Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Large large place. Not as nice as 101 Adriano’s its sister hotel. Host was exceptionally nice. Hotel is in the best location. Large window views.
No elevator. Bathroom was large and nice but oddly located with a sliding glass door that slid back and forth to toilet or shower which was very inconvenient.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Demetris (reception) was wonderful, very warm, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and very thoughtfully laid out. Comfortable beds and a good amount of space for luggage and lounging. The location was also second to none - easy to walk to plenty of lovely restaurants and shops and of course the acropolis.
The only thing I would improve was the lighting - we couldn't properly block out the light when going to sleep, some eye masks or black out curtains would make it perfect. Would definitely recommend and hope to come to Athens and stay again!

Se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés. situado en una calle peatonal rodeada de tiendas y a escasos minutos de la Acrópolis, Ermou street, plaza Syntagma… Inmueble: apartamento moderno y funcional. Las vistas a la Acrópolis son muy bonitas. La única pega es que la cocina carece de microondas y no permite calentar algún tentempié. Comunicación: la comunicación con la propiedad ha sido excelente y colaborativa. Incluso nos ayudaron a pedir el traslado desde el aeropuerto. Sin duda lo recomiendo para una visita a Atenas por su ubicación y vistas.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona inmejorable y, si eliges una habitación con vistas a la Acrópolis, no te decepcionará. La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda y cuenta con una cama muy cómoda. Además, se encuentra en una calle llena de tiendas y a pocos minutos a pie de la Acrópolis y de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad, lo que lo convierte en una opción muy práctica para hacer turismo. Por último, los responsables del alojamiento fueron muy atentos y amables durante toda la estancia, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos.

When we walked in after flying to Athens landing at night there was a ramp before the lift this was very slippery so I fell and broke my wrist spending the night in emergency and ruining my holiday. The next day they told me they would have to fix the ramp as it had become very slippery and others had fallen. Aside from this and discounting it the room was incredibly noisy both externally and internally. The curtains do not block out the light. Rest which was much needed was not possible.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026La habitación amplia, camas grandes con mesa, silla y sofá para relax. Éramos tres y la tercera era una cama buena. Vistas a la acrópolis impresionantes. Y el baño y la pequeña cocina bien aislados de la habitación. Todo alegre, práctico y moderno!
Por poner una pega, la cortina de la ducha podrían cambiarla porque al ser negra, se veía desgastada. Pero estaba todo limpísimo.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Plaka and within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring Athens incredibly easy and convenient. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is unique, full of character, and exceptionally clean. Everything was well maintained and very comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel with a fantastic location, great service, and easy access to everything Athens has to offer, I highly recommend staying here.

Great reception by the host. Key code entry to everything. Big room and big bathrooms for Europe. Rooms are super clean and comfortable with GREAT air conditioning. RObes and bedroom slippers provided.

Reviewed May 28, 2026L’emplacement était idéal, en plein cœur du quartier de Pláka, avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants juste au pied de l’hébergement. La chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue, donc nous n’avons pas été gênés par le bruit. Elle était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. J’ai beaucoup échangé avec le personnel via WhatsApp : ils ont toujours été très réactifs et disponibles. Le jour du départ, ils ont également accepté de garder nos bagages jusqu’à notre transfert pour l’aéroport, ce qui a été très appréciable.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Location. Location. Location. In the middle of plaka perfect for old town exploring and tours. No car street with shops galore. We had a view straight up to the acropolis walls. And they are illuminated all night. Large room with kinky colour scheme. Had daily room service and new towels.
Kitchenette was missing many items such as a toaster or microwave, tea towel, washing detergent, any sort or wipe down cloth, breakfast bowls. No pots pans or cooking/heating method except a kettle and coffee pod machine.

Værten Demetris var super hjælpsom og vi fik en meget udførlig vejledning på placering og nem indtjening. Lejligheden var flot og meget ren. Gode senge og dyner, og koldt vand i køleskabet. Vi havde et skønt ophold, og vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026OMG the size of the room was amazing.... and that view of the acropolis - I didn't want to close the curtains. It was a lovely space to relax after a long flight and then walking around Athens all day. The bed was super comfy and huge. It was a fantastic location - couldn't beat it in my opinion. You felt alive with all the vibrant activity, markets, restaurants etc.
I did read a few reviews complaining about noise, but chose to ignore them. However, its surprising how much you can hear from the street below though, as the windows look to be double glazed. Whilst it didn't bother us (my husband can sleep through a freight train - and well I'm used to sleeping through his snoring), it is something to keep in mind if you are more noise sensitive.
