noise could be quite loud.

部屋も清潔 水圧は大丈夫 (俺の体が大きいからかシャワーブースでの身動きは…笑 ) クーラーだけと思ったら壁に扇風機まであったから 夏でも問題なし❗ 暑がりの俺には最高🙆 Help me!!ってLINEで言ったら 3階まで階段で駆けつけてくれた✨ 日本語しか喋れない僕に 親切に対応してくれた✨ 日本人街徒歩数分 立地最高でした！

あえて言うなら… 展望付きで予約したと思うけど 違う部屋だった(笑) ウォーターサーバーのHotとColdの温度が微妙...笑 まぁあまり気にしてないけど シビアな人なら色々不満が出るかもだけど 海外だし細かいことは仕方ないし 3泊して困った事はなかったです！

Amazing place that has everything you could possibly need. It’s very comfortable, the bed is great and just a nice place to relax. The bathroom is small but comfortable. The washing machine-dryer combo is fantastic. The neighborhood is nice, quiet but many restaurant around. There are busses nearby to most of the places you would want to visit. Staff was very kind and always nearby, contact easy and quick via WhatsApp (also WeChat Lime and Kakaotalk available), luggage storage also felt very safe.

We didn’t really use the kitchen, but some utensils weren’t cleaned properly.

The apartment has almost every furniture for daily use, like stove, washing machine, etc. Very convenient for short trips.

The room was a little dirty, the floors were sticky. The room was cozy.

チェックイン時に電話しないと入れず少し焦りましたが、YouTubeをテレビで視聴できてよかったです。洗濯機があったのも助かりました。

I liked the amenities available (fridge, freezer, microwave, sink, dish rack, soap, scrubbers, plates and bowls etc.). The toilet was nice. Tbe shower was nice. The bed was comfortable. And the tv had a good selection of viewing options.

I didn't use the washer-dryer even though I needed to. The reason was because, on my last day when I planned to use it, and fhe soap drawer was backed up with dingy unused soap and sludge. The bathroom floor had some stains/remnants of the previous guests still on it in both the shower and the in front of the sink. And the bathroom door handle was not fixed on so would fall off if I turned it. Which was not an issue for me as I was staying alone, so I just kept the door open.

They have a lot of apartment around the area , however they are more interested the long term.On the check out date , I asked for late check out , which was agreed via WhatsApp ( only communication) , the staff was being so rude to check me out.

The room was as exactly as the advertisement, very comfy and relaxing, felt like a little home studio. Good lighting, love the idea of glass and curtain to separate the bed and the living room. Toilet is Japanese style. Location is not nearby old quater but it's quiet for people who wants to avoid the crowd.

It was hard to find the entrance, had to go through sketchy ally to find, so taxi driver won't find it. Communication with the staff was hard with Language barriers. Lobby could've done it better. The previous rubbish was not taken out, it was still in the appartment. The sink I the bathroom was still dirty.

I told them I would arrive at 11pm, and they told me to ring the bell when I arrived. But they canceled before 11pm. I couldn't responce it because I was on a flight. I realized the cancellation when I arrived at the airport and was on my way to the hotel by taxi. Have they ever thought about how guests who arrive late at night feel left homeless? I will never stay here again. I don't recommend it at all.

It was a nice apartment however down a few narrow dark back alley ways.

Nothing great for the price

Pretty much everything was great, it was very clean, full in amenities, nice view. Compact but well equipped.

It's a little bit narrow and not too spacious. But other than that everything was great.

The apartment is located very corner in the area of Japanese bars and karaoke
