Was a bit dirty, there were plucks of hair on the ground and bedsheets a bit dirty. Location 40 min walk to center because of the mountains

They were very welcoming and able to accommodate us on short notice. The view from the small balcony was beautiful. We had a big portion of rice and curry there for dinner.

The view from the balcony was amazing, we got upgraded which was a nice surprise, the service and assistance from staff… they went above and beyond. Great relaxing location just outside of the main street and perfect location for a quick tuk tuk ride to the train station. Waking up to the roaring sound of the water fall outside was so relaxing. Super comfortable room and beds, with river sound. Very close to the city center. Amazing breakfast

Friendly staffs. Reasonable price. Good scenery(a small fall is in front of this hotel). Cleanness and comfortable room. Having a restaurant. Very voluminous breakfast.

No AC. Water systems had some problems (leaking,hot water got empty) Many fries were around the hotel.

The place is incredibly great. All people in hotel are really helpful, caring and kind people !!! We loved to stay these lovely place, highly recommend!!!!!

Would have nice to have more touch ups done to the property overall, it will compliment the teams efforts towards the guests. Furniture to interior can be modified and make it up to date.

Sam the host was amazing. He provided guidance around local attractions.

In front of Pedro tea plantation, near to bus stop and recently renewed. Host very welcoming and enthusiastic. They offered us a free upgrade (balcony room: amazing view), welcome drink and a lot of suggestions on interest points. Wide breakfast choice and interesting dinner card menu.

My stay at Silver Falls was amazing from beginning to end! The manager was always available, even before I arrived, to answer all my questions and give me tips on what to do/see in the area. The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and it has a very cute balcony with a view on the tea plantations and waterfall. The team is simply amazing! They always make sure that you're happy, they are caring, professional and their smile is contagious :) To me, it has been like staying with family, in a cosy and friendly environment. It's obvious that all the employees get along together and have a great connection 😊 The food in the restaurant is sooo delicious and there's many options! I can only recommend, you won't be disappointed!!

Location was 2km outside the city.the breakfasts and dinners are amazing !!the best thing is room,it's very clean and comfortable.100% Recommended !!

Recently Renovated,the hotel is nice and clean.what made the difference in our stay was the owner,who was incredibly nice and helpful.

The best hotel stay in one month of traveling around sri lanka.Exceptional staff and accommodation with grate facilities ( specially hot water is grate )Highly Recommended !

Sam and his team were excellent and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and good view. Money wise vey affordable. It's highly recommended. Value for money.

I loved my stay here. The manager and his family are very lovely and ready to help with any request. Amazing view, conveniently located, spacious room, hot shower. Food was good too.

Breakfast not that great, Tea/Coffe have to have it at restaurant and its not hot, Wifi is so slow and doesn't work at night, Few people are coming as guests and making the place uncomfortable.

Comfortable room with a view on the waterfall and hills with tea. Nice bathroom with hot water and a bed with blanket for the colder nights. Sam was such a great host! He did everything to make it a nice stay. He arranged a taxi for us to Horton Plains and when we forgot some personal belongings he even asked the bus driver from Nuwara Eliya to Ella to take it with him on the bus so we could collect it in Ella!

Very very nice behaviour and love from staffs and management.. superb spot to stay in nuwara eliya.. I have no words to explain for this hotel.. awesome experience ❤️

Hi, this is the best place for backpackers. Nice, clean and comfort room. Big bathroom with hot shower. Good quiet locations with nice view.But main reason for stay is owner, he is the best man in sri lanka. Very kind, funny and helpful. He help you with plan for your trip and cook very tasty food for good price. There is also room for all, where you can meet and talk with other travelers. I felt at home here. Thank you for all.

The place is a bit outside of the city centre, but close to the Nanuoya train station and the tea plantations which makes it nice and quiet at night,  so you can have a good nights rest. The food was very good and there is a good restaurant, The best thing about silver falls is the host Sam though. He is very kind and caring, greeted us with tea and helped us plan our time in Nuwara Eliya. He always has a smile on his face and we learned a lot about the Sri Lankan culture from him.

Romantic room in the Tea Fields Perfect location, wonderful host, & AMAZING FOOD. Get the cheese kottu or you are missing out. Sam even let us stay an extra night even though he was due to leave that day. You can have breakfast in the front yard surrounded by views of the tea fields and if it's clear you can even see the waterfall. Sam has very good food prices and he even helps you figure out what buses you need for exploring. Also, all the travelers staying here was super kind and social. First place we stayed in Sri Lanka that we met & explored with other travelers

Sam, the host, was the nicest person we met in 3 weeks travelling Sri Lanka. He is so lovely and a really funny and genuine person. He gave us tea when we arrived and chatted to us and then gave us a lift into the main town. He also knows some great tuk tuk drivers so he can help you organise transport . At every moment of our short stay in Nuwara Eliya he was helpful. He showed us a better route to Pedros tea plantation so we could walk through beautiful scenery and suggested the afternoon tea at a fancy hotel in town- both suggestions we amazing ! The room is great too!

Value for money good and friendly staff in hear , all facility are average, ithink need to improve their provided facility, average location condition becaus this hotel front in the main rood so vehicle sound very disturbing but front view is ok ,

Not working Hot water some time ,no electricity hetar or other in room very cool And not acceptable theirs meal ,not working TV or other entertainment equipment
