Lo mejor de este alojamiento es su ubicación. Además, la habitación triple tenía su baño individual. (Las habitaciones individuales comparten baño). El desayuno muy completo y la atención por parte de anfitrión y servicio, excelente.

Quizás en la descripción del alojamiento habría que comentar que, una de las camas de la habitación triple, está en la parte alta. Esto supone que no hay mucho espacio entre el techo y la cama.

Posizione molto comoda a due passi da palazzo Pitti e dal ponte vecchio. Struttura rustica tipica fiorentina. Camera spaziosa con bagno ristrutturato e comodo. Bell'affaccio sui cortili interni. Staff gentilissimo.

La colazione un pò troppo minimale. Mancava offerta di salato che avendo una cucina e un frigo potrebbero integrare almeno su richiesta. Mancava inoltre un tavolino in camera.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war außergewöhnlich gut – man konnte alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Badezimmer frisch renoviert. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dell'host e di chi si prende cura della struttura. Anche gli ospiti erano gentili, amichevoli ed educati. Ottima colazione, bella camera e bel balcone. Situato in un luogo tranquillo, con molti bar, minimarket e negozi accanto quindi anche molto comodo. Poi anche ottima posizione.

Buen desayuno, estaba limpio, fácil acceder, no es céntrico pero se llega bien, cama cómoda. Buenas instrucciones el propietario contesta, sino la señora que limpia es muy amable.

La luz de la Habitación era una lampara, alumbraba poco y es estrecha, era una Habitación doble, pero si bien entrabas esta casi que inmediatamente la cama, si vas con mucho equipaje no te entra, los enchufes para luz estaban ocupados con las lamparas y otros aparatos entonces tienes que desconectar para poder cargar el móvil.

Auf den ersten Blick eine schöne Unterkunft jedoch unter der Oberfläche fehlt es hinten und vorne. Es gab keine Anleitung für die Klimaanlage, so dass ich zwei schlaflose Nächte hatte, bis ich mit der Anlage klar kam. Nachrichten an den Inhaber wurden nicht beantwortet. Kommunikation fand also nicht statt. Dann habe ich festgestellt, dass mit den Handtüchern der Gäste in einem Waschgang auch die Putzlappen und Wischmobs bei einem fünfzehnminütigen Kurzprogramm zusammen gewaschen werden. Was ich ziemlich eklig finde. Das Bad ist auch super klein und es fehlt eine Ablagefläche, die man noch hätte irgendwo anbringen können. Das Frühstück besteht eigentlich nur aus Zucker und Kohlenhydraten und ein paar Früchten. Kein Käse, keine Wurst, kein Gemüse, nicht mal ein Ei. Kaffee nur aus der Kapselmaschine. Rückenschmerzen wegen der durchgelegenen Matratze gab es morgens gratis dazu. Nur weil die Unterkunft günstig ist, heißt es ja nicht, dass die Inhaber nicht mit ihren Gästen kommunizieren brauchen! Ich habe lediglich eine E-Mail mit Nachfragen zur Umgebung geschickt (da dazu animiert würde, diesbezüglich Fragen zu stellen ) und einmal die freundliche Angestellte am Morgen darüber informiert, dass es Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, im Bett und auch der Waschmaschine gibt. Ich habe nie auf etwas eine Antwort erhalten! Ich hätte mit allem irgendwie leben können, aber sehr schlecht zu schlafen und sich dann eine Stadt anschauen zu wollen, macht gar keinen Spaß. Und wenn Nachrichten an denen habe ohne Antwort bleiben, komme ich mir als Gast verarscht vor. Noch mal würde ich hier wahrscheinlich nicht buchen.

The location and the clean room

It was very hot and the living area didn’t have a fan so it was uncomfortably hot to have breakfast in the living area. All the food was sitting on the table for 2 hours in the warm room and then afterwords put back in the fridge. So it may have been better to have kept in the fridge until people sat at the table and serve them them as there was yoghurt and juice.

Lit trop petit '' salle de bain '' beaucoup trop petite Voisins de chambre très bruyants à 1h30 du matin. Hôte qui ne donne pas d'informations correctes sur le parking, il ne connaît pas les règles de sa ville.

Petit déjeuner à prendre avant 10h, trop tôt pour des vacanciers.

The B&B is very cosy and feels like a house! It is perfectly located in my opinion, because it is around 15-20 minutes walk away fron the historical center, which helps you avoid the chaos of the super touristic center, while still in accessible walking distance, and it feels like a local neighbourhood. The owner is very helpful and provides a very useful list of reccomendations! Florence accommodation is very expensive in general, so it is relatively fairly priced, at least you get your own room and bathroom!!

Breakfast could be better. The walls are pretty thin and it can get noisy from the rest of the residents since there s no sound proof. Owner is very nice and helpful, but impossible to reach through booking messages!! He s very responsive and available to help through whatsapp though!

Conveniently located just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The room is super cozy with a loft

The location and cleanliness

Our door didn’t fully open, the air con turned off every hour, the website said we could pay via bank transfer but the lady didn’t let us, the wifi didn’t reach our room.

