Ubicació, neteja, llit molt còmode, bones instruccions per fer el chekin. Ambient momt agradable i tranquil.

No tens ampolleta d'aigua de cortesia, ni tampoc cap sobret de sucre per fer el café de cortesia que et deixen. Llàstima.

Un bel endroit, au calme mais à deux pas de l'agitation sympathique de la place Fernand Coq et de Saint-Boniface. Chambre confortable et spacieuse, aménagée avec goût et originalité. Grande cuisine très bien équipée en libre service.

L'horrible et persistante odeur de parfum chimique, qui voulait probablement donner une impression de propreté, et qui donne juste mal à la tête et envie de vomir. Le débit de la douche qui a besoin d'un sérieux détartrage. Le comportement irrespectueux des autres hôtes qui parlent fort dans le jardin pendant la nuit.

Location, spacious room, easy check in. Great shared spaces.

No air conditioning, not ventilation in the bathroom.

Easy check in with clear instructions. Great kitchen facilities so could cook yourself. Lovely decor and homely feel.

The room and bathroom especially were quite small.

L'emplacement dans le quartier d'Ixelles, les espaces communs ( magnifiquement aménagés et une cuisine équipée de l'essentiel), le petit jardin, la taille de la chambre.

L'odeur d'égouts dans la chambre et l'indiscrétion du vis à vis ( avec la chaleur, les fenêtres ouvertes sans rideaux, c'était un peu gênant). Il y a des doubles rideaux epais mais un voilage un peu opaque aurait permis d'être un peu plus à l'abri des fenêtres du voisinage.

Attente de +1 heure pour récupérer les clés et sans réponse du propriétaire. J'ai dû contacter booking pour débloquer la situation. J'ai quand même eu droit au late check in. Dans la salle de bain, les fenêtres sont très peu occultées, ce qui génère de l'inconfort

La stanza dove si trovava il letto matrimoniale mancava di una luce, perciò era un po' buia. Finestre grandi che si chiudevano con difficoltà.

A wonderfully artistic space! Every detail is thoughtfully curated, making the entire property feel like stepping onto a theatre stage.

It was exceptionally hot during our stay, and the room fan couldn't quite keep up with the summer heat.

Insonorisation avec le voisin du dessus (pas lourds) Insonorisation avec le couloir. On entend les portes claquer et les gens discuter. La porte de la chambre est beaucoup trop fine

Le quartier est top, proche de tout et surtout des étangs d’Ixelles où nous avons pu faire une balade très sympa. Le logement est propre et bien équipé.

Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche : pas d’eau chaude, ce qui n’était pas très agréable après une longue journée.

Large and beautifully stylish rooms. The bathroom was amazing as were all the communal areas of the house. Communication with the host was easy and helpful.

Unfortunately, the TV could not be used without a Google TV subscription. No TV channels were programmed on the TV in our room. Kitchen amenities were a bit meager.

Nice room design, but the attention to details were not quite there. Very noisy floors (you can hear every step in the stairs and room above), the lights were not all working and we had a problem with the house drainage which resulted in the shower and the toilet back-flowing on to the floor (but good responsiveness on this. They were very apologetic and sent a maintenance person to look at it the next day)

Ottima la posizione della struttura, molto curata nel design e pulita. La stanza era spaziosa e molto carina, dotata di ventilatore ben funzionante per sopperire alla mancanza di aria condizionata. Apprezzatissima la parte comune, molto curata e spaziosa, compreso il giardino.

Il check-in alle ore 16:00 è davvero l'unico difetto della struttura, soprattutto considerando il check-out alle 10:00.

The location was absolutely perfect. Quieter area but very close to restaurants and public transit. Walking distance to the main downtown tourist sites. Room was dark. There were very few lights and they were small and not very bright. The curtains needed to be closed most of the time to keep the room cool. Very inconvenient having the toilet and the shower/sink on opposite sides of the room. From the photos it looks like this is not the case with the other rooms.

Great room. Nicely styled. Excellent central kitchen area and garden. Restaurants nearby. I've stayed here already 3 times.

Отличный чистый номер в котором можно остановиться. Внутри есть все необходимой, по этому нету потребности брать с собой фен, полотенца, средства гигиены и тд. Есть огромная общая кухня со всем неободим что бы приготовить себе поесть. также с кухни есть выход в чудесный внутрений сад в котором также можно посидеть.

Все было отлично.

Zelf inchecken met code ging heel gemakkelijk. Duidelijke instructie die ‘s morgens gestuurd werd. Prachtige kamer, stijlvol ingericht, heel ruim voor 4 personen. Heel schoon en erg mooie moderne badkamer. Wij waren onder de indruk, komen graag hier terug.

Schön gestaltete (kunstvoll) Zimmer, gute Betten, Gemeinschaftsbereich in Form von großer Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnraum war sehr gemütlich und die Küche ein klarer Vorteil, wenn man sich selbst verpflegen möchte.

Es ist ein altes Haus, daher klappern die Türen, wenn jemand durch den Flur geht oder in der Etage darüber.

Es una casa de huéspedes decimonónica refaccionada. El diseño y la decoración en general es impecable. Habitación enorme y de buen gusto. Baño in suite moderno. Detalle de infusiones en la habitación. Cocina y lugares comunes para compartir con los otros huéspedes. Cocina moderna y funcional, tiene todo.

El sitio es precioso y está muy bien decorado.

The size and the location

The accommodation is too hot in the summer. It is south facing and the heat is retained inside. It's impossible to sleep in that oven like temperature

General ease booking, communication and was as expected from the photographs. I have already recommended to friends and family.

The room was really hot but it’s very hot weather! Could be good to have a list of recommendations in the room, where to eat, a bakery or similar but I wasn’t too bothered by not having one.

The self check-in process was well explained.

The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear sounds from the next room and the room downstairs so clearly that it was very uncomfortable to be inside.

Nos gustó la ubicación, en un barrio residencial, sin ruido. Una casa acogedora, con jardín interno y una cocina moderna y bien dotada.

No nos gustó que la televisión nunca funcionó. No hubo forma que prendiera a pesar de haber contactado al administrador. Las almohadas sería bueno renovarlas

Notre chambre était très spacieuse,très belle décoration,calme.Possibilite de prendre son petit déjeuner et repas dans les espaces communs.

Check-in was very easy, even late at night. The host was reliable and attentive. The apartment had a pleasant atmosphere. The minibar was also helpful. The price was good considering the overall cost level in the city.

The humidity was a bit high, although there was a good fan in the apartment.

- Many small details are not considered and need more attention - the shower drain is very smelly. There is an urgent need to make a deep cleaning - Stairs are a bit hectic

No information about the accommodation, how the kitchen operates, how the television operates... I was unable to make the television work, rang Antoine who was in Paris, who said someone would address the problem - no follow up. I have never satayed at a venue before where there was no contact with any person involved in its management and operations.

Maybee it is stated, but i did not realise there was no lift. I was on the third floor, a very large / heavy suitcase... noy fun
