KammOra Living and Villas

The only good thing was only the location

1. 1st day when i arrived they are doing water digging which is very noisy, they didnt bother to let me knw abt this 2. The water, the water temp changing like crazy when we shower driving us nuts!!! And the worse thing was the staff and manager refused to acknowledge this and making us feel we are the stupid one for not being able to use this normal shower, til they experienced it themselves thennnnn they said it happene before 🤦🏻‍♀️ 3. The clean bath towels has blood stains 4. Walls are super thin, On the 2nd night our neighbour in villa 1 was crying and kicking our walls at 3am 🤦🏻‍♀️ so we can hear the kick n cry so loudly 5. The worst part is the water again on the 3rd day. It didnt came out at all and the maanager said its out of their hand This place shud not be operating at allll

I had a situation arriving and the staff was extremely helpful with solving my matter. I appreciate their patience and coordination.

Many of the rooms are dark and don’t have daylight which gets presented differently online through photos and artificial light

Really comfy bed. Great location.

I was only there for a night, but it was a beautiful room, with a lovely, large space between the bedroom and kitchen. There was a small, private balcony, and a spacious bathroom with hot water that lasted for more than five minutes, which is somewhat rare in Bali. I slept soundly in the large, soft bed.

Modernité du logement. Accueil bienveillant

Emplacement assez éloigné, travaux autour du logement.

The room was great and the hotel was really clean and nice. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge convenience.

N/A. Everything was great.

Beautiful spacious rooms! Great pool area and friending welcoming staff

The facilities

-

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Have a small nice gym, with sauna and pool. Good location and have very comfortable bed. Great kitchen area as well.

Fiyata gore evet olabilir belki . Ama sonuc olarak ben beğenmedim . Kalınabilir evet .

Temizlik cok kotu , klima kokusu anlamsız rahatsız ediyor . Resepsiyon cok cozum odaklı degil . Birsey istediğiniz zaman geç geliyor.

Fiyat performans açısından iyi . Ancak birdaha tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer . Beklenti düşük kaldi .

Temizlik cok kotu , dus icin gelen havlular hep lekelerle dolu . Hizli hizmet yok . Klimalar kokuyor.

Really nice apartment.. big and has everything even a washing machine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and the gym were very nice. We loved the style and the whole experience…

Sofa bed can be better.

Nothing

I didn’t check in because in the only room I was offered, was mold and I’m allergic and had severe symptoms at that time so it’s literally life threatening for me. Administrator refused to offer another room to check as he told me that his day shift was over at 7 pm and I came to check in by 8 pm. And after several minutes he just went home with the keys Due to my allergy (caused previously) that’s why for me was impossible to stay in room with mold. And it’s not my responsibility but your hotel. And your staff just went away. And I’ve asked regarding changing or upgrading the room but received no response. I was forced to pay for completely different place to stay. The staff went away and didn’t leave the key so I couldn’t even enter the room if I decided to stay. And they simply refused to make a refund. I’ll never choose this place again.

Spectacular villa! Great living space, incredibly designed rooms and washrooms. Comfy beds and brand new facility with TVs in all bedrooms. Pool is well maintained and large

Nothing. Everything was beyond expectations.

Appartamento pulito e molto accogliente.

The location was perfect for Canguu 6 mins from the beach Batu Balong beach.

Nothing it was amazing

The location and room is good

Bed was comfy

Broken door Rusty nails exposed near the pool Loud construction Snack bar was a complete scam

Adorei a estadia! O apartamento estava super limpo e bem cuidado, simplesmente perfeito! 🌴✨

All good

All good

We had really nice stay, villa was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good too, close to good restaurants.

Everything perfect :)

It’s a nice spacious room with everything including a water filter. Lovely gym and sauna

They didn’t clean the room until the day before we were leaving, even asked for the room to be clean but they wanted to charge more for it. Also you can hear the next door rooms and we heard fights early morning which made it hard to sleep

Several restaurants are located close to the property. The AC is nice and cold.

The unit was dirty when we came to check in. The floor is dusty, the bed sheet smells like Insect Spray, the utensil has water spots, and the towel in the kitchen has many stains. Water temperature is not stable, gets very scalding hot and gets cold, and not to mention the dirty water takes forever to drain. Another issue is that there is simply a lack of parking spaces. We have to wait for almost 30 minutes just to get someone to move the car which blocking the way. The utensil is very low in quality. Only 6 glasses were provided. No paper towels are given in the kitchen For someone who loves to sunbathe, the pool has no deck around it, and no sun comes through the pool area.

It was all amazing

The location is great. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Loved the spa, gym and pool. Overall, good value for money. The washing machine and dryer in the room was also very ideal. Would recommend staying here.

The only real problem was the mosquitoes - probably linked to the construction work that's happening in the area.

It was a nice stay at KammOra living. The building is relatively brand new and it was very clean and everything worked nicely. The free washing machine and dryer in the room was very helpful for us as we had a lot of laundry and did not want to go to a laundry shop. The staffs were very kind and helped us to deliver our food delivery to our room every time. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location is convenient and there is a 24 hour convenience store nearby. I really hope the property owner will maintain and keep the place clean and pristine for years to come. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Canggu.

None.

Clean, new and had everything you needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and soft. The gym, sauna and pool were perfect in good condition. Staff were super lovely and helpful. It was quiet/peaceful with minimal guests. I knew there was construction going on but it wasn't that bad. The music at the pool was nice and relaxing too. Spacious room with plenty of storage.