Nossa experiência foi, no geral, muito boa. Fomos muito bem recebidos e o quarto também foi liberado antes do horário do check-in, o que facilitou bastante a nossa chegada. Um dia antes da hospedagem, eles enviaram todas as instruções de acesso, tornando a entrada muito prática e sem complicações. O café da manhã era preparado diariamente com muito carinho, bem servido e muito gostoso. O Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem durante toda a estadia. O banheiro, embora fique fora do quarto, é privativo, amplo e muito limpo. A acomodação também conta com uma sacada onde pudemos pendurar nossas roupas, o ambiente é silencioso e a localização é boa, cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada até o centro histórico.

Como pontos de melhoria, o ar-condicionado não resfriava o quarto adequadamente. A cama localizada no mezanino acabou sendo impossível de usar, pois estava suja e muito próxima ao teto, o que deixava o espaço extremamente quente. Além disso, a escada para acessar o mezanino é bastante estreita. Durante a nossa estadia, o quarto não foi limpo e os lixos acabaram ficando cheios. Outro ponto importante é que o prédio não possui elevador, então é preciso subir as malas pelas escadas. No geral, tivemos uma boa experiência e acredito que, com alguns ajustes, a hospedagem pode oferecer uma experiência ainda melhor aos próximos hóspedes.

Super friendly staff, breakfast was lovely, good value and really nice to meet other travellers. All the convenience of a home but privacy of your own room. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice house, the host is 10/10, and you can easily go there without blowing your budget. We will definitely recommend it forward. The attention to detail, the treats that they left for us and the nice breakfast were all extra points.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, completo.

Labai gerai, kad buvo virtuvėlė, kurioje galima buvo pasigaminti savo maisto. Terasa irgi buvo gerai vakarieniaujant ar pusryčiaujant.

Labai nepatogūs laiptai pakilti su lagaminais. Veranda galėtų būti labiau atvira nuo papildomų daiktų, pridėti antrą stalą.

Well situated with a short distance to major sights. Quiet with no associated road/street noise. The staff were very accommodation with recommendations, served us coffee in the mornings with breakfast and allowed use of the washing machine in the AM with a drying rack.

Supplied 1 toilet roll for 3 people, had to request more which is Ok but feel more could have been originally supplied. The triple room suite has no main lighting in it (we could only find a switch to lights hanging directly above the main bed) which meant the rest of the room was quite dark The loft bed is very firm and the air conditioning does not reach to there/kept switching off which meant it was very hot all night for our third guest who ended up sleeping on the couch instead.

The location was a great starting point for all the major sites and great for local experience. The staff were so nice and breakfast was good.

Didn’t realize it was two staircases up and we had a heavy bag, but that was only once up the stairs.

イギリス式の鍵の解錠に慣れておらず、2枚目の扉を自分で開けることができませんでした。2回開ける機会があり、2回とも通りすがりの方に助けてもらいました。イギリスの方はすんなり開けられていたので何かコツがあるのだと思います。

Vicino al centro città e alla stazione, ma comunque molto silenzioso la sera. Struttura accogliente e pulita, personale gentilissimo e disponibile! Ottimo prezzo per gli standard locali.

Good location within Florence, a really great room with a comfy bed, air conditioning, and spacious. The showering facilities were great, the included breakfast was lovely and the staff were great too.

Loved the Italian charm of this bed and breakfast! Clear instructions were given on how to find the apartment, I had no issues at all locating it. Breakfast was great.

Only issue I had was the air conditioner - the room I was in was so hot and humid, however every time I put the air conditioner on it would turn off after 10/20 minutes max. Big sticker on the machine too that states dual remote control - almost seemed like it was being manual overridden by the other remote.

A very good location. Value for money. Bedroom very basic but filled my minimum requirements. A shared kitchen with coffee pod machine (pods provided), microwave, fridge freezer and other kitchen essentials which became useful. Also a shared lounge for you and other guests to use. Friendly staff who come in the morning to make breakfast, collect city tax, essential paperwork and cleaning.

Bathroom being external. I prefer the bathroom attached to my room. Bathroom also very small than expected.

A localização do lugar era excepcional. ao lado dos principais pontos turísticos a pé. Cafe da manhã 8/10 e a pessoal que preparou era bastante simpática. O quarto era bastante rústico que combinava com o lugar. O banheiro era excepcional. com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente

Liegt auf der anderen Flußseite, ca. 20Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Liegt super ruhig, Zimmer sauber, Personal nett.

Leider nicht transparent, dass das Bad mit einem anderen Zimmer geteilt werden muss, nur in der Beschreibung versteckt. Frühstück mit frischem Gebäck war erst ab ca. 8Uhr möglich, wir konnten uns allerdings aus dem Kühlschrank und Schrank was nehmen.

Houve um problema com o nosso quarto, demoraram muito para nos responder. Falam que tem ar-condicionado mas quando solicitado utilizá-lo não foi fornecido, banheiro compartilhado é muito sujo, tirando a localização, nada de bom (e é bem difícil d entender como chega)

Funcionários gentis. Café da manhã bom. Bem localizado e perto de tudo. Quarto espaçoso. Banheiro confortável.

O quarto tem uma cama suspensa que fica bonito, mas o teto baixo atrapalha um pouco. E sentimos um pouquinho de calor; fato que para alguns poderia ser até positivo no frio da Toscana.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e solicitos. Localização excelente, da para fazer tudo a pé.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. I really liked that breakfast was included, which made the stay even more comfortable. The windows didn’t face the street, so it was very quiet and peaceful at night.

Communication with the hosts was quite slow. The room was missing a table and a TV, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Also, the doors were quite noisy when opening and closing.