A few mosquitos and little flies coming out of the sink.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Price was also very good

wifi could be better. Construction next to the hotel.

Excellent for budget travel

I really enjoyed staying at these apartments; the interior design was modern and stylish. The staff were exceptionally polite and always eager to help. Every detail in the room was carefully thought out, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay!😍

Amazing staff, facilities are great. Love the sauna and gym is decent

Great location and clean space. Had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Cozy and comfortable apartment, everything matches the description. A nice place for both relaxation and work. Highly recommended!

Very cozy and stylish apartment! Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. A perfect place both for relaxing and working — fast Wi-Fi, peaceful atmosphere, and a comfortable setup. The support were always in touch and helpful with any questions. I’ll definitely come back!

For this budget I got a cool interior with a spacious room with a tub and shower and a full kitchen. The washer and dryer along with an iron helped a lot. The sauna overlooking the rice paddy, the pool and the exercise room all came in handy.

There is no breakfast included in the price, which is definitely above average. I had to wait an hour and a half to check in because all the rooms were occupied. At the same time, there were people waiting next to us. Hello happy investors with 100% occupancy, but at the expense of visitors who have to wait. During this time I did not run into this anywhere - everywhere when arriving at 1-1.5 hours settled at once location in the distance from the coast on the outskirts. The walls in the room already went bubbles. Construction near the noise periodically. From the pool can not go - a step on the waist - a search if you are not an athlete. In the gym, you have to plug the elliptical into the socket yourself, as the designer did not foresee this and the socket is one for several trainers. There are also problems in the bathroom: water leaks, water overflows in the shower. And it is the same with everything: from a distance it looks beautiful, but when you get closer - everything is crooked and lopsided. This is my second time here. At first I thought it was a coincidence. But after the second visit I see that it is a pattern. I would recommend looking at other hotels for this cost.

2nd time staying here and rly loved the in-room facilities and staff’s friendliness. Will continue to come back when there’s a chance!

Nothing

It’s welcoming, clean, cozy, comfortable and makes you feel like you’re at home. There’s many shops around to eat and chill as well. There’s even proper juicer and equipments around to cook when you feel like staying in, or simply wash your clothes with the washing machine and dryer. Or heat up your food with the microwave oven. It’s Too convenient!

There are many flies, mosquitos and fruit flies that got into our room. We stayed at room 204 (20F). But no matter how much we killed, there are always more. We closed and lock our balcony door + bathroom door leading to the balcony. But it still came and stayed on the sink 🙃

It was a incredible to live so carefree. Unlike Villas or Guest Houses you get the experience of a fully serviced hotel suite or apartment while still enjoying the Bali Boho style interior and feeling. The Breakfast Room Service, Pool, Sauna and Gym were just added points to make it even more convenient.

Nothing. There was *nothing* to be missed.

We had the best stay at Kammora living, a beautiful new hotel at a great location. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, such as separate bath and shower, washing machine, kitchen appliances. The staff was so kind.

Nothing :)

The property was Amazing! I stayed at suite apartment, it was clean and comfortable, with a Nice view. Staff was very friendly and professional, will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff - Wanda was amazing!

Brand new property, fantastic staff who will go out of their way to take care of you. Well equiped gym, nice, comfy rooms and overall cleanliness. They even have their own scooter rental with very fair prices and will do airport pickups. Highly recommend.

To say we were satisfied is an understatement. The hotel exceeded all our expectations! First, I’d like to highlight the convenient location—everything you need is nearby, and the view from our room was simply stunning, especially at sunset. Swimming in the pool while watching the sunset was an absolute pleasure. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need: a large refrigerator, all the essential kitchen utensils, a washing machine, and a dryer—perfect for a longer stay. We were also thrilled to find a well-equipped gym and a sauna on-site. The gym had everything needed to stay active, and the sauna added a true spa-like feel to our stay. Cleanliness was impeccable—everything was spotless. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help; their genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible was evident from the start. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality shown through little touches—from tasty welcome treats to fresh flowers in the room. And, of course, the hotel’s overall atmosphere was like a slice of paradise: every detail is thought through so guests can feel completely relaxed. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation! We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to all our friends. This version highlights all the amenities and conveys a high level of satisfaction with your stay.

A Hidden Gem in Canggu - Can’t Wait to Return! The location is unbeatable—just a quick 7-minute scooter ride to the beach, making it the perfect spot to enjoy Canggu’s vibrant energy without being overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. The staff went above and beyond, helping us organize activities, massages, and even making reservations at some of the best restaurants around. We felt so well taken care of! The room itself was brand new and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a washer and dryer, the bed hands down, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The TV connected seamlessly to my MacBook Pro, which was perfect for the video conferences I had to squeeze in during our stay. And as someone who works out daily, I was thrilled with the gym—it’s quiet, fully equipped, and ideal for maintaining a consistent routine. The sauna was pristine, and the pool was absolutely stunning—a beautiful spot to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and punctual from start to finish, from picking us up at our previous villa to dropping us off at the airport. We were also pleasantly surprised by the little extras like complimentary water and coffee available throughout our stay—it’s these thoughtful touches that make a place feel like home. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Bali!

This is a brand new hotel with a modern kitchen that doubles as working space. It even offers a washer a dryer that is nicely hidden. The bathroom is a balinese style with stone bathtub and sink, plus a towel warmer. It has a decent size smart TV and I believe a king-size bed. The location is very central as it is close to many god restaurants. My facilities vitamese pho place is right next door.

Cleanliness of the best sheets.
